I had a great experience at Crusader Customs. They didn't try to push a sale on me.I was able to look at a mound of catalogs and find the right fit for my truck.My order came in much faster then expected and were ready for installation before I arrived.

After being yanked around by local shops I decided to give Al & the 32 GANG/CJ a shot. I'm pleased to say everything went AWESOME! THANKS FELLAS! Al stayed in touch & was very helpful when I had any questions concerning what rim size & what brand of tires would best fit my vehicle. Definitely a HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Bought lug nuts from this place for my truck 6 months ago. I used a 100FTLB torque stick to install lug nuts than torqued to 130FTLBs as the factory calls for. Never had any issues untill I had to remove them to do my breaks. I have 7 Broken lug nuts with the head still stuck on my wheels. My wheels that cost $3200 ($800 a piece) will be ruined because I have to drill and cut the studs to remove the wheels. I called AL the owner and he didn t even have time to talk to me because he had to go on lunch . He ended up calling me back and told me that he can replace the lug nuts that broke witch was the nicest thing he said but couldn t offer any other repairs to the truck. It will take countless hours to get these removed and a simple 2 hour brake job will not be an 8hour plus job. This place is over hyped because of CJ on 32 s. I payed $80 for the lug nuts and $10 for the lug nut key. So $90 plus tax for eBay lug nuts. I would stay away as AL the owner told me I installed the lug nuts wrong and said I over torqued them. STAY AWAY FROM CHEAP PRODUCTS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I've been shopping for wheels & tire set for the last month @ other locations & would get either brushed off by the salesman . I finally decided to come to Crusader Customs & the owner greeted me like if I was a close friend away to the point where I really want to give them my business. That being said arrangements have been made for the next step in my future purchase from them.. thanks for the information on helping me make my vehicle in a eye catcher..

My name William and im 12 from Bay Area California. Started watching CJ on 32s with my dad since I was 10. Man just wanna say CJ and Al and the whole 32 gang motivate me. Watching they lives on camera for everybody raw is important to me. They disagree on things but thats what real people do. Never hide differences.They motivate eachother they grind hard everyday no matter the situation, and they keep it real 100. From their lives inside and outside the shop they stay real loyal to those that keep it real with them.CJ on 32 is the realest no cap and thats the best role models to look up to because they tell u straight. Watching them for a couple years made me understand more what my dad means when he says alotta fake people around this world. CJ and the whole 32 gang the realest on Youtube. They are raw and loyal and thats why everybody around CJ and Al is solid. Their loyalty to eachother reflect their shop and those around them.Be careful who you look up to cuz only real people make good role models. Cuz some who you might see as role models might be models playin a role... CJ the realest and the Crusader Crew In a few years me and pop hope to come that way and see wassup wit buying my first set hhh. Might need some 30s my Yukon lol. Car older than me but still strong.#32 gang

Amaaaaazing customer service from start to finish!! Although they were busy, AL took his time and gave me sound advice. I wanted to put 28's, but he told me to start off small to get acclimated to driving on rims; especially since I live in the city. Super excited and I still love the look on 24's. CJ's youtube brought me here, but AL's customer service made me a happy customer!! Highly recommended!! #32gang!!

Very picky on who I let touch my vehicles. Needed a wheel replaced and called Al. He got me in and out in a timely fashion and cheaper than anyone else around. I'll be ordering new wheels through his shop for sure. A+++

Al was super helpful. Recently discovered during routine rotation at DT that my 2 leaky tires were due to cracked rims. Called Al and he welded the rims. No more leaks and saved some serious $. Also learned they sell tires at competitive prices. These guys know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Needed new tires. Al gave me the best price compared to other rim shops I had contacted. He was able to get the tires pretty quickly and had me mounted up within an hour. Great service I will continue to do business with him.

Big shout-out to off road Al! I was visiting family in Joliet and had to stop by the shop! Al was super cool showed me around the shop and had a good conversation. It was dope seeing the MJ wheels and how that paint really hit more in person.. I'll be back to pick up my Durango

Out for lunch at 2:00 pm for an hour. Sign on door. That s just inexcusable for sure. Guess they really don t need my business. I ll take my $6000 worth of rims to a shop that s actually open. Lame.

I found Crusader Customs through a google search, i was looking for a place to have new tires put on my new truck after Discount tire scratched my wheels on my car! AL took care of me and I ordered my tires, didn't take long and then i came in to have them installed. Tony did the installation and painted my calipers red and not a scratch on the wheels! I'll be a customer for life here at Crusader Customs because they do excellent work! Very honest and no BS that's what I liked. Thank you to AL and Tony

The one stop shop for all your car accessories and wheels. The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable about whatt they do. Even if you is unsure of how you want to customize your car they have an eye that would make your car stand out from the rest. They always put the customer interest first which I love about this shop. And they turn around time is superior. Definitely will recommend to anyone around the nation. They need 10 stars 5 stars doesn't do enough justice.

experience was great. service was quick, Thorough, and informative. I walked in not even knowing what I wanted all I did was pick the rim I liked for my 2017 jaguar xe and they made it happen. it came out awesome..very pleased would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get nice, reasonable priced wheels. they also painted the calipers which really gave the car a great look!
