We got our truck checked out yesterday night and the transmission had an issue, still under warranty and was supposed to be a two day job. The whole CIT team understood our issue as we needed to get moving asap and pushed the warranty process and the transmission to get fixed within 4 hours of the job start. Big thanks to the mechanic Dennis who stayed a man of his word.

Would like to start off by saying that when it comes to CIT truck hands down the best place to take your Semi. I worked with Fabian the night shift foreman, he is the guy you want! He is on top of all the services my semi needs and always keeps me informed when dealing with an issue or any suggestions he may have to keep my truck out of the garage. Been going with him for over a year now and never disappoints!! Very professional at all times!! Pantera semi.

They never take you finish your work according to your appointment so taking appointment or come here walk ins doesn t matter . They never do your work on time Mai be ready to stay there more than a day . Bad service.

Talked with Geo in service about my truck shaking. He did an inspection on it and noticed my airbags to be lower than specs. He adjusted it for us right there and then for my driver. He got him back on the road. Highly recommended dealer and great service department. Thanks again Geo !!!-Sham Transportation LLC

I don t often have a positive experience at a Kenworth, but these people are great! I found myself in a rather unnerving situation with my truck early on a Saturday. They not only had everything I needed to fix the issue, but every person I interacted with was friendly, extremely helpful, and respectful. Any time I need parts, service/repairs, or even just advice about my poor KW when I m in the area, you can bet this will be the first place I look to.

Do not trust them. They steal your money without repairing the truck. You must inspect your truck before you pay them. It is a company of cunning thieves who stole my money and did not repair the truck. On the contrary, it got worse.

Always a great place, i have a 2016 w900, and this guys are the only ones i trust to fix my truck. Ive been to several dealers to fix certain issues and there the only ones that seem to fix it right the first time.

I typically always come here for parts when possible. Slightly cheaper then their competitors and the staff at the counter is always top notch have never had a bad experience here. Also bought a new truck seat here that was priced about 1k less than other places.

Check in process goes smooth. Its fcfs type of center, but you can try calling and scheduling an appointment for service. Front desk ladies were very polite and friendly. Yard guy at the caged truck parking in front of the facility wasn't in the best mood the day I dropped off my vehicle. I will circle back and update the review once the repair is completed.

I want to start by saying the front desk lady s are nice and helpful.As far as the shop goes, it s rip off place. You will be charged an arm and leg. They couldn t even do a proper PM on one of our units, they forgot to grease it. Who s forgets to grease a truck? God know what else they over look

As everyone knows going to kenworth is really expensive! It was just a little slower than going to a regular shop. But I would like to say their service department was great and very attentive to every question I had or any problem I was having. The front desk Amanda and Kate were always on top of the calls Mason Galarza was always on top of picking up my calls or dealing with warranty, Jordan Zucek and Andrew Ragan in service were on top of my truck and if I missed anyone else I m sorry but all in all service team was great and got the work done. The employees were great! Top notch 10 out of 10! And deserve recognition! Once again the 4 stars is for the pricing and for how long it actually took to get my truck in and out I thought this process could of been faster!

The parts department is very helpful and polite. Always can get quick quotes and answers on availability on parts. Jerry Feldman is great to work with on our parts. He s quick. In this line of work, it s nice to have the answers immediately or as fast as possible. Thanks to all.

Called and asked for availability on some parts, was told they have them, drove there 1 hour only to be told they dont have all of then. But that's not why I'm giving them 1 star. Yesterday i called to set an appointment today for a pm service on my truck, i was told they can do it at 1pm, so today at 1 pm i was there to check in.After giving them the key i went to the waiting lounge and scrolled my phone for 2 hours untill i got a phone call and left the lounge to not bother the other people in there with my conversation. I walked out of the facility only to see my truck still where i parked it 2 hours ago. So i went and got my keys back and left, but wasted 4 hours of my day for nothing.The whole point of an appointment is to not have to wait hours untill someone can help you.But i was nice to everyone on my way out and took it as a learning lesson to not do bussines with them again.I hope they can improve on that and people don't have to go thru that in the future!

They seem to be pretty slow in parts every time I come, plus they take a loooooong time to answer the phone. And they don't seem to care about customer service. With the crazy prices they charge for parts they should definitely be able to afford to hire more workers.

Jerry, Steve & Nick in the parts department are the absolute best! Always very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Jerry is my go-to salesman, he's extremely knowledgeable and always takes cares of me when I come in. Highly recommend!

Worst place ever!!!! Had the 2022 Kenworth for derate issue they said driver put the fuel into def tank. I don't know how is it possible for driver to do that. The diesel nozzle won't fit in inside but anyways the truck was there for 2 1/2 3weeks. Got the call from them saying truck is ready to be picked up. 2 days after picking up doing the same problem. Took it back to them. They say def quality level sensor is bad they won't give me an estimate time for it. I asked them the reason all they said "it's one of the parts that's in the national shortage list and its covered under warranty" After the trucks been sitting there for almost half year. And keep calling them.i kept calling them and they say parts should be there by end of September or begging of October. Later they said November. I paid them 400+ plus dollars and took the truck out from there and took it to an another shop on 10/06/2022 and truck was ready to go on 10/10/2022. Cit Joliet has the worst customer service. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had the options. And these are all my experience with cit truck Joliet. I on't know about their other locations. I wou lol d stay out of it.

The truck wasn't fix right. The speedometer has been put in kilometers. It wasn't like this at first.Also the Mud flap were replaced and brackets but weren't adjusted properly. I had to come back to get this corrected. The Truck has been in the shop for 3 weeks.

This is my company's go to location when they need real heavy duty work. This is 2nd time they've done work on my truck for Egr cooler and dpf system. However this time not only did mechanic remove my mounts from windshield but they also broke one of my other mou ts in half. Mind you engine work. So even if a test drive. My mounts shouldn't have been touched. They weren't in the way nor blocking vision on windshield.

I had a sensor go bad. Orginally I was going to buy the sensor and install it later. But when I got to CIT I started to change my mind. They were able to get me in without me hearing it will be four days before they can get to you. Also they ran a check on the warranty and I had 3 weeks left on it. They could have not told me and I would have never known but they did. So I really appreciated that. And couple hours later I was done. I plan using this dealership again. Very happy with the work.

Went to pick up parts for my truck. Customer service rep Tom in parts section did not only walk away from me when I approached the counter but did not acknowledge my existence , but proceeded to use profanity in the show room

They seem to be a little less busy than Minooka and Peru. They seem to work quite a bit faster, as well. I can recommend bringing your truck here if you've got the choice between the three
