I called at 5pm after work hoping they could patch up my wrangler tire. I had to put air in it 3 times just to get to work and back home in the last 3 days....so grateful they allowed me to take it in last minute and were able to patch it up and at no charge!!! It being two days before the holiday I WAS SUPER GRATEFUL!! THANK YOU!

Christine was phenomenal. I had an appointment elsewhere and my tow truck driver swore by Belle instead - he wasn t wrong. It was the right call! Christine was able to get my car in and the entire team got me out within a very reasonable time considering the crazy weather and business. Christine was getting calls/walkins left and right. She was so kind to everyone and explained the wait times and made arrangements with people to get everyone taken care of. I ve already recommended this location to family and friends. Thanks so much for all of your help!

I ordered 4 new tires for my truck. They do not stock that particular tire. They ordered and installed them. When I rotated my tires I found 1 to be defective. They rotated 2 tires on one side to determine which tire it was. They said they would order me a new one and would call me when it came in. Well they haven't called. It has been 4 months now. The tires they rotated were not rescanned for my pressure sensors. Needless to say bu I am not going back there again.

Got new tires installed today. Sergio helped me out and made sure I got the right size put on. It took exactly as long as he said it would. Very pleased with the service here, will definitely be back next time I need anything.

I was driving back from Chicago to Saint louis and my splash shield partially came off my car. There was a gentleman there, I didn't get his name This guy was so helpful and made sure I got home. Thank you sir from the bottom of my heart and believe it or not, there are still angels on this earth! The guy with the ginger beard and rocks the baseball cap is awesome! FANTASTIC customer service!

After bending the rim on a sizeable pothole, I contacted Belle to use the warranty on my tires. At the time, I was out of town on business and other Belle Tire locations that were closer seemed unconcerned. They didn't want to be bothered and simply referred me back to the location where I purchased the warranty - roughly 4 hours away.When I called Joliet and spoke to Reno, he was very understanding and explained the reasons for the issues I was experiencing. He apologized for the other locations not providing the care I deserved and suggested an appropriate fix. Reno made such a great impression, it seemed worthwhile to simply make the drive to his location in order to fix it so that's exactly what I did.As expected, Reno was there with warm reception and gave care and attention to assure my vehicle was handled with care and I was safely back on the road. Belle Tire almost lost a customer for good that day but thanks to Reno, my trust was restored and when someone wants honesty, loyalty and reliability, I'll refer them to Reno's shop.Thank you for all your help and expertise. It meant a lot!

Everyone of the staff was accommodating, and very understanding of my son when coming into the shop. They made sure my breaks and rotors were properly done! Also my lug nuts!! I highly recommend them and their services.

Excellent Service !Ask for RENO Came in for a tire balance and rotation on my Honda Accord . Got it done in 30mins and I was back on road.Got to see the work done right through the window.Will be coming back for next rotation here.

Tire blew out on the highway and found Belle Tire to be the closest. Never had this happen before so I didn't know what to expect and was pretty nervous. When I first walked in I was treated with respect. The staff's calm and friendly demeanor helped calm me down. I cannot stress enough how I will recommend belle tire in Joliet to everyone i know for any tire needs. Quick and trustworthy service in addition to friendliness and respect are just a few of the qualities these employees provided to me. Very thankful I choose this facility.

Brought my car in on a whim to see if they d be able to repair a flat, damaged tire on a Saturday morning. They took me in right away, repaired my tire within an hour and let me know that the service was FREE. Outstanding customer service! The lawn is nicely manicured with not a scrap of garbage anywhere in sight. Inside, you re hit with a lovely fragrance of warm pecan vanilla. The interior is clean and welcoming. I will absolutely be making Belle Tire my go-to spot. Very impressed with the service and the customer service! 10/10 all across the board!

Belle Tire is fantastic! They always treat us fairly and are honest with what needs to be done to our vehicles. I really appreciate them making recommendations as to what needs to be done and letting us decide how to proceed instead of a hard sell.

Very knowledgeable sales staff. I was able to upgrade to Micheline tires for a total of $18.00 from Continental. Time of installation was exactly as they promised. It has a comfortable waiting area and a Menards and Walmart within walking distance.

Store manager Daniel was very helpful and friendly . He provide me with the best option for tires without being pushy. Prices were great as I shopped around. Highly recommend this store and Belle tire.

I received excellent customer service from beginning to end! After taking my car to another mechanic and still not getting the problem solved, I took it to Belle Tire and they were able to diagnose it and fix it right away. The issue ended up being the one thing the first mechanic said wasn't the problem at all! They addressed every single one of my concerns and took care of my every need. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I'll be sure to take my car back in the future!

Very nice experience. First time customer. Very polite staff. I needed a tire patched, was in and out in about an hour. I used to go to Discount Tire but I am done with that place. Belle tire is my new tire shop for the 6 vehicles that I own.

I have never been treated as grandly as I was at Belle. Being 75 and handicapped a gentleman was kind enough to open the door for me when I arrived and again when I left, and another gentleman was there to open the door again when I arrived to pick up my van and again opened the door as I left. The prices were in line with what I figured they would be. Outstanding service and quality work! Thank you.

The guys are amazing, always very polite and accommodating of me, I go to get all my passenger car tire needs there, mounting balancing and plug patches. Special thank you Christine Sergio and Caleb for being amazing and helping me with a tricky tire issue.

I am so grateful and thankful that Bell Tire opened they are a god send. The guys are not only thorough and efficient but also take pride in their work and explain it on terms I can understand because I am not proficient in mechanics by any means. Ladies they will not get over on you and recommend services with estimates. I went in with a critical hesitation to start after getting fuel like a sputter with my 2015 Ford Escape and Ozzie checked me in for my 9am appointment and diagnosed the problem after inspection. He came and delivered great news they can get the part and have it ready in a couple hours. I didn't mind I got picked up and was blown away for the second time. My truck is driving even better and when I went to fill up she started right up afterwards. No sputtering, no rumbling, no hesitation and no more jumps. Yes, I have a brand new battery that wasn't the issue. My Solenoid valve needed to be replaced. I can't leave Brett out from my visit last week he inspected my lug nuts gave me a great deal and they installed them today. They have all types of deals and specials too. If you need work done don't wait for the lights to come on get a complimentary inspection and let the guys go to work. Ozzie you were right the check engine light went off once the Solenoid was replaced. I have nothing but 10/10 for these guys. No matter who I encounter they are all great to work with. I even left my phone charger in the lobby called and they got it before I had to buy another one. It was 100 degrees and service was a breeze! Thank you guys and I'll definitely be back

Very poor customer service. They say they beat the best price around. Called farm and fleet and got a price ,then called here and was given a price. When I said it was not the best price I gave her their price and she came back with another price that still didn't beat farm and fleet. I told her that there price match guaranty was not close and she hung up on me. Not very good customer service on her part. I even told her my quoted price before she reworked her price. She knew the price to beat and failed and hangs up on me because I got a better price. Shop around and get a better price and way better service elsewhere. Would not recommend this place for anything, the girl I spoke to was very ignorant to me.

I made the trip from the north suburbs down to this store based on the positive things I had heard about their shops and service. The experience I had exceeded my expectations in every way. The shop was clean and orderly. The waiting room (and restroom) were pristine. The manager, Dan, was very welcoming and we had a great chat about the company and how they operate. From what I saw of the shop, it was clear the company made a point of investing in high quality machines and equipment to provide their customers the best, most efficient service, and their techs the best tools for the job. I have seen shops where the techs are in no particular hurry to get work done, and shops where techs are working so frantically you would worry about whether they would cut corners to get the work done. This shop was the perfect in between. Everyone was focused on their work in a very confident, professional way. And the price I got for parts and labor were very fair, with a solid warranty included. Dan answered all my questions and explained all the work. My only complaint: the windows in the waiting room need some blinds to block out the sun. But I will definitely come back to this shop for anything more complicated than an oil change.

I came in about 10 minutes before closing and wanted to schedule an appointment not thinking anyone would be willing to take a look at things since they were about to close. However the manager had a very positive and welcoming attitude along with the team members and they happily obliged and stayed well past closing time to take a look at my tire that had low pressure. We will definitely be back because good service is something we value. Thank you to manager Dan Earley and team!

Everyone there are nice and friendly, they fixed my tire and got me on my way in less than an hour. I have had other work done there and have always had the same treatment I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I could rate a zero star. Went in with no brake light on left with a brake light on right after they told me my brake line was so rusted it was leaking. It wasn't. I pay very close attention to the car and no other places expressed that on paperwork in the last 6 months. This place cut my brake line because I was a woman with a child who they could take advantage of. Don't ever come here. SAVE YOURSELF !! 1200 of damage they caused to my car.

Best $100 I ve spent in a long time! My alignment came out super success on my 97 Chevy truck with a leveling kit on it, I m amazed they got it done with out issues or comments. Super satisfied well done guys

We stopped into BelleTire on a whim in Black Friday, and the grand opening of the Joliet location and we are so glad we did! We worked with Dan and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to get a great deal on the best tires for me needs and we re in and out within an hour. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Couldn't mount tires on rims. Had to picked up new tires on rims but were oracle to seal and air up. Granted they were 35 inch truck all terrain tires but couldn't get job done.in my opinion due to inexperienced help.Charged 116.00 for unmount and mount and balance and never got job done. Feel if you can't get job done dont charge for it. Guess I'm old school. How do you charge for a job you can't do.

Outstanding employees and fast service.Needed a new battery installed which i purchased from a auto parts store that could not get the installation done due to the tight location of the battery box.Drove over to Belle and they got the job done correctly and quickly.I will definitely be using Belle in the future for all my service needs.Thank you guys. GREAT JOB!!!!

This place is unbelievable... not only did they fix a tire on my Jeep but there fixing my boyfriends, which has a slow leak also, for nothing... free... who does that anymore!GOD BLESS this establishment and Merry Christmas to the entire staff!!!A lifetime customer now!!!
