literaly noah k. that works here is amazing i had to push my motorcycle cause my battery died he let me borrow a rachet set and charged my battery so i was able to fix my bike in the parking honestly best service ever!!!

My husband went today (7-12-23) around 10:30am to buy some wipers for my car and this very nice lady :) ( with nice red hair) helped him pick the right ones and she also helped him put them on the car. I m very pleased with the service and grateful for helping out my husband. Thank you Auto zone for having excellent people working at your location :)

They had what I needed.I take that back this is a horrible AutoZone. How do you guys rent me a tool. But then when I try to bring it back you say you can't take it back because I don't have no receipt. You never gave me a receipt. So basically you're forcing the sale of a rented tool. I use my credit card to rent it, but it's not in the system. Crooked 6/2/2023

I came in there because I needed a battery and Ashley came out read what the problem was and she was like yeah its the battery so she read my options and instead of just handing me the battery because it was almost time to close she went outside took my battery out put my new one in for me and stood there until it was OK for me to drive she was hoping the censors would pop up so she could read any other problems for me. I would say she most definitely went over what she needed to make sure I was satisfied. She is an awesome worker so I'll be going back and only working with her.

Went couple days later and the manager samantha was really helpful she helped me find the right battery for my car which I was having trouble finding in other stores. Definitely coming back!

I came in needing to get my battery replaced and to run a diagnostic on my check engine light. They didn't have the capability to run the diagnostic and I waited 20+ minutes for someone to come out after they told me to pop my hood. Never came out. I left.

The employee greeted me when I entered the Joliet store and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. He walked me over the section with the replacement headlight bulbs and explained the different options available for my vehicle. He then brought the product up front, rang it up and told me to have a nice day. It was a pleasant experience..

A few days ago I went with my husband looking for some parts for my car and the manager Samantha was very kind and very helpful, she helped us a lot with great efficiency.

The Manager was not very helpful. She pulled a clerk, who was helping me to help another customer. Then when he was done with the other customer, he had to attend to other customers who were waiting in the cashier's line. It took an hour to get a pack of tail lights. I do not understand why the Manager and Trainee couldn't handle the flow of customers on their own and had to take my clerk away.

Had a very good experience since we walked in very helpful workers got great customer service from Alfredo! He even helped us put our wipers on. Will totally recommend this place.

Will not be coming back to this store. The first time we came here we were sold parts for a completely different car, and when we came back to get the correct parts, the exchange took over an hour and cost even more than we originally paid. Some employees do know what they are talking about, but the majority (and even the manager) do not.

Some parts are out of stock. Like serpentine belt should be available everywhere in my opinion but then I can understand with the whole covid situation it might have effected the stocks here as well. But extremely friendly workers here makes up for the shortage. Thank you.

Charged my card 280 dollars without telling me how much they charged me and without sending me a receipt.... then when I find out I don't need the part and call back for a refund they are unable to do it over the phone and tell me to come in. Which I can't because I put my car in the shop instead of doing it myself.

I was there to buy some USB type adapters and some antifreeze I will say after I was browsing around for five minutes or so more than one person working there asked me if I needed help. So it's a good place to check out

So I went in to ask if they could replace the brake light bulb in my car. Online reflects they have to look it up and if they can and have the staff then they will. First guy passes me off to the next. Next guy says he doesn t know how to do it. Then he says because of the corona virus they are not allowed outside. I would be ok with that statement if autozone had said that on the site. At this point he could of just said no one was available at this time to do it or hell he could have even said they can t do it on my vehicle.
