This place decided to roll down a broken window without making sure it worked first. They then proceeded to try to force it out, ripping the seal out of the door. The window motor is now grinding and scratching my glass. They didn't even bother to tell me. They still charged me for the repairs despite breaking my door. Don't bring your cat here. They'll break it and charge you for it.

This to this. Manager lied and was fired. My money for services that were never completed at time of accident were never returned. $1900.

Had to take my vehicle in twice for an alignment after new suspension was installed and now it's not even drivable over 55mph. Steering wheel shakes and steering wheel isn't straight and car pulls hard to left. First time I took it in they left tools attached to car and they fell off going home. I have a 3mo baby and this is our only car. I should of listened to the people I work with that said DO NOT GO THERE. Couldn't even give me a print out of what they did for the alignment. I tell everyone I know now not to go there.

Worst shop. Won t be back learned my lesson. Never fixed my Malibu, did give me credit back. Supposedly fixed my brakes on our truck with the credit yet we had to replace them again 2 months later. Then my daughter just got a car for her birthday and she took it there for overheating said it was a hose then said it was head gasket then it was the hose. And now headlights won t work and they told her they don t know. They refunded her then added it back to bill. They have no idea what they are doing.

When others wouldn't talk to us over the phone about the car, Wells Norris did. They got our car fixed and back on the road, and came in way under the price quoted by a dealership. Very very very happy with the service!!!

We took our car to Wells Norris to have the front rebuilt and rear shocks redone. The car had to be returned twice because the shocks were loose and the steering was completely loose. While the mechanic was on a drive with the car, he decided to pass a trash truck, run a stop sign, and then hit a minivan head on. Needless to say, the car was totaled. Wells Norris failed to contact us to offer us a rental car. We had to wait 8 days to receive one, only after calling their insurance agent multiple times. Again, no help from Wells Norris. Did we receive a refund for the $2,000 that was paid for the faulty work? NO!!! The owner continues to ignore us.

My daughter witnessed the repairman wreck Angie Heberling car. It was the employees fault. We stand behind Chris Heberling and she will testify in court if need be. I took my vehicle in about a month ago for an alignment luckily I got a second opinion because the repair man tried to tell me I needed a ton of suspension work. My 2nd opinion said it was not try and I saved alot of money

Stopped in one minute before they closed with a tire losing air on my way home, they didn t hesitate, fixed my tire and reset my tpms and I was on my way 20 min later for a fair price, excellent service.

I've always been a fan of Wells and I will always recommend them for anyone needing a service that they provide.They have even worked with me when I was in a pinch and didn't have the money to pay them completely. I know they don't do it EVERY time but the time they did it I really needed the service done.

I called around to compare prices of a new set of 4 tires and I was going to save $50 over the dealer by choosing Wells Norris. Considering all they do is tires, what could go wrong? I drove in with all 4 of my valve stems in working order and left with my instrument screen showing 1 in the red and 2 not registering pressure at all. I called immediately and they told me the car will reset on its own after being driven a bit. After a week or so 2 would not reset. I went back in to Wells Norris and they told me to take the car to the dealer. The dealer was going to charge charge me to fix it so they sent me back to Wells. Wells attempted to fix the problem and did reset one but the other would not reset so they told me they were going to have to charge me to fix it! I had them fix the one but told them this was their fault and I would only pay half. They treated me like they were doing me a favor yet they broke it. I had to take the car back 3 more times for them to fix the problems between all 3 of the original tires that weren't right from the start. I didn't save a dime considering I had to pay for their mistake, plus I have been in there for a total of 6 hours as they tried to fix the problem multiple times now. Guess what? 2 of the same tires STILL don't register pressure at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Buyer beware! NEVER NEVER EVER go to Wells Norris. They are rude, they will damage your car and then say they didn't do it. My wife had 4 new tires put on car and had front end alignment. They very next day when she got on highway it started vibrating. Took it back to them and they told her she must have hit a pothole or curb because her rim was bent. No and no. They bent rim and said sorry but we will not fix it. Very very rude. When I called they hung up on me 3 times. PLEASE NEVER SHOP THERE. They talk to women like they ate stupid. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

These "great" reviews are fake for Wells Norris Tire and auto. The service here is terrible. Front desk and staff have horrible attitudes. Over priced tires, scratches all over my rims. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very very accommodating . Mike and his team have gone above and beyond the Call of Duty trying to help me out with a tractor tire and rim problem. Thanks for all your hard work .I would most definitely recommend these guys to friends colleagues and even family ! Great pricing and better service ! Thanks again!

ive done business here for years.this is not the same place.cheap parts where quality used to be.my nephew and i had them do our shocks the same day.they put parts that lasted aboyut a week and now we have to get it done again elsewhere.beware folks,this is not thye place we knew and loved.
