We've had 6 car's windows tinted by JP and they all look awesome, so when we decided to have our doors on our house tinted, it was a no-brainer who to call. We were looking for heat reduction (west facing wall) and something to diffuse the sunlight to avoid discoloration of carpet, furniture, etc. They put a super dark ceramic coat on the doors and it turned out way better than anticipated. They came out and did a fantastic job. And the price was right.

I personally know someone they have gone out of their way to help get something fixed, and have gone to this store a couple times with that person. They have always been nice and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend enough!

I purchased a Leer camper shell from JP Auto body. Soon after the install I noticed several water leaks during a rainstorm. I had to go back and forth to this dealer 4 times. There were two attempts to fix the leaks, once at the manufacturer and once at JP Auto Body. Both attempts failed. I finally got a refund on the forth trip back to their shop. In addition to the leaking camper shell, I noticed soon after the install that my driver's side taillight had condensation on the inside and about an inch of water sitting in the bottom. This taillight was removed and reinstalled during the camper shell installation in order to run wires for the camper shell's brake light. I explained to Justin Pruitt, the owner via email that I believed the damaged taillight was caused by the installation process, because the light was 100% free of internal condensation and water prior to the install, and soon after, it was full of water. Justin claimed it was not their fault, because these Ford taillights are known to fail in this manner. He refused to reimburse me for the cost of replacing the damaged light. During my forth visit to JP Auto Body I explained again to Justin that it is an extraordinary coincidence that this light happened to start leaking soon after the installation if it wasn't caused by them. He still refused to reimburse me.I recently had the taillight replaced at Robert's Motors in Alton, IL, an authorized Ford dealer. I asked a member of Ford's service department if it's true that these taillights fail commonly and he said no. He then agreed with me that it was highly unlikely that the light spontaneously failed and that the broken light was reinstalled improperly and appeared to be "jammed back in place.'I sent Justin Pruitt another email and explained my conversation with the Ford dealer's service department on 11/2/2021 and have not received a response.I would beware of this place and steer clear of Leer camper shells.

Had my wife's windows tinted they were very friendly and fast on service and explained the difference in tinting will definitely be going back

My car is clean but it took 7+ hours from the time I dropped it off and was unfinished due to having a 2 month old that couldn't just sit around the shop and needed to get home. Cassandra was friendly about the situation.

Hes backed up, but did an awesome job. No bubbles, 07 gran prix, back glass is perfect, slanted. With alot of surface area, im sure its tough
