Diane and Kevin in service are so nice. They always have a smile and are always willing to help. The sales team is the same. Never any pressure, but there to answer questions. Not your stereotypical dealership.

Don't use there auto body shop,had a titan get fixed (body work).they were pretty fast about fixing ,other than that,my paint does not match the other side of vehicle, under the new door that installed must of been set on ground cause paint is chipped like it was set on corner,gas cover door is junk know,window trim is not set straight and peeled out.This was a insurance job that I don't like.freer in godfrey has been way better.thank you

My family has used Jerseyville Motor Company for decades. Jeff is our go to sales guy and is always available to assist with any questions that arise. I recently purchased a new vehicle and Trudy was beyond amazing in helping me with all the paperwork. Anytime I have an issue with my car, the service department is quick to get me in and quick to fix the issue. Jerseyville Ford is the best of the best!

All of the staff in the parts department, including Diane, are pleasant and knowledgeable. They solved my problem with no wait time. Also, my initial phone contact with Trudy in warranty was very helpful.

I love this dealer. I bought my car here 3 years ago and go out of my way to bring it back for service vs. going to Robert's Ford which is a mere 5 minutes from my house. Jerseyville Motor operates like an old fashioned, small town car dealer, which is exactly what it is! That charm keeps customers like me coming back and talking them up to others. They don t play the games or use the pressure tactics found at larger dealers. Their prices remain some of the best I've seen on new Fords, especially compared to other nearby dealers. When there, one is met by friendly and personable faces, staff that remembers you, and possibly even remember your first name. Their service department is small, but easy to schedule and work with. They usually have you in and out within the hour for a scheduled oil change. In addition, the mechanics appear clean and respectable, which can t be said about other places either. You just can't go wrong with this place. Give them a try if shopping for a new or used car.

I came to jerseyville ford because of there reviews. I had Mike as my service advisor. He did a great job explaining when he can get me in. The best time to bring my truck. Iwas in and out. Have my sunroof repaired on my f150. I came from st. Peters mo to get great service. Jerseyville ford is my new repair shop.Thanks Mike

Through the years we have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and every time the staff have been very friendly. Most recently our son had to have his mustang taken in due to an accident, trying to avoid hitting a deer at night. We told the service dept that we were leaving on vacation and he sure wanted to take it, but probably wouldn't be able to now since we were leaving in only 3 days. Not only did they get it done before we left, but it cost a lot less than we figured. I just want to say to the public, that everyone we speak with here, are always professional and friendly. I just wish all businesses were ran like this one.

Astronomical labor prices! $717 to replace 8 sparkplugs and wire boots on my 2012 expedition. They got my money but lost my business. This was their idea of a complete tuneup!!!

The Ford dealership in Jerseyville is a great local place for all Ford servicing, repairs, and purchases. Very friendly service department who will help you understand your repairs or future service needs without taking advantage of you.

This is absolutley the best experence you are going to have at a dealership in the STL metro area. Sales experecne is super relaxed, service dept is the best. Everyone knows me by name. The BEST

Wait times for coolant flush or A/C service are over two weeks if you own a diesel. Parts manager is rude. Will not honor Motorcraft battery warranty of Motorcraft batteries bought at other Ford dealerships. I wouldn't buy parts or vehicles from this place as they lack competent people. Sad.

A very friendly small town car dealer. The waiting "lounge" is only a few chairs in the showroom with a few magazines. Not really an ideal place to wait out a long service visit.
