We needed a truck that my wife was comfortable driving and also met her standards in terms of appearance and features. Wade Muller was able to find the perfect vehicle that met our needs. She loves her red F-150 with low mileage and excellent condition.

Vicki was so helpful in finding the right vehicle! Just after meeting her, I had a family emergency that took quite some time to work thru. But she was very patient and never ever pushy! I appreciated that so much! She would email me when she had something she thought might be of interest and we kept in touch. When I was finally able to concentrate on getting a different vehicle, we worked together on the specifics, and I traded within just a few days! After months of hard decisions, I needed this to go smooth... and it did!

We went from needing a vehicle ASAP to having a quality used car for consideration in 15 minutes. We purchased the car with a verbal agreement on Saturday and it was delivered to us on Monday.As Wade stated when I called, "Mark, you just became my highest priority.".That is great service, and the used car is very nice and easily better than what was described.

Cierra made my new car purchase the easiest & best car shopping experience thus far! I fell in love with this car & she did everything she could to make it happen for me. Thank you to everyone at Westown Ford for their exceptional customer service as they helped me end a two year mechanical nightmare with my New 2020 Explorer that I bought at a southern Illinois car dealership. After two years of constant mechanical issues that the southern Illinois dealer refused to help me with, Westown Ford agreed to work on my vehicle and worked with Ford Corporate to agree to replace my vehicle. They had never dealt with this situation before but were more than willing to help me. I have had my replacement vehicle for about a year now and they still check in with me to make sure everything is fine. I can t say enough about the Westown Ford Team! You re the best!

Vicki is the best!!! I ve known her for a few years now and I was finally able to own my very first, new to me, vehicle all on my own! I m absolutely loving it, it s in the best condition I could have imagined and Vicki was so helpful and knowledgeable in walking me through the process. We drove over two hours to meet with Wade and the crew at Westown. Needless to say they didn't disappoint. Wade helped us find the right car for my ever growing family. The most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle was all made possible by Cierra. She's so easy to talk to. Very personable. She definitely knows her cars!! Cierra went to bat for me and got my offer approved. Also a big thank you to the business manager for approving the deal. Pam in financial was also a wonderful person to work with. Our experience at Westown was taken above and beyond with their customer service. CC is an awesome saleswoman and we re so happy we got to work with her on all 4 vehicles we ve bought here in the last year. She helped us find reliable vehicles for both of our daughters and put us in the truck we needed. CC and Kevin took an unforeseen situation and handled it with the utmost care and made it right by far better and faster than any dealership we ve ever purchased from.
