Staff are friendly and professional. Repair rates seem pretty standard.Plan ahead. We had to wait several weeks to get in for body work, twice - front and back bumpers, on an older VW. Once they have it, it takes a little while.My car looks beautiful now! Very professional work. They cleaned all the dog hair out of the car interior before we picked it up, and that was an unexpected bonus!I am not sure that repairing headlights is normally part of body work; I just made the assumption that it was. Each time we picked up the car there was a problem with lights. One was a headlight and the second time the tail lights did not work. They were quick to get it in to fix it, but when we picked it up the last time, one marker light doesn t work. I just let it go, because I wanted to drive the car.I would certainly rely on them again.

This is my 2nd time dealing with Tillit Collision center. Both times I have been extremely pleased with both the quality of work and the friendliness of the employees ! Will use Tillit again if needed & will recommend them to anyone ! Great job on my car !

Had my car a week longer than was told repair would take. Absolutely NO communication on Tillitt's end. There's a footprint or something on my windshield but I honestly just don't want to deal with them again at the moment. *During blizzard I realize that now my rear wiper and defroster no longer work! They told me my repairs would take seven Business Days And this has been the third week And I still haven't Received Any updates. Just called for a update and it looks like it's going to be another week. We'll see.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, WeldingServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was trying to help out a friend with a problem with this business and the manager/owner was very disrespectful, was cussing at us and threatening to fight us and wouldn t own up to his workers mistake costing my friend money for parts that should ve never been broken.
