On Saturday morning my car was dead jump started it and then on Sunday it was dead again something was clearly wrong with the battery. On Monday morning I called Rex told them was what was going on and how my automatic start stoplight was on also. They told me that s not an issue just bring it on up. So they did some testing and they could tell something was definitely wrong, but wasn t sure what battery it was since my car has two batteries from the automatic start Stop. I just told them to go ahead and replace both he told me the price and I said ok. Was literally in and out of there in 45 minutes with 2 new batteries installed

My father has came here a few times and has always left happy and satisfied. The staff here are super friendly and are quick to assist and answer any questions that you have. I will happily recommend Rexx Battery to all of my friends.

been going to Rexx Battery for years and they re always professional, kind, and helpful. fast service and even fixed our battery connection and tested the arc to make sure it wasn t a problem with our car at no extra charge. will always recommend!

They have any kind of battery you want. If not the can probably get it.... they also sell top brand flashlights

Very polite and considerate. My last visit I was bringing my car. It wasn't my battery but they tested my alternator and that was the problem.

Battery volts were low and left car and they charged it up at no cost as we bought battery there. Great group guys. Good place to go for battery or issues.

I've had the need to stop by Rexx Battery twice recently with a car battery issue. Both times the representatives I dealt with were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They definitely have my business!

Best place in the area to get batteries for anything, from phones to vehicles. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are cheaper than Walmart. They'll test your battery, recommend a replacement if needed, and swap it out for you.

Don't pay those high prices for battery's at all the other places, Come to Rexx Battery of Jacksonville. I saved over 100 dollars and was in and out in 15 minutes. I'm telling all my friends about this business.

My battery cables were loose on my car I took it in they looked at them and tighten them without charging me anything they were very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Staff is super knowledgeable I came in looking for a battery that I did not have with me or remember the type but I told the staff what it was for and they were able to point me to the right battery

Get 90% of my batteries here. Always in stock and cheaper then other places I use to go to. They know their batteries.
