They are very helpful and super nice! They even checked my battery, starter, etc. They have almost anything you would need! The only things I'm disappointed with are: their deer horns are longer than Walmart's and won't fit on my vehicle, and they don't carry the correct seat belt adjusters like Walmart does that I prefer to use.

These guys went above and beyond to help me out. I was stranded 5 hours in to a 12 hour trip my starter decided to fry. They helped me out with a new starter and hooked me up with a local shop to do the install.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. A friend of mine who is deaf, went to O Reilly s and tried to ask them questions through pen and paper. They were very uncooperative and wouldn t write down their responses. They expected him to lip read... and to think that Jacksonville has a large deaf population. Do better. Y all need to learn ASL or hire someone who is fluent.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually going above and beyond to help people out. Only parts store in town I trust. Highly recommend.

Terrible I went there for 2 bearings for my truck and I paid for bearings I was charged 14 something for my bearings and they gave me the 26 dollar bearings without paying attention one of the bearings I had reordered because the packaging was open and I came back to get the bearing I paid for and they told that I paid for the cheaper bearings so I had to pay extra for the national bearings because I the price o paid was the cheaper ones but they gave me national bearings to begin with the I was there to pickup was a cheaper bearing I paid the extra and got national bearings they gave the bearing I tried returning and told it was good it had stuff marks on the collar and it had metal shavings in the bearing I will not return here again I had to drive all the from Jacksonville il to Macomb il just to make things right and get a good bearing if I were you I wouldn't waste your money I could've went to autozone and got bearings for cheaper national bearingsat that until this they start checking their stuff im very unhappy because pretty much after I found out it was the same bearing I returned i asked if they could order me a different one they told me it was unused which it was used and I didn't get told that I had bought cheaper bearings for the price I paid until I went to pick up a new one that I ordered

Always fast, curtious and if they ain't got it....they will get it. I believe they price match tol....it's never been necessary cause they always the cheapest.

Went in to get a map sensor for my van......changed it out and the van ran fine for bout 10 min.......took it back up to you guys and had someone put computer on it......same code.......guy wanted to argue with me and say it wasnt a faulty new sensor......got to be computer he said.......put old one back on and took that one back and got money back........went to auto zone cause yall didnt hae another one in stock.....changed it out and shes running fine now......but it wasnt the sensor acording to one of your employees......lol.....auto zone it is from now on......spent way to much money in your guys store to be treated like that.....

Only parts store in Jacksonville i found style of bug shield/rain guards i would perchase. Pretty good selection.
