Absolutely recommend! I've bought and sold over a dozen cars in my life. These guys were HANDS DOWN the best experience I've EVER had. Fast, fair, and a pleasure to work with. Justin and Monty took GREAT care of me. I can't sing their praises enough.

I had been looking at Jeep gladiators , and stopped by this dealership twice to look, The salesman did approach me but in a very nice way not pushy at all. Then made the mistake of taking my wife by there just to look and ended up bring home a new Jeep.I highly recommend this local home town dealership that still cares.

Took my car for an oil change. It came out with a cracked windshield. No empathy whatsoever. Take pictures of your vehicle before any service appointments and protect yourself.

Made an appointment last week for today, when I arrived I was told we had no appointment and the service needed would take 3 hrs. Spoke to a manager (J.P.) and he pointed out I had made the appointment at the Westside dealership, so I messed up. Not only did he honor the coupon for the other location he also made sure we were serviced and we were on our way in a timely manner. Excellent Service today, your team should be proud of the service they provided. Thanks again.

I came to look at a truck and loved it! The man I dealt with was very friendly. We hadn't discussed price yet as I like to go through my bank and have it approved and ready to go before I do that. Bank gave the go, I called and said let's talk price, he said I'll talk to so and so to see if we can come down. I never heard from him again. I went elsewhere and bought the exact same truck for slightly less a week later.

Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was courteous and got us out in a timely manner. We were expecting to be at the service department for a minimum of 3 hours. Fortunately, we were only there for 1 hour. Thank you

We are from Kansas City and heading back from Michigan. My husband and I had just left Springfield, IL when we noticed our air had starting going warm. We have a 5 month old and did not want to risk driving home in the summer heat and no A/C. Our car is a 2014 Dodge Charger and we were relieved to see that this town had a dealership/service center. Unfortunately, we were told that they would not even look at our car to see what was going on - and the earliest would be Friday. Although we understand that people call in sick and that last minute auto repairs are difficult; some help would have been nice as we were still 4 hours from home. The salesman up front was kind enough to recommend a shop up the street who might have a look. The two gentlemen in the offices did not even step out to see what was going on or to offer assistance. I m thankful that our car troubles had not been worse.

Professional and courteous service every time. My Cherokee has been serviced here since it was new: Oil changes, tire rotation, new tires and brakes, they do it all and do it well.

A dealership unlike any other I have even been to or dealt with. Attention all Stealerships take note this is how business is done and done very well. Justin, Chad, and Monte are top notch, respectable, and sincere. They were not only interested in making a good deal for themselves... (stealerships take note!) I have never been to a dealership that were interested in both sides of the deal. Most are focused on taking as much money as they possibly can out of the customer's pocket. I was fully expecting this especially because they knew I had driven over 3 hours just to come look at their vehicle. They knew they had me over a barrel. But, to my surprise not at Jacksonville CDJR! They were more interested in gaining a customer for life and making a fair and honest deal for all involved. You won't get the puff chested sales manager in your face telling you how worthless your trade is and how great their car is. Also you won't see the post deal add ons and inflated or extra fees in the finance office. They will simply do what they can to get you into the car you want and move forward with standard reasonable fees and paperwork with no gimmicks. Tax, Title, License and that's it! No BS. Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had. Even though it was a drive I will be back again! I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business as well.

Had a great experience. They didn t have exactly what I wanted but we found it and they went all the way up to Wisconsin to get it for me. Great customer service and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I worked with Justin, but everyone I talked too was more than friendly. Very happy I was able to shop local!!!

So I thought my check engine light was on apparently it was my low tire pressure. Paid $100 to be told that my air was low on my tires. And still left with the low air tire symbol on seriously do not recommend going there could have took them 2 seconds to air my tires up. So not only did I just waste $100 I still have to go air my tires up. Also could have probably went somewhere else for a lot cheaper just went here because this is where I bought the car.

Very friendly. Not pushy. Didn't have to spend the whole day working on a deal. Went in knowing what we wanted. They encouraged us to test drive. Let us drive it by ourselves. We tested it came back, made a deal and drove it home.

The sales crew at Chrysler Dodge were excellent. They worked with me to get the best possible deal on my trade-in and new vehicle. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased here and that is due to the great service I get from the Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge. staff. Very informative service department. They explain each service before they perform it and after they are done. Cozy waiting area with beverages for waiting customers. The 23 point inspection is one of the things I like most. They catch issues before they become serious. I have not taken my vehicle to any other place since I bought it from this establishment.

This dealership was top notch! Mr. Purdy went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Mr. Purdy to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Here s a great hometown car dealership. Great experience from the purchase of your vehicle to the service of the vehicle. If you have a issue, bring it up with the new owner. He s willing to listen. Great bunch of guys and gals here! Check them out for your next vehicle or service.
