Ryan & Gregg are absolutely fantastic to work with. From going in and just saying I was looking for a car, to getting me into one a couple days later , to fixing it when it had a minor issue free of charge. They have both been excellent and extremely kind . Not once have they seemed bothered or annoyed with helping me in any way. This business earns its 5 stars from me!! I will be back when it s time for another car. Thank you both for absolutely everything you do for this community. You guys are superstars!

Great salesman, the mechanic was a drop everything and get stuff done kind of guy. They take great care of the customer, even though we haven't exactly seen eye to eye on all matters, they have and are trying to make everything right for me as the consumer. The mechanic seems to be very well versed in cars, and seems to try to make everything as good as new, and in a very timely manner.

Bought a vehicle from them because I was told they were good people, within a week I had half a dozen electrical and mechanical problems magically appear. They took weeks to fix the problems that there was no possible way they didn t know about before they sold it to me and even now I m still having issues with the vehicle that I m having to pay to get fixed and I ve owned the vehicle for less than three months. Jacksonville Auto Mart cares only about taking your money and putting you in a vehicle that will end up costing you way more money than it s worth so don t waste your time or money in thinking you re going to go there and get something that isn t a money pit lemon

Came in looking at 2 separate cars. They ran my credit took all my information down. Then when it came to it they tell me both cars I m looking at has deposits on them and they could try to match me with something else. Wasted my time and put a ding on my credit for no reason.

Just bought an SUV from them on Saturday(21 Dec 19). Ryan was my salesman and I couldn,t have asked for more professionalism and kindness. I drove 100 miles to buy the car that I REALLY wanted for years! They treated me like family! I would definitely recommend buying from them!

Stop by and talk to RYAN. NO BS straight forward pricing, The entire process was way to easy. I did not sit and an office for 3 hours while they tried to sell me on a payment. Ryan asked me what I was looking for, what I was willing to pay, and then called me when he found a car that fit my needs. 100% Recommend

Jacksonville auto mart is the only place I will ever buy from! The salesman Ryan was very professional, transparent and was NOT pushy like most in the industry. He was very informative and knows his product very well. We first bought my fianc� s Jeep from there which let to me purchasing my personal as well as company vehicles.

Needed a battery one night in order to get to work the next day. Auto stores were closed so a friend of mine called the owner to see if he had any batteries in the shop. Loaned it out to me without any issue. I appreciate the kindness and hospitality. When I am in the market for a used car, I will go here first.

I bought a lifted f150 from Ryan and the process and sale could not have gone any smoother. He had me in and out with my new truck in less than 30 mins! He made buy a new truck way to easy.

Ryan got me set up in a beautiful 2016 GMC Sierra Slt, gave me top dollar on trade in and was very transparent through the whole process. The price they say is the price you pay, no hidden fees whatsoever.
