Absolutely terrible service. I made an appointment with him almost a week in advance to look at my car on my only day off. He did not even touch my car all day. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he said he would definitely get to it the next day. So again, I left my car with him all day and had to ask for rides everywhere while he "worked on" my car. Again, same thing, he didn't touch it all day when I came back to get it. He has no sense of organization what so ever. I was a re occurring customer for years for my oil changes and he did the same thing with booking appointments with that. Never again. I will be taking all my services elsewhere from now on and you should too!!! Absolutely terrible.

We were helping our son and his girlfriend move from Denver to Michigan. We had a tire blow out on I-72 about 8 miles from Jacksonville. Dugan was listed as one of the closest tire shops and had overall good reviews. Went there with the spare that happened to also be flat. Dugan quickly changed the tire and offered us a better jack than what we had to use to change out the tire. They were friendly, quick to change the tire and went above and beyond. Tried to have service done by them but one thing lead to another. Went back still nothing really. Ended up going to a different shop.

After 10 years of consistently outstanding service we have been disappointed on our last three visits. Each time we have scheduled an oil change with a tire rotation. At each instance we have arrived to learn that the tire rotation had not been completed. On one occasion the incorrect product was used for an oil change. We are saddened and disappointed by the degradation of service offered here. Hopefully the owners and management will work with new staff to provide a better customer experience.

We live in Utah and our daughter attends school in Jacksonville. I saw good reviews online so suggested her to visit Dugan to figure out her slow tire leak. The mechanic thoroughly looked at the tires, explained the problem and patched it up. My daughter said the everyone was polite and fast. It's a good feeling to know they're a trustworthy shop. She'll return to Dugan for all her car maintenance!!

Worst place ever today. Had family take tires in to be moved to other rims and accused of being a rich farmer. Then they treated us even worse when they were corrected. Was going to be buying over 30 tires from them this year for my personal stuff and business equipment. Going to go to best drive in Jacksonville from now on. Atleast there myself and family are treated with respect amd dignity.

I brought in my car which was leaking air from every tire due to corroded rims. They were professional and quick. Very fair prices and any additional charges were small, such as replacing a valve stem which I knew was bad.

Rick and his crew go the extra mile to see that everything runs smoothly. No need to drive to Springfield for oil changes on my Subaru! And, prices are reasonable.

I've gone to Dugan twice now and both times they were excellent. They are also located within reasonable walking distance from most areas of Jacksonville.

I can not tell you how fortunate we were to come across this shop, we were in the process of moving to Indiana when my wheel barring went out and caused a few other problems as well . These group of guys made it a point to get us on the road as fast as possible and the financial damage was not near what i would except. A group of honest good ol boys who treated us like they had known us for years. The big shops never would havze treated us the same. Anyone local should utilize such a great shop.

Dugana is willing to come do tires if you have flats in the region. Its not cheap, but the quality has always been high, service is quick and the fact they can come to you to do the work is quite the blessing.

Used to get my truck and trailer tires here all the time. Certain tires may be a little higher but the service is a five-star
