Took my vehicle into Clints Auto for body repair and it came out great.Cant even tell there was damage to the vehicle. Paint matched perfectly. They even washed it and cleaned the inside.Special thanks to Bryan for taking such good care of me.I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Clints for all your auto needs.Great job guys.

Clint has had my vehicle since January due to needing a new timing chain and gears, we had to wait on parts and he was kind enough to give me a loaner car to drive. He kept me updated on the process and what was going on. Got there to pick it up today and it had been washed and the inside cleaned. He is the only person I trust with my vehicle. You will not be disappointed in the mechanic side of it and the body shop side of his business.

I ve taken my car to Clint s two separate occasions. Clint and his guys are honest and truly care about their customers. They don t push sales like many shops do. They got me in quickly both times (within 2-3days). They communicate well with their customers and are knowledgeable with the repairs. Pricing was very competitive and they do offer 6mo same-as-cash through Synchrony Bank Car Care credit card. The first time I had my car there getting my catalytic converter replaced they lent me their loaner car at no cost. They make sure their customers are well taken care of and I will continue to take my car there & recommend others to do the same!

They fixed items I had issues with, even though I supplied all parts. Still had issues and brought it back, they would fix any issues they had worked on no charge. It was discovered it was another separate item.If it was possibly further investigation on the initial issue, checking all items of the system, it may have been found and fixed while there...I must say I am very pleased with the overall service. I have been a client for many years, and would recommend Clint's Auto to my friends and famiily.Thanks Clint for your effort in customer satisfaction.

I contacted Clints Auto for my son car to be fixed they towed the car to the shop on Monday and on Tuesday the car was fix so far he hasn't had any problems going back and forth to Springfield Illinois to work they put on an Accerative Patel Senior so far so good thank you we are very pleased

Being new to Jacksonville, I had the opportunity to find a new auto shop.I originally went to a shop on Morton who unfortunately told me they couldn't work on my car. But they knew a place that could. I'm truly thankful that I was sent to Clint's. When they say "No job is too small or too big. We do them all." they mean it. They've been able to easily fix the multiple issues my car had while being transparent and honest with me. From all employees I have witnessed and have been given the best customer service. I'll gladly recommend them to anyone because they've earned a life-long customer with me. You won't regret trusting Clint's crew!

Clint and all his guys were absolutely amazing to us. Clint spent countless hours on the phone with our warranty company who was refusing to cover a warranty covered item. He went WAY above and beyond for us and provided us with phenomenal customer service and we are so extremely grateful and pleased with our service from him. I took a lift to them put on that they had never done before, they did a great job with it. Truck rides great now. Clints Auto USED to be a good place to take your vehicle. But I no longer feel that way. He needs to watch over his mechanics alittle better. Took my car there to fix a oil problem cost me 689.00. Still leaked took it back 3 days later he said he personally looked at it and it was fine. 2 weeks later I had no oil in my car. Took it to another mechanic and he fixed the problem. CLINTS IS NOT THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE.

I have had a front bumper replaced, diagnostics and wheel alignment, air conditioning completely redone, oil change, tire rotations all completed at Horizon Auto Center over the course of time. I trust the employees, I trust their work, and I trust the pricing. The team has been reliable and willing to help each time. After an extended period dealing with a transmission problem with our dealership that was under a warranty. We went to Clint s Auto. They didn t flush and fill the transmission hoping we would go away like the dealership did. Clint replaced the transmission with a new one. Clint contacted the warranty service and covered the replacement and repairs. The cost out of pocket was just the deductible. They re very professional and they get the job in a timely manner. While traveling to Missouri we had some transmission trouble and the local dealer actually told us to go to Clints. They got us right in and did everything they could to keep us on our way. We could sense their honesty and true expertise in the way they handled everything. Sheri at the front desk was super helpful and very professional as well. My AC broke down the day that it was really hot last week. Clint got us right in to drop the car off that night and the next morning he worked on it. But realized he needs more parts so the office Sherry was very very nice and she kept on top of it to let me know what was happening and then they arrange to pick me up the next day to get my car to me so I'm very grateful that they do such great workService: General repairs & maintenance
