Kristy was great - very friendly and personable! The rest of the crew I didn't get to see or interact with as they were doing the service, but they were very fast. I was able to get the oil change and tires aired up on my lunch hour with a half hour to spare. Excellent, fast service, and they're informative about specials and discounts. I highly recommend Big Ray's in Jacksonville!

Amazing service and friendly staff plus best rate in town. Went for an oil change and they went above and beyond and put my new headlight bulb in as well! We take all of our vehicles there now. (:

Incredible service, really went above and beyond. My car broke down in Jacksonville and they immediately came out to meet me and assess if they could fix it. Then at the shop they didn't have the right part, so they ran to AutoZone to pick it up. They got me up and running despite the issue being way outside their wheelhouse as an oil shop, not a mechanic.

I was terrified of driving in over the open floor, the staff humiliated me, laughed at my terror, poked more jokes amongst themselves. I paid $88 for the humiliation. Will never be back. Horrible way to treat your paying customers. Thanks for making me feel so bad about just trying to be safe.

I'm used to waiting 60-90 minutes to get my oil changed in an uncomfortable chair. 10 minutes while sitting in my truck was a luxury I've never experienced before now. Really nice

Been coming to Big Ray since he opened. Never a complaint. Fast, friendly, courteous service. I shop local if at all possible. Shouldn't have taken me this long to write a review. That's bad on me. We all should be quicker to let someone know when they're doing things right! Thanks for being those folks

I love this place. Fred and his staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. I have brought every vehicle I've owned here and they always make sure we're taken care of.

I love how thorough they are and I'm a shade tree mechanic myself and I would and have let Big Ray's take care of my car or truck. The bad thing is with Democrats in office his prices have had to increase and I will have to go back to doing it myself. If not for the price he will always have my business. As soon as price per barrel goes down he has my business again.

Honestly really impressed. I was in a pinch and needed a quick oil change before driving to Tennessee and the folks here at Big Ray s not only got me in and out within MAYBE 10 min but also were very professional. Professional attitudes, respectful customer service, knowledgeable about products, and being local are all reasons I d recommend them over anyone else in the area. No more dealership 2 hour waits for me! Lol Go to Big Ray s. Service: Oil change

Was recommended to come to Big Rays. It was excellent. The team of three knew exactly what they were doing and were very kind to someone who has absolutely no idea what they are doing when it comes to cars, oil changes etc. They didn t try and up sell me, they gave me exactly what I needed, and even let me know that between now and my next oil change with them, all oil top offs, coolant and washer fluid refills, plus tire pressure would all be complimentary. I went in today for an oil change. It was quick and i was out of there in under 30 minutes. The only problem that I had was that I asked them to manually turn of the maintenance needed sign that was on my dashboard and on top of my radio. His response to me was that I was smart enough to figure it out because I had a phone. Everytime I get my oil changed they do it for me so I don t know how to turn it off, he said to come back if I couldn t figure it out but why would I go back when I already paid the price for it. Was not helpful at all.

Fast. Courteous. Helpful. Good pricing. No attempt to upsell a bunch of things not needed. Love their "top off" policy, where up until the mileage guideline for the next oil change, you can stop in to get fluid topped off - at no extra charge!

Times are wrong. Tried to drive through tonight at 5:35pm and was told that they don't take cars after 5:30pm. I asked why the sign says they are open until 6pm and was told they shut the computers down at 5:30 and to come back the next day at 8am if I wanted service. Make whatever hours you want but don't advertise you're open if you're really not.

We have been doing our oil changes for awhile here . I love the fact when they first see you , you are greeted then taken in right away no waiting . They always joke with you and speak to you when you come here. The service is super fast and they check everything and I do mean everything. They make sure to tell you if there is even a slight change in you car . They are thorough with their inspection. I'd highly recommend these guys. Stop going to Walmart to get your oil changes asap. They will mess up your vehicle .Service: Oil change

Edit: Been there for every oil change! They are great people, still friendly and very helpful and understanding. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Very nice first impression. Nice price! The employees were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go there again.

SUPPORT LOCAL!!This was my first time at Big Ray's but I will be coming here for the rest of my time living in Jacksonville! The mechanics were so nice, personable, and friendly. I was also walked through the difference between the more expensive oil and how it will affect my car vs. the less expensive so I could make an educated decision. Will be recommending this place to all of my friends and coworkers. I was also given 10% off and free scratch-off to possibly win other free products :)Service: Oil change
