Nicole was great! Made everything so easy to work with. Had spark plugs replaced and other Maintnance and they were quick! Already brought my other car in for an oil change!

Going to ingleside auto & tire was the best experience getting my car worked on I ve ever had!!! Gary was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and informative. Nicole at the front desk made me feel very welcome, super nice and professional. Car is running like new now. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!!

When the time came for a new set of tires for my car I called around & visited several tire shops, and I found that Ingleside Auto & Tire offered a great price and were courteous & helpful. The next day they ordered and then fitted fitted my new tires - the front desk staff & fitters were all thorough and professional, and I was very pleased with Ingleside's service. I would certainly recommend Ingleside to others.

Went this morning to have tail lights checked on granddaughter s vehicle. Turned out to be a simple issue with lights. They checked, explained what was going on and didn t charge me a nickel! Super nice folks and wonderful service! Appreciate their honesty and efficiency!

A week ago I had all four of my tires replaced and I was very impressed with Ingleside Auto! Cody gave me a very reasonable rate, actually the best I received for the tires I wanted as well as installation. Everyone was so very personable, welcoming and friendly. Also done in a timely manner! I will now be a regular customer for all my automotive needs! Thank you Ingleside auto! RBAnother visit February 9th, I just had my oil changed as well as a vehicle inspection, again great service and a very thorough inspection on my vehicle, Cody the manager as well as the gentleman who inspected my car took the time to explain everything to me. You can tell they are very honest and I trust them with my vehicle. Kudos again Ingeside Auto!

Stopped in about 5:20 pm had problem with air leaking from tire. Took me right in no appointment necessary. Turn out it was the stem on the tire. In and out quick. Nice. I'll be back again with something different

Had a great experience the staff was very friendly and attentive needed two new tires ASAP got me in same-day I called!! Car was done within an hour shop was clean and nice to wait in! Definitely will be back with all my car problems needs

First time and was recommended by a customer. Mike & Service Tech (99QX) were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.Scheduled the service and they had me completed while I waited quicker than I was quoted.Couldn't be happier about the simple work today. Have always gone to dealer or chain and took a chance based on a friends recommendation. Thanks again Mike, you have earned a regular customer.

I recently stopped in at Ingleside Auto & Tire to get an oil change. The sign does say no appointment necessary but that wasn't the case? Anyway. I arrived a little early a few days later and they promptly got my truck in for service. Everything went well. Price for HD Truck with full synthetic was a little steep, but the coupon brought it down to a competitive price.

Awesome Service and the Guys are well trained. The education they give on the vehicle and the service they do is top notch. From the tow they provided to the work being done and the ride I was given to work. utesThis is the 2nd time I have gone here. called h caelled this morning requesting another tire. Cory was so accomodating said didn't have in stock, but would order and call me back. Same day he called. I went there, they were so pleasant answered other concerns I had, I was in and out in 25 minutes!

These guys are awesome they did awesome work I recommend them to anybody they don t sugarcoat anything they tell you upfront what s wrong with your vehicle and the price and labor, I bought a used new car, they told me it would take a week to get fixed for the parts being ordered and technically it only took a day and a half. They actually care about customers. I will definitely bring my vehicle back there all the time and I recommend it to any of my friends and family. Had to take my minivan in and get some repairs. They replaced my serpentine belt and water pump in decent time. Rick kept us informed from beginning to end. This place takes great care of their customers even after recent ownership change. Definitely recommend especially for oil changes too. Car is running great and the whole neighborhood doesn't know I'm driving down the street anymore.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

They Called and discussed some items but failed to talk about $109 fuel cleaning charge I didn t request or discuss with them. This makes me not trust any of the recommendations they provided. Leaking left caliper a mechanic replaced in January was stated as right side when I received the call. They replaced the left which was brand new in Jan 2023 as someone stole the original one while my truck was parked. The right one has oil residue still so tomorrow I get to pull the tire off and inspect the caliper to see if it s leaking. They Didn t know what was required to change transmission fluid (now I have to take it to a dealer to get that done). I paid my bill trusting they had communicated all charges. Later looking at receipt I saw the additional work I didn t request or authorize. Looked at work better after I got home. Filters were changed although oil filter had oil on it. Guessing wiping it down was to hard. Used to keep the owners manual in glove box (not there now). Never again as they are not trust worthy. Dropped truck off at 7am appointment time and was called to pick it up at 4pm. Good thing I didn t wait there. Another bad name for mechanics because of issues like this.So much for trying a local shop.Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, never going to happen.

My brake light was coming on intermittently so I decided to let the friendly guys at Ingleside check it out for me. They were very professional and quick to let me know that my brake pads look good and they cannot find any errors in the system. So I was able to pick up my car the next day and pay less than $30 for their time and expertise. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.Service: Brakes
