As a woman i always get taken advantage at car repair shops but at dans auto body i was treated with respect and offered a more than fair price and fast service. I would encourage anyone to come here !! The owner and his wife are very thoughtful ! And this is a real review and i am not a friend or family member. I will tell everyone to go here !! pulled up at 4:10 today to get an estimate and the office people hid inside and would not acknowledge i was there. one man was in the shop and said that they had summer hours a closed at 4. he got in his truck and drove off leaving me alone in the shop with no one present' i can see summer hours for him actually working, not for someone in air conditioning all day. i doubt they would just go home with all the doors open.not greeting a customer is petty self centered and selfish , i had 6500 to spend. not with you

There is one younger girl who speaks unprofessionally and has bad communication with a customer. Does not explain how my headlight is going to be replaced. She Definitely didn t call back like she said she would. Decides to text instead on her personal phone. Someone else needs to handle the phones. She s not very thorough with anything at all. I don t want to be talked to like I m your friend honey. I m a customer thanks a lot.

This business is owned and operated by Dan himself. This is no chain franchise. Dan personally greets you upon entering the office. The office is clean and organized. Dan takes the time to talk with his customers and answer any questions they have. It is my experience that Dan does not rip-off his clients. Because of this he saved me well over $100. He doesn't accept checks unless they are in the form of an insurance company draft, and no credit cards. If you make prior payment arrangments with him, he might take a personal check, but it has to be discussed beforehand. His company does quality work.

I picked up a uhaul, dropped if off the same night, and was hit with a 25 dollar cleaning fee without my knowledge. No phone call, nothing, just an email. I'll admit, I don't check my email as much as I should, but by the time I opened it, it was too late and I had already been hit with 60 dollars for late payment on a 25 dollar cleaning fee, which was automatically charged to my card. I call customer service to sort it out, and they showed me a picture he sent to them of a little tiny pile of salt and from what I was told "dry wall". I called u-haul customer service first, then called the shop the next day to talk to him instead of waiting 3 days on his regional manager to sort out the issue, and he proceeded to tell me "it's a done deal" with an egregious attitude without even hearing me out. I put CLEAN WOODEN furniture back there and there is no way it would produce pile of road salt and drywall, so obviously someone else left a mess before me and I got blamed for it. After telling him this, He proceeded to swear at me and even dropped the F bomb over the phone. He also tells me on the phone "I got FIFTEEN witnesses" after I proceeded to tell him I had 2 witnesses that would back me up. This is the worst customer service I've ever received in the years I've been using uhaul, and no customer should receive that type of treatment, right or wrong.Below is the "mess" he claimed I left, which was there when I got the van. 60 dollars! For something I am 100% certain I didn't do. Total ripoff, steer clear of this place. Any sensible person would have just dropped the case instead of screwing someone over for 60 dollars.

Rip off place. Rented a truck and never used the dolly and they said the seal was broke from the dolly and charged me extra even though we never used it and they told.me to leave truck unlocked at night they rather someone have access then break a lock or window yet they charge for stuff we didnt use. Also they have no.change so if your bill is $82 u need to have exact amount or they dont give you change. Stay away from place just out to screw people and pocket additional money

I just rented a uhaul cargo van from this place yesterday. I picked up up and had it returned on time. They charged me for 82 miles. Though that was odd since I knew the route I took very well and was certain it wasn't that much. I then checked my route on Google, included to my old house, to my new house, then back to the shop. It was about 45 miles. They over charged me by 40 miles.I called the guy and he said "I took pictures before you got it and after it was dropped off."I checked my email receipt. It said I dropped it off at 1015 when I actually returned it at 645. I don't know what happened in that time frame to cause it to go up to 80 miles but I know for a fact I didn't use it more than 45 miles. I also remember they said it was going back out at 8am. Strange that they say I dropped it off 2 hours later after someone else picked it up.

I have brought both my motorcycle and my Toyota FJ Cruiser to Dan's Autobody and both experiences were positive. Dan was professional, respectful and thorough with explaining the process to repair my bike and car. They provided me with a realistic schedule and kept to that schedule. I have been really satisfied with their expertise, attention to detail and eagerness to offer a great customer experience. I have referred Dan's Autobody to several friends and family who have shared with me their similar experience.

I've been coming here for years and Dan is a straight shooter. He gives top-notch service at the best prices. I would never go anywhere else and I suggest you check them out for any of your auto body needs.

Took vehicle in for damage on rear 1/4 panel, fairly close to Fuel fill. After repair there is a fuel leak when filling, they will not even take it back in to look at it. Wouldn't trust them.

Fixed my front end and couldn't be happier. Saved me an extra $1000 or so from a wreck. Work is great. Looks like new but better. Would recommend highly.

DANS AUTO BODY, VERY COURTEOUS,PROFESSIONAL,AND PROMPT...THIS IS THE SECOND CAR THAT WE HAD REPAIRED AT DANS AND THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Took the car in due to a accident ..wish i did not and wish i could post pictures of the front end replced they over lapped parts and didnt even bolt down the whole bumper ..wish i could post pics to show you
