We said we weren t going to do it but we did! Instantly fell in love with this 5th wheel and I can t say enough good things about #ZoomersRV (Ina, IL)! From our casual browsing, to our gazillion questions, our walk through and hook up to bring her home . Very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, super easy to work with, top notch customer service. When I say they go above and beyond for their customers, I m not exaggerating. Bring on camping season!

I recently traveled from California to buy a trailer from Zoomers in Ina IL. After finding the trailer I was looking for online, the closest/best price was at Zoomers. Kristy Fletcher was very helpful in clarifying information about the trailer and helping me coordinate an inspection. I then drove to Ina to take a final look. Fortunately the trailer was well represented and I completed the purchase and towed it home. Many thanks to Kristy, as well as Dave, Jacob and Ralph in Ina for all of their help in making this a positive experience.

Bought an amazing camper from Zoomers in Ina. My 4th camper but the best one yet. Rain came through and tore up my canopy. I called Teresa in Service and got techs there within a couple hours (Travis and Johnny). They were amazing and saved the day. Jay and John in Service and Parts got on ordering me the parts needed within an hour. Needless to say Zoomers Sales, Service and Parts is the best experience I have ever had. They truly care about a fair deal and helping people. Sounds like a commercial but it isn't...they really are awesome.

We can t say enough nice things about Zoomers RV - Ina, IL We were taking our camper to Alabama in late November. We had a tire that started smoking. We pulled off at the closest exit- Ina. We weren t sure of our problem & looked around the area & there was Zoomers! Walked over to talk to them about our problem & they stopped everything to help us. John Hicks, Theresa and their service guys could not have been any nicer or more helpful! They got our camper repaired very quickly and at a reasonable price. We were at their mercy and they did not take advantage of the situation. Very reputable business! We highly recommend Zoomers RV! We are very Thankful for the service and the help we received- someone was definitely riding with us that day!Sorry it took us so long to write this review.Thank You Zoomers RV - Ina, IL

We were on a trip and heard usual rattling on top of our coach. We searched for RV repair and found Zoomers close to our location. It was at 3:00 pm on a Thursday afternoon and Zoomers stayed late that afternoon to get us back on the road. They were very accommodating and helpful.

We had a great experience at Zoomers of Illinois! Very laid back browsing experience with the ability to explore the lot was a huge plus. Once we made the decision to purchase one of their used travel trailers, they inspected thoroughly and made minor repairs plus installed a new battery and filled propane tanks! It looked and performed like a brand new camper! Ralph that did our final walk-through was simply awesome! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made us feel confident of our purchase and future camping trips!

My company, Sparkle RV Services, did a pre-purchase RV inspection of a used RV here. They were excellent to work with. It was easy to set up the inspection. The RV was ready when we arrived. Their RV tech, Ralph, helped with anything we needed during the inspection. We found a few things that needed to be addressed before delivery, Ralph was aware of these items. If all dealers were like this, we wouldn't be needed.

We Bought a 2023 Rockwood in February from Zoomers. We LOVE the camper and this was our first experience with the warranty repair at the new shop in INA. We had a few items listed for repair and service, including winterizing our camper. Teresa walked through the camper with me and listed all the items I wanted serviced or in need of maintenance. She also made sure there was no damage on the outside of the camper. I was called three days later and our camper was finished. We did another walk through and everything was done like it was supposed too. Thank you Teresa and Zoomers, I hope to continue to have a positive experience like the past year. A++++

Zoomers RV of Illinois is awesome!Listen, if you want to just look and dream about RV's, stay away from them or their website because they WILL make deals happen.Friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy... they are a delight.I purchased a 2018 Jay- Flight travel trailer and it was exactly as advertised. They inspect them thoroughly before sale and go over every nook and cranny until you are satisfied. No haggling and no surprise fees, plus they work well with your lender.I could not be more pleased with my experience I had with Joe and the gang.Summer is coming and life is short.You're not just buying an RV, You're making memories.

Awesome buying experience! Would give it a 10 star if it would let me. This was our first rv purchase and Zoomers made it 100 times easier than buying a car! Joe was our salesman we came to him with a general idea of what we were looking for and he was able to put us into the perfect unit for our family! Ralph was the guy who did our walk around with us after purchase and took the time to ensure we knew everything there was to know about the unit before we pulled away with it! Very professional place will definitely do business with them in the future!On a side note they brought the unit into the shop to do a final check over before we came to pick it up and noticed a couple small issues from the factory that it had that we didn t notice when we looked at it. They could have easily sent us on our way and never said a word about it and we wouldn t have noticed the problems for awhile but this is a stand up place and they called to notify us of the issues and had it all fixed up before we came to pick it up! That said a lot to us about Zoomers we highly recommend them!

Just bought a used 5th wheel from here, everyone was very helpful and were open to questions, if any of the team didn't have an answer they knew who to ask. Unlike many RV dealers Zoomers actually display the price of everything on their website which is a major reason I went to them. They also have lots of good photos showing everything.I spoke with Joe Oker initially and was able to schedule looking at the unit. The walkthrough was relaxed and I wasn't rushed to a decision.Financing was easy and he was very straightforward with everything.The walkthrough crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They were good at explaining everything from basic controls to potential issues that I may come across.Definitely one of the friendliest dealers I've been to.

Everyone at Zoomers was great to work with. We were looking for a particular fifth wheel. Their price was the best. Ralph did our final walkthru. This is the third RV we have had, and Ralph was by far the best. We've never had a better or more informative walk through.

Ralph was amazing! Zoomers beat all competitor's pricing by far and all of their staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The instructional walk-through with Ralph, however, was critical to my understanding of this camper and my new means of recreation. I only wish I thought to video record the process. He covered every detail and greatly lessened my intimidation- I'm ready to glamp!

Found Zoomer's online when I was comparison shopping for our new Jayco 5th wheel. Zoomer's beat the competition by thousands of dollars! Dave was very easy to work with, by phone and in person. No high pressure sales. Our walk through was very thorough, but I did have some questions once we got home and they were able to walk me through it over the phone. The unknown to us was their service. Zoomer's Service Dept is exceptional! We've had the unit in twice for some minor warranty work and service appts were scheduled and unit returned to us quickly. Highly recommend Zoomer's of Illinois for sales and service.

Bought a used 5 wheel back in February. Was told they would clean it up good and get the dog smell out. They did very little to clean it. Smell was better. Paid service fee when purchased for checking it all out. They were going to check and repair anything that was wrong with it. I was told they were going to put in a new battery and fill the gas tanks. One tank was full the other was empty. The hot water heater would not work on gas. And I had to replace the battery because it s the one that was in it when I first looked at the camper before I bought it. I had marked it to check because I wasn t born yesterday. The water heater had a bad circuit board and I had to replace it. So not sure what the service fee I payed was for. BEWARE OF THEIR PROMISES!! I called and complained to the salesperson and he was going to tell management. Sadly I never heard back from them.

We purchased a brand new travel trailer everyone there was absolutely amazing friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we understood how everything we needed to know to operate and use our new camper. And even after we got it home and had questions we were able to call them up and they were still willing to go out of their way to help us. Would definitely recommend them for all your buying Campers and needs

We had never heard of Zoomer's RV until we went to the fair in Du Quoin. We live in the St. Louis area so we are a couple of hours away. We had been looking to downsize from our 39' 5th wheel. When we went to the fair we found a small 5th wheel that we loved and ended up buying it. This is our 9th camper over 40+ years, so we have purchased from several dealers. I will say this was a great experience from start to finish. I checked pricing on the unit across the country and found Zoomer's was very competitive with anyone. There was never any pressure during the sales process, we got a fair price for our trade, and the camper was well prepared when we picked it up. The walk through was good as well. I would highly recommend them and the drive was worth it. I also appreciate that Dave called us a couple weeks after the purchase just to make sure everything was ok and we were happy with the camper.

We just purchased our very first camper from here and we will be back for sure in the future! David was our sales guy and he didn t try to upsell us anything and met all of our needs. Robin, the finance manager was extremely friendly and kind. Amber, the technician that showed us around was super helpful and answered all questions we had. 10/10 recommend.

We started searching for our camper at Zoomers of Illinois, Joe, assisted us in looking for a used RV, Joe was able to locate exactly what we wanted. However, it was at their Iowa location, so we took a drive to Iowa after receiving a video from the sales staff in Iowa. we decided this was the camper we wanted, Carrie McLead and the rest of the staff at the Iowa location could not have been more helpful, making the purchase process very easy, we are confident in our purchase as well. The walk-through was very meticulous. They showed us that everything, and I mean everything, on this camper was in good working order and up to standards. Our camper is 13 years old, but looks like it drove off the show room yesterday, the LP tanks were filled and the battery is brand new. Just as we were promised, I will definitely be buying our next RV from Zoomers RV.

Almost five years ago, we purchased a 2018 Jayco 264BH from Joe when they were operating as Larry's. We took our camper for its annual service every year, even through the transition from Larry's to Zoomer's. We feel that service was great. They always had a solution and we felt we were in good hands. We loved our experience with Larry's and with Joe that we knew where to look when we decided that we had outgrown our old camper. We just recently purchased a 2023 Jayco 324BDS from Joe and we are very happy with our camper and the service we have received. Joe is more like family than salesman. His sales aren't pushy like some places. They listen to your price point and what your needs are. We feel like they are committed to getting you into a camper that you are going to love. And they are committed to a camper that is solid and reliable. And honestly the prices are pretty unbeatable. In the future, if we're in the market for another camper, we're going to Joe at Zoomer's!
