Have taken my car here multiple times and have only had good experiences, which when dealing with cars is rare for me. Nice new building and waiting area. And always able to grab food from somewhere nearby while I wait.

I went in for the first time today and service was great. There was no wait and I was greeted promptly. I would like to call out Mike W for his outstanding service. Mike was very welcoming and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and alerted me of some minor issues going on. They had my car in and out right away. I was very impressed with my visit, will definitely come back in the future.

I recently started visiting this Jiffy Lube instead of the South Elgin location, mostly due to convenience but also due to a poor experience at the South Elgin location. On every visit I'm greeted warmly by a welcoming staff, this team is great. You can see they work well together too, like a well-oiled machine. The waiting space is very clean and well maintained, including the bathroom. Complimentary coffee/cocoa is provided, self-service.On my most recent visit, I noticed an issue after service, and when I mentioned this to the management team via email, they called me promptly to make things right. They properly diagnosed the problem, quoted parts and labor, and scheduled me immediately to get my car fixed.Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and I hope they extend this type of customer service to all their clients.

The bill did not include the $15 off coupon as discussed. Anthony corrected the transaction quickly and politely. The staff was great from start to finish. I'm so glad to have a service I feel I could trust close to home.

Service was fine, price was outrageous. I paid $112.88 for an oil change. Huntley Ford charges me $56.86. That's almost double, won't ever go there again. I have the invoices to prove it.

Excellent, quick, trustworthy service at the Huntley Jiffy Lube. The techs are quick and efficient and trained well by the manager Mark who was great at communicating with me about my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone that needs a trustworthy place for frequent oil changes

Highly recommended- five stars. I got a full synthetic oil change done quick without an appointment . Mark and his team were thorough and made sure I was taken care of.

I did not even know this location was open and I am beyond impressed. Mark went above and beyond to service our vehicle and then teach my son how to check his own oil. He spent a lot of quality time helping my son and explaining everything to us. I can't thank him enough for his expertise (in the freezing chicago cold) and time. I am so thankful!!

Nice and fast. I came in very late in the day and they could have said come back tomorrow but they did a good job in short order when time was sensitive. Much appreciated and I will be back. Would recommend.

First and last time there today. ( unless there are still issues) The people were friendly I will grant that. Got home, 2hours later backed my truck out of the garage to find oil all over my garage floor, oil all over the underside of the truck. Went back to be told everything was tight, sometimes during the oil change there is some blowout from the filter and a bunch of other non sense, we apologize, and he cleaned it up the best he could now. I didn t bring my truck in with oil all over the bottom of the truck, as I diligently maintain my vehicles, so why should it be that way now? I will be looking at it again later, and tomorrow in the day time to see if it is indeed all cleaned up, if not, and if there are any issues following this I will be back in again!! I m 59 years old, been getting my oil changed for obviously a great number of years and never heard of this or had a problem of this nature. I chose this place due to it being local and trying to support, that apparently was my mistake!

My entire experience was amazing. Called before I came in and wanted to see if there was a long line. I knew it could vary minute to minute, but I was close so I just wanted to be prepared. Phone was answered promptly and the man (Mark) was extremely upbeat and knew the answers to my questions, was told what I assumed with time being unpredictable, but that there was very minimal wait right now. Got there and was met by the same employee who was very efficient in collected the needed details and explain after I had different questions. Left my key in my car and walked across the street (asking beforehand). I was called within the hour that my car was done, told the employee (Cass) we would be right over that we just had to get back to the store! Was met with nothing, but kindness and reassuring there was no rush that my key was inside and safe and the car was parked and locked already. Got to the shop and was immediately helped by Anthony with checkout and paying. Very straightforward and had absolutely 0 complaints with the entire process!Service: Oil change

I was in the area and had a little extra free time as I was early for an appointment in the area and noticed that I was almost due for an oil change. Stopped in here and was greeted and assisted almost immediately by Trinity who was very kind and courteous the entire time. They started work on my vehicle within minutes. Total time here was less than 40 minutes which is better than some other locations that I had been to before in the past. If your in need of services they offer stop in and let them take care of you, highly recommended! Keep up the great work!!

Great facility but extremely slow service. I went in for a simple routine oil change and with only one person in front of me and ended up waiting 2 hours for them to complete the service. Completely shot the rest of my day. They did a great job but I wouldn t come to this location unless you have plenty of time to spare.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The Huntley, IL Jiffy Lube location is a top-notch service center with respectful employees and relatively quick service. There were a couple cars in line in front of me and I only had to wait about 30/45 minutes before my car was completely finished. They also have some great deals for veterans and specialty promotions based on what you bundle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
