I made an appointment to get my truck looked at as the rear end was making a weird noise. I also scheduled an oil change cause I figured I should get it done while I was there. Upon my arrival, I was directed towards the "Quick Lane" which I thought was weird as I know they specialize in Oil and Tires, but alas, these guys know their stuff, right? An hour later I am called up to the counter and am told that I need to make ANOTHER appointment to get the rear differential looked at. I was floored. That is what I made this appointment for today, but since I was directed to Quick Lane, the job did not get done. So I spoke to Brandon, a Quick Lane Advisor. He stated my truck needed to be looked at by the Service Department (which is what I had booked an appointment for) on another day. I will add he stated he could try to squeeze me in in the morning, which is nice of him, but I had other commitments and I declined after learning they had no loaner vehicles. What Brandon did neglect to tell me, is that the warranty I have with my truck allows me to charge a rental to Ford if the dealer has no loaners available. Anyway, my advice is to make sure your issue gets looked at and not go with the flow like I tried to do. If you ask me, I'd advise you to stay away from Tom Peck and their Service Center/Quick Lane unless you would like a laugh, cause really all you can do when walking away from this building is hang your head and laugh.Service: Oil change

I have had my car worked on here for over a year and am always happy with my repairs. Rudy helps me know what needs to be done and since it s an 08 I appreciate his honesty in helping prioritize the work

Called here and they said they could get my flat tire off of my car even with the tire locks since they had a master set. When I arrived, I was directed to the quick service lane. That is a lie. I waited for an hour and a half before someone told me that they couldn t get the tire off. My only option was for them to break it off and charge me a lot of money for that. Huge waste of time and money

Dirty waiting room. Customer chairs are ripped and taddered, looks like a old discarded furniture you would use as a garage hangout. Disgusting! Invest in your customers experience! Customer service was good, was told it was an hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I left 2 hours later with my car actually being on the lift for only 17 minutes, timed. Expecting more when associated with a local dealership.

Have been going here for some time now. Service is always great. Steve is friendly and up front. If it's going to take 2 hours to get your vehicle in, he says 2 hours (not 30 mins to attract the business). The work is good quality and they are pretty quick and accommodating if you need a car or ride somewhere while your vehicle is being serviced.

I have been going to Tom Peck for service almost eight years now. They are always thorough, do excellent work and have never overcharged. I trust them with everything. My husband bought his car here in 2010, and I just bought mine from Tom Peck in 2017 because they've took such good care of us!

A quick oil change and tire rotation complete with a safety check, accomplished efficiently, with courtesy, in a clean facility. Multiple extras including, vehicle wash, free pickup and delivery were not utilized this time. Maybe next time. Good work by a great staff.

Due to dealership loyalty I get my servicing and oil changes at Tom peck Ford in Huntley Illinois. The signs on all doors states that masks are REQUIRED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.Not a single employee, or customer was wearing a mask. This includes the sales people, and entire service dept. One lady back in the office was wearing a mask.This disregard for customer, and employee health and safety is almost to the point of purposeful harm directed to all at this dealership.Does this dealership deserve loyalty ?

I have had a great ! Experience with Tom Peck Ford from my salesman Jack to the Sales mngr to finance.I also had a small problem with the car a week after I bought it and they took care of it today with no problem.I appreciate it all and all of you !Thank youI Love my Mustang it is Bad A**Thanks Tom Peck Ford and all who helped with everything

Normally I would rate at least a 4 but after this past weekend, had to go 2. I encountered issues I never encountered when it was Tom Peck Ford. Took one car in on Friday for "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, brake and hose inspection, etc.) and after picking up car, got down the road about a mile and had to go back due to a loud thumping noise. Apparently one of the techs forgot to tighten down something in the wheel hub. How can that be missed? Then on Saturday, took other car in for The Works and was told rear brakes needed replacing. This was odd given the car has been performing wonderfully, no noise when braking, etc. In addition, just before the pandemic shelter-in-place, had this same vehicle in for The Works (when it was Tom Peck) and it came out with flying colors and the tech supervisor said everything, including brakes, was in great shape and ready for another 100,000 miles. So it makes me wonder how a vehicle that was driven less than 1,000 miles in the past 7 months, went from great shape to needing brakes and rotors. I used to trust this place but if this is how they're going to operate under Huntley Ford, I may need to look elsewhere.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful when misfortune struck on a road trip. They quickly addressed the issue and got us back on the road in no time! Entire staff was great, would highly recommend

Highly recommend very fast, car is returned washed and they wear clean cloths and gloves so as not to get interior dirty. 5 stars is not enough should be 10

This dealership is a complete scam they will steal your money and waste your time and will not give you your vehicle that you re supposed to be purchasing and make you wait please watch yourself before buying your vehicle from these people they are thieves I can t believe they re still in business
