Chad, Elliot and the Dynamic team do great work at fair prices. We've been taking our BMW there for years and have aways had an outstanding service experience. Our Beamer needed extensive repairs. They did an outstanding job repairing everything to factory specs and then some. The car runs and drives like it's brand new. I ve never had such good service. Their follow through is always timely and I can tell the care they give to my vehicle, is as if they were working on their own mother s vehicle. Good group of people. Very honest!

Great experience! Got rear ended at the end of September, and the place I originally scheduled to fix the car couldn t fix it till November 6 and I needed a new battery asap because I had to drive to the city for school. Called and asked them if they could put in a new battery for me and they took me in the same day. I was in and out within an hour or less. Way faster than the Mercedes dealership in Hoffman Estates and Chicago. Will be going to them going forward thank you to everyone who assisted that day!!!

Top notch service. Work performed with excellence on our Audi. Chad Coleman is as good, ethical and responsive as any mechanic we've ever had service our cars. His approach to diagnosing our issue saved us money while correcting the problem. Highly recommended.

Chad,I would like to take this opportunity to SAY a big thank you for your services again on my Mercedez Benz. I am always amazed when needed, how you always get our Mercedez or BMW's in when we need you most. Furthermore, they never go back to you unless we have a NEW issue with one of the cars. I gave up on the Dealerships a few years ago when you diagnosed a problem with my S550 that two Benz Dealerships couldn't figure out. After that, there is NO reason for me to ever go back to the Dealer when I get type of care and expertise at your facility in Huntley. If you want it done right the first time, take your European cars to Dynamic Auto. You will never go back to your Dealership again !Many Thanks Chad !

Best auto repair shop I have ever been too!!!!! I have been taking my cars to Dynamic Auto, European car repair for years. Chad and Elliot always explain everything so that I understand what is needed to be fixed and why. Dynamic Auto will NOT take ADVANTAGE of you and they will make sure your vehicle is repaired properly. I always get my VW back fast! Everyone at Dynamic was super friendly and accommodating, their prices also blew other shops out of the water as well. Annie was super responsive and worked with my schedule and they even got the work done faster than they had said. Overall great experience would highly recommend Dynamic to anyone !

The entire team at Dynamic Auto was professional and prompt while they had my vehicle. Everything from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, the service manager reaching out with his suggestions, and their easy after hours pick up. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THIS:I will never return here and I hope anyone reading this seriously considers avoiding this place.I dropped my car off in the evening around 5pm. The following morning I got a call from them saying while they had my car on the lift they noticed my water pump had broken and was gushing. Apparently they could see coolant all over and they said it needed to be replaced immediately and quoted me $2,700. Right away I thought to myself, what are the chances I drop it off and it s perfectly fine and less than 24 hours later my water pump is gushing ? I called a different Audi mechanic who I really trust and they told me it was extremely unlikely that my water pump went from no visible damage and no visible leak to gushing and having coolant everywhere. They told me to not turn it on and have it towed to them. So I decided i d tow my car to the shop I trusted. I called Dynamic and told them I wanted to see the leak for myself. They told me they brought the car down and it was now parked. So i told them it was fine, that I was going to call a tow truck and tow it out of there. They proceed to tell me I can drive it out. I asked, why would I do that if my water pump is broken? They say well you can still drive it. The leak isn t as bad as we thought. It s only a small leak. That s a big difference from what i had been told an hour earlier? I got there, I inspected under the car and opened the hood. Not a drop of coolant anywhere to be found. So I drove it to the Audi mechanic I trusted and they inspected the car thoroughly. They tell me there isn t a single crack or hole anywhere on the water pump. No signs of coolant anywhere or any leaks of any kind anywhere. They physically showed me the under side of the car when they had it on the lift. Also, they had given me a quote IF the water pump was truly damaged and needed to be replaced, and they quoted me $1,700. They told me damn near $3,000 is ridiculous and dealerships wouldn t even charge that much. So Dynamic Auto tried scaring me into making a decision on the spot by saying my water pump was supposedly gushing or broken when, in fact, nothing was wrong. I m so glad I followed my own gut and got a second opinion before I made a decision. They tried to scam me of $2,700 and i m sure they were hoping i d just accept whatever they said. GET A SECOND OPINION or at least look at what they say the problem is, yourself. Don t just take their word for it. It s sad that they tried doing something like this and i guarantee you they ve done the same to many people. Don t fall for their scare tactics. Will never be returning here. They gave me a list of things they recommended the car needed. One said Smoke Test. I asked my other shop what that meant and they said they had no clue what they were talking about. Yet again, trying to get people to pay for bs that isn t needed. It s sad and pathetic. If you ve had a positive experience then great on you. But think about this. How many times did you hear them say something needed immediate attention and you, not knowing any better, agreed to whatever they said. You may think they caught something early or saved you a headache down the line, but how many of those times were they lying and just wanted to take advantage of you? If I could, I would ve given them a 0 out of 5 stars. This isn t even the first time they tried doing something like this to me, either. But no point in talking about that now. Be careful with these scammers. Do whatever you can to find somewhere else that s honest and does cheaper work. Do your research.

I just had an outstanding experience at Dynamic auto repair shop and wanted to share my feedback.I took my GL-450 for repair service, from the warm and friendly atmosphere to the expert and transparent service, I couldn't be happier. A couple of things I really look for in a shop is integrity and qualifications. While they are BMW focused, Chad, Elliot and their crew are fantastic to work with in repairing both of our our Audi RS5 and S5. Most recently they replaced the transmission in our RS5. Highly recommended for BMW/Audi repair.

Dynamic has serviced my last two M-B vehicles. I can say with sincerity that I trust this wonderful family owned local business. If you own a Beamer, this is a no brainer. These guys are the BMW gods.I dropped my car off an electrical nightmare and they sorted through all my problems. They were quick efficient and affordable given the circumstances.Elliot was very attentive and called me every step of the way to let me know what's going on and inform me of my vehicle which WAS on life support and now is a happy and functional 82k mile 2017 3 series!

Dynamic Auto is phenomenal. Having a tuned car can bring a lot of issues to the owner. I had a nasty misfire in my stage 3 car and 2 other well known shops quoted me a whole new engine and 10k+ in repairs. Dynamic was able to directly diagnose the issue, and get it fixed for less than $1,000! My car is running perfectly since. They ll never try to rip you off, customer service is amazing and always super nice, and the head tech and owner are great people. I d drive more than an hour to come here. I went to dynamic with several problems coming up on my 1999 e36, they took the car and gave me feedback the next day about what was wrong with the car and roughly how much it would cost. Throughout the repair they answered all of my questions about the car and responded within the hour. After I picked up the car I went for a test drive and it felt like I was driving a new car. These guys really know what they are doing and I recommend going to them with anything you need.

Dynamic Auto has performed several repairs on my Mercedes ML550. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and just plain nice to work with. I always feel like I'm in expert hands and as an ex-mechanic myself it's nice to find a company like Dynamic Auto. Great service done quickly and priced as promised. I have been driving past Dynamic for years on my way to work and was always impressed by the customers cars out front. Took my 2017 BMW 230i to a non Dealer for the first time and was very happy with their work. I will be going to them for future work. Also, when my wife s X3 is done with the three years of complimentary service from BMW, it too will go to Dynamic for service.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

It was a great experience to work with Elliott, Danielle, and Chad. They did an incredible job and their level of customer service was second to none. My 2015 Audi Q7 Prestige needed a headlight replaced as well as a new crank case valve. I will continue to have my cars serviced there for years to come. I have been taking my vehicles to Dynamic for years. This last experience was so great. I originally wanted an oil change for my Audi Q7. Elliot ran a diagnostic, for free, just to make sure my car was healthy all around. He found drive belts that were slipping and about it to fail. My tensioner was also on deaths door. He immediately called my warranty company. My car was done in a day and almost all the repairs were covered under said warranty. We can absolutely feel the difference when we drive it since the repairs.Communication is great. Knowledge of foreign vehicles is high. Access to parts and acquiring them expeditiously is excellent.
