My mom has trusted Coyote for many years. I went in with my mom and can see why. Staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and simply good people. Grateful my mom s safety is in their hands. Mine would be too if I lived there. Thanks Coyote Team!

These are by far the best at auto repairs. They are very professional and Honest. I've been taking my vehicles there for maintenance work for over 10 years and have the highest respect for there craftsmanship. Highly recommend Coyote Auto Center foe your auto repair work.

After nearly breaking down on a 2 lane country road, I was able to limp my truck 2 miles to their shop. I arrived before they opened and waited for staff to arrive. Once they had opened I walked in and was immediately taken care of. The staff was friendly, upfront, and helpful. JJ walked me through the possible causes and possible solutions. So I left my truck with them. Within the hour I was called and informed of the situation. I was shocked to find out they'd have the truck back up and running by the end of the day! I was preparing to go the entire weekend without a vehicle. The pricing for the repair was very reasonable considering the circumstances and the staff was great. I'd highly recommend them and will be going back for further maintenance in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

I had a pitman arm on my Silverado 2500 replaced here. I normally do my own repair work but knew this would be a PITA laying on my back in my garage due to design layout the wonderful engineers at GM came up with. JJ was up front with everything and didn t try to pull one over on me. I knew I was going to have to bite the proverbial bullet on this one. You know what they say. Good work isn t cheap and cheap work isn t good. I d recommend Coyote to anyone and will be back for the next repair job I don t want to tackle.Service: Wheel alignment

I have been going to Coyote for over a year and have been pleased with their knowledge and ability to "break it down" to laymans terms with what my car needs and how it is running. I am also impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, I find this unusual for an auto center. Finally, I am confident in the value and expertise at Coyote Auto Center with the Hernandez Family and recommend anyone to try them, you will not be disappointed. Great people. Great service. Coyote Auto Center in Huntley, IL has taken care of my father s car for years. Service has consistently been excellent from day one. If I lived in Illinois, in the area in and around Huntley, I would without hesitation bring my car for maintenance and repair to Coyote Auto Center in Huntley, Illinois. Unfortunately for me, I do not have an honest, professional, family owned shop like Coyote Auto Center where I live. Nothing compares.

We've been bringing our vehicles here for several years and always come back better. I have not had my car serviced here, but when the owner saw my car stalled on Rt. 47 today, he stopped and actually towed my car off of the main road with his pickup truck. His kindness meant a lot to me! I will definitely bring my vehicle to Coyote when it needs repair!

To be clear, my parents and brother are the ones who run the shop. I've seen them put blood, sweat and tears into this business and into the customer's cars they service.We're a small, family run business who wants to make sure that people's cars are running at their top performance, and safe when returned to the customerWhile I don't work at my family business, I am so proud to be part of this family because of their dedication to doing the best they can for their customers and their vehicles.

Great work, fast and efficient. They took my car last minute and had ready in 24 hours. Very friendly family owned shop with a super cute shop dog. I highly recommend Coyote's!

I dealt with J.J. who was super nice and honest , explained to me thoroughly the issue I had the car in for so I could understand it. I will definitely keep them on my auto dial being I have a 17 year old son who is the A-typical 17 year old boy driver ~ im sure we will see them again soon.

These guys treat my mom RIGHT. Gentlemen through and through. She's gone there many times but in particular, they recently came out to help her when she was stuck, charged the minimum possible for their time, and helped her find the least expensive option to fix her problem (a bad key). They even wrapped her broken key in tape to make it work until the new one came. This is a very big help for someone on a very small budget. THANK YOU.

I had a problem with no ac, and cooling fans not coming on and a knock when I accelerated. And only one day later the problems have been fixed. They are amazing people

You can trust them, the techs are very knowledgeable and experienced (on all foreign and domestic)you may pay a little more but trust me you get what you pay for.
