I had a great experience with this company. I believe Angela went above and beyond assisting with my order and working with their production team in getting the products to us in time to meet our deadline. Thank you. She was professional in standing by their standard expectations but it's always great when the under-promise over-deliver works out. Even better, the qaulity and craftsmanship is pretty amazing.

Cool to know there's a place so close to get an amazing variety of E & L Track fittings, many of which I didn't know existed!Walk in or internet order, your choice. And they carry most everything you can imagine for (like the name says) Cargo, and containment. And not that it's anything that the budget is currently allowing, but some day I hope to return to place an order for a ridiculously oversized customized tow strap with my name all over it! There's no way anyone will be able to pretend that it's theirs. Great place, with most everything in stock, ready for you to walk out the door a satisfied customer.

We're an aviation company and we needed some ratchet straps quickly to repair a tool. I spoke on the phone with a customer service rep and then chatted on the website with Angela. I explained we were in need of a very quick turnaround due to unforeseen circumstances. As soon as I submitted my order, she told me she was going right back to the warehouse to talk to her team & explain the situation to see if they might be able to knock out our order quickly. I got the shipping notification later that same day. I was blown away. This was such an important tool to us and being able to tell my team the parts to fix it were en route was a great feeling. We are also a small company so having that comradery and support of a reliable company is a big deal. Thank you Cargo Equipment Corp!! We will be back for future orders!

Wanted to relate that Cargo Equipment Corp has provided great customer service each time I have done business with them. It's simple, but not every business does it. When I have placed orders with items that end up on back order, they have contacted me to let me know and have the option to ship a partial order of what is available. Its nice that I'm not left waiting on projects, especially in this environement when shipping can also be more unpredictable. The little things count!

I was in search of flatbed securement equipment from Green Bay Wisconsin to where I was fortunate to stop here at the Huntley location. I found everything I needed. In stock. At prices that can't be beat.. I saw some things that I should've gotten while I was there. Ended up getting them in a pinch at the truck stop. Never again. Paid literally double if not more for the same item at the truck stop that I should've gotten from Cargo Equipment Corporation. They will have a continued customer.Maez Transportation

I had ordered some straps for my trucking business. The shipping department did not include all the straps I had purchased. I called them up, and the customer service representative was very courteous and offer to send over the rest of the stuff without a problem. Great company to do business with.

I ordered e-track straps that were to short. I wanted to exchange for longer straps but I was told anything where you choose a color and length is considered custom, which is every strap. Unfortunately a very costly mistake with no resolution or assistance.

I have a custom-built canopy on my deck in my backyard and needed a way to hold it down. The custom-made 1-in wide double loop white tent straps were cheaper than I could have bought iridescent run of the mill ratchet straps at a home center. I have a 12x12 white topped, white legged canopy sitting on my raise deck that has white railing and these straps don't stick out like standard ones did.

Outstanding customer service addressing wrong initial parts shipped. Cargo Equipment overnighted the correct parts and of course provided RMA/shipping for the return of the other parts.

I bought 2 inch ratchet straps from Amazon back in November of 19 to tie down my classic car on my trailer, i paid approximately 36.00 for four , they didn't last but 3 times on a trailer tie down , I paid approximately 56.00 for Cargo Equipment Corporations ratchet straps , I won't use them untill next winter but I can see they are built stronger and nice rubber on the handle Awesome ThanksBob

They make and sell the world-famous L-tracks! Not the cheaper but by far the best in the world system for securing your cargo!
