I m from Tennessee in town visiting my mom & my Need Oil Change Soon light came on so I started a search looking for reliable places to get it done. My mom had beef here before & really liked the service & the staff so I decided to give them a shot. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She even recommended a place to eat at within walking distance. My truck was done in no time! I didn t get harassed for up sales or a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I will definitely use them again & recommend them!

I can't say enough about Arlyn and his team. Excellent efficiency, customer service and products. I couldn't believe how quickly I was in and out and how hard they worked at assisting me in getting the best deal. My new wheels looks HOT too! I'd give more stars if I could.

I called on 3/14/2024 @ 11:30am to schedule an oil change and tire rotation at 3:45pm the same day. Arlyn and his team of professionals got me in and out in approximately 45 minutes. With prompt service like that, I ll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

Placed a call and they got me in within 30 minutes upon arrival they took my car back and fixed my tire. Very polite and timely!! Great service

Have used Auto Tech for tires and related work. They do the work in the amount of time quoted, and waiting area is warm and comfortable. Doesn't have to be plush. Warranty honored, no issues.

I have gone to see Aryln many times. The service is always great. He is very through with what services is needed and what is not needed. I recently went to get new tires. Great price and great service

Dropped my truck on Thursday afternoon for a complete brake job for Friday and the completed the work on Thursday. Wow what quick friendly service with a smile and a very reasonable pricr. We needed our tires balanced on RV before returning home to Florida. They squeezed us in and did a fantastic job !!!It s so nice to begin a 1800 mile trip without the steering wheel shaking; as well as, knowing that the suspension damage it could cause from not being balanced properly won t be an issue is a major relief.Thanks so much, not everyone is able to balance RV tires well.Great service, great can do attitude !Service: Tires

I called very late in the day and Dan the Service Manager totally took care of my tire needs. At the last minute I realized I needed an oil change too. It's negative 2 gegrees F outside. My tire was not holding air. They fixed it in a couple of hours. Free of charge!And it's the 2nd time they didn't charge me for fixing a tire. These guys do what they say, and they aren't just fair - they're generous!

Check engine light and TPS turned on. Called to book an appointment for Monday, dropped it off first thing in the morning, Arland and his crew did a wonderful job doing the repairs. High thanks to Dan for fitting me in, on a very busy Saturday to check my engine for a possible fuel leak. He determined it was an oil leak and was able to obtain the part and repair as I waited. Thanks again Dan for this immediate attention.

I initially visited Discount Tire, where I've been a customer for years, due to a slow leak in my tire. They diagnosed two adjacent holes and claimed it couldn't be repaired.Not convinced, I sought a second opinion from Huntley Auto Tech, and to my surprise, Arlyn , Jenn and Techs successfully repaired it with extra effort and time. Thank you !

I wanted to first thank Arlyn and Jen for their commitment to customer satisfaction. I was quoted a price for tires that no other dealer could come close to matching. Arlyn extended an additional rebate. The service was exceptional and they took the time to thoroughly explain the work done. Have gotten tires at Auto Tech several times. Always get in quickly, work performed in reasonable time and questions answered which is always helpful. We have been going to Auto Tech in Huntley for years and have always been very impressed by their fast and friendly service, honesty and competitive pricing. They recently went above and beyond TWICE in a matter of months. First, my husband needed to get new tires unexpectedly. The following week I had found a coupon that they had sent for $50 off a set of 4 tires that was valid the prior week when we purchased our tires. I contacted the manager who was very understanding and said to hold onto the coupon and they would apply it to our next service! I feel most companies nowadays would have done nothing as we didn't have the coupon with us at the time of purchase. Our next experience was this week when I brought my flat tire in to be repaired. I brought my coupon with me when I dropped it off, the manager remembered me and said it was no problem and he would handle the coupon when I picked up my tire. When I picked up my tire later that day, the woman working didn't know how to handle the $50 coupon since the repair was less than $50. She was super friendly and told me I could take my repaired tire with me that day and to just call the manager the following day to see how he wanted to handle the payment. I was honestly SHOCKED that she let me take the tire with me and technically I hadn't paid anything for it! I was thrilled to no longer be driving on my spare and greatly appreciated that she let me take the tire before we figured out the payment situation. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Tech as we have used them often and have always been highly satisfied with everything!Service: Tires
