They had my vehicle there for over a month, charged me $950 and it's still not fixed! I feel like I was not a priority. I guess because I wasn't calling constantly to check on the progress or complaining about how long it was taking to get it repaired. To top it all off, when I finally came to pick up my truck, the battery was dead! Nate said something must still pulling on the battery and it would probably be dead again the next day. At that point I didn't care I just wanted to get out of there.I'd never take another vehicle there!!!

I love this business and that it is small town, home town hospitality. I take all my business to these guys. They are all so knowledgeable, friendly, hospitable, and just down right small town quick but efficient. I called R&N early this morning with a screw in my tire. I asked them if they could fix it n they told me to bring my car in. They were very quick in getting it fixed n I greatly appreciate it. Thankyou sooo much R&N. I will tell people about you for sure.

Changed the front caliper on my Silverado dually. Could not get the pedal to become firm. Attempted to bleed the brake several time until calling uncle. Dropped the truck off with RN Repair and now i have a firm pedal and brakes work great. Will use again!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I think this might be my first review for an automotive repair shop. I hope my past history proves true, but I will not give a negative review. I just won't do a review since I'm not out to bury anyone for a bad day.With that caveat, I was very pleased with the work I had done to my vehicle. After inspection, they gave me honest quotes for what I requested which proved true when it was time for me to pay the bill.

Took car in for "klunking" noise in front end. Was told it was rear shocks, 2 bad tires and tie rod end. Care does handle better but the klunking was not fixed. So...original issue not resolved.

The guys at R&N are not only kind, but knowledgeable. They addressed the one problem and gave a heads up to another potential issue down the road.Love that this establishment is close in proximity and I will go back when the need arises.

I was in a bind and needed service quickly. R&N squeezed me in the same day and worked at the problem on my car until it was resolved. It meant so much to me to get my car back the same day!

Great group of guy's who take pride in what they do! Our drive shaft went out in our vehicle and we we're not able to afford a new one for our old work vehicle and they were able to find us a used one for more than a reasonable price and installed it for less than half of the price for a new drive shaft labor included! thanks R&N Auto Repair, your a small-town treasure!

They worked on my car 2x first ti.me they diagnosed it and fixed it and gave me the bill. THE BILL WAS $30.00 LESS than the estimate. A local business that I am happy to support. They are good mechanics, and charge fairly. I am very pleased they are here. Easy to talk to, and there's no pressure to overspend. I want my vehicles to be roadeworthy, and so do they. I like that.

We've been coming to R & N for 8 years and love these guys. They are very nice and prompt. I called them this morning and they got my car in and fixed it and saved me $600 without having to order the part from a dealership. Dave called me 3 times today to keep me informed and Nathan is wonderful as well. He will even text me throughout the day which is helpful for days I'm in meetings and can't answer my phone. Thanks for all the great service guys!!
