Came in to get my brakes done, the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Billy was able to explain everything to me well and my car was done in no time. I applied for the Midas card and got approved. No more squeaky brakes. Will be going back soon.

Sean has been so great. From beginning to end he explained everything that my vehicle needed. He gave me a lot of insight! Rob was wonderful, told me which oil was recommended for my vehicle and gave a $20 discount. I was able to walk in with no appointment and have my vehicle serviced.My dealership had a one month wait for service.

I went to this location on a very busy day. Rob helped me with my services. Great customer service and knowledge of my vehicles needs. The service I needed was more expensive than the original diagnostic I had been quoted a month prior. Rob went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle could still be serviced in time for my emissions test. Will definitely be returning for all my services.

This is the second time, I have been to Midas in Homewood , and both times the service was truly great , polite customer service, & exceptional work. I have been to Midas in Chicago also always get great service.from oil changes to new shocks . I have never been dissatisfied

Wow wow is all I can say. I usually get frustrated when it comes to issues with my car and I m happy to say this experience at Midas was my first relief. Friendly staff. Convenient hours. Clean waiting room. Discounts available. I feel like the repair that I had done to my exhaust system will 'get me by' but I can't say that it looks 100% professional. Did save me a bit of money, however, compared to other nearby shops.

Went to my favorite Midas in Homewood, upon arrival Rob greeted me with happy smile and chuckle. I needed an oil change and with a quick problem inspection. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions about oil weight and even threw in a discount. He didn t treat me like clueless women driving a car . He talk to me like I was his daughter. I love it when I go to this location! Thanks Rob!

12/10! I came in with an exploded tire, and even though my rim was possibly unsalvageable, Rob advocated for me and insisted that my tire was inspected. He also told me about financing, which was an immense relief, because I wouldn t have been able to afford a new tire. He was incredibly helpful by explaining the damage, cost, and timeline for repair. He actually treated me like family, and saved me from being stranded. THANK YOU!!!!

There should be a zero stars option for business like this. They asked for 1300$ for alternator replacement for 2018 Camry. The alternator itself is 215$ and it is 30mins job(some can do it even faster). Bunch of scammers. Don t go there!

If you want to get lied to go HERE!!! I spoke to an associate on the phone about a stripped lug nut of mine and he told he he could remove it for 50$ i explained to him on the phone that i don t need it replaced I just need it taken off so when I got to the place it was totally something different. All these excuses about laws and etc. It trips me out how their staff can mislead you and no one knows the real policy but one person there?? Yea right and then after leaving staff lolly gagged about the situation right in my face SO UNPROFESSIONAL i will never come back!

Highly recommend this Midas on Halsted specifically! I ve been here countless times- their services are cheaper than the alternative, and so quick. Most recently, we were in and out in 15 minutes for a tire repair. If you re poking around to find the right place, stop now and just go here!!! This place is a rip off and so dishonest. I took my car in due to intermittent whistle with my brakes and they informed me that I needed front and rear rotors, calipers and front and rear pads, totaling, $1,800. Took my car to a different place and received a different report and cost. This company will never get my business
