Fantastic place service treats you like family. Miguel is wonderful. The only thing I'm deciding is if I want yo keep my car and service with them or buy a new car with them

I ve been to this location a few times and every time the customer service has been excellent! Unfortunately my Sentra has had a few minor issues but they have repaired everything promptly and accurately. I m also always charged fairly for maintenance work.

After getting the run around by Woodfield Nissan it was super refreshing to finally get help from Arlington Nissan. I bought my car less than a year ago from woodfield Nissan. It was used but only had 17k miles and I bought the best extended warranty they had. I brought my car in 3 times to woodfield Nissan and was told there was nothing wrong with it until the last time when they told me it would cost $800 to fix (so much for the bumper to bumper warranty I paid for). I brought it to Arlington Nissan who helped me get it fixed and it was covered by Nissan. They were amazing!!!! I ll never go back yo woodfield Nissan and will exclusively go to Arlington Nissan. Woodfield Nissan just gives you the run around and does nothing yo fix the problems. They would tell me there was no noise and when they thought it was the hitch they installed (a few months earlier) they told me they couldn t fix it and take it to a body shop. Arlington Nissan was great. They are trust worthy and ethical people unlike Woodfield Nissan. Thank you Brian at Arlington Nissan for all the wonderful help.

I had a great experience! I was glad to see they honor their appointments and they run on time, everyone was very polite and attentive. My advisor was knowledgeable and professional and made sure my car got serviced promptly. I d be happy to come back for future maintenance.

Do not use this Woodfield Nissan Service Center! I visited there for car-repair last week, but they didn't send their estimation to my insurance company until I called them this week, and they didn't even order the parts after Statefarm approved their estimation until I called them either. They just aggressively told me they didn't know and said I could go for other body shops because they are already busy. I think there is a huge problem in their dealing with customers.

Had a new vehicle purchase 9months ago. Sales, beautiful experience all around. Service, I'm at 0 for 2 visits. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had a credit for an oil change, my first one mind you, because the vehicle I bought had a scratched instrument cluster. They offered to replace it at time of purchase which I was happy about. The first time I was called to come in was because they had the part. I come in and they tell me they broke it. Accidents happen, that's whatever. But the female service advisor acted as if I wasted her time. Because of this, I was offered the free oil change. I went in for the oil change today. The service advisor asked what I came for and told him it was for an oil change and something else to inspect (weird noise). I told him I should have a note for a free oil change. He asked if I remembered who I talked to. I didnt but was told it was going to be noted for the car. The service advisor then sent me to his office to speak with him because he sees the oil change remark in the car history but for whatever reason only the guy who put it in can honor it? Why is it in the cars notes then? If he didnt work there anymore, do I not get the oil change? Anyways, I was asked to wait in his office while they paged him. After 5min waiting, they paged him again. After still nothing and just waiting, I walked out of that office to go see the advisor to ask him if the guys actually around. I was told he was, and he paged him a 3rd time now. Still no show. He goes to look for him and doesn't find him. He comes back and tells me he will just put me in the system, and I can figure it out afterwards...ok buddy. Anyways, it took 20min to drop off my car when this guy apparently could have helped me from the get go. Apparently, wasting people's time is their thing. Didn't get this guys name either....maybe if you don't ask for a name its not common to provide it in a customer service position.Service: Auto maintenance

Scheduled oil change, tire rotation and new batteries for key fobs. During the inspection of vehicle mechanic found a rattle on underside and fixed it at this time. The service advisor Jose is good on letting you know their findings and getting you back on the road.

Brough my Nissan in for oil change and tire rotation. I noted some weird noise after a day. The situation gets worst everyday, and by the end of the week, the front tire is rocking so bad that I can't even go beyond 20 mph. I brought it to the closes local auto shop, and the mechanic showed me two nuts out of four in my front wheel already missing! The tire would have fallen out any minute if I continue to drive it. It would have been catastrophic! I can't trust this dealer anymore.Services: Tires, Oil change

The service is always excellent. A bit more transparency with regard to pricing is appreciated when recommending additional services. Specifically, this new discount changes other pricing/discounts.

Poor customer service, don t treat customers with respect. Went for servicing reached 1hr 45 mins before closing. After waiting for 10 mins, someone comes out and rudely says we are not taking cars anymore not ready to listen simply yelling as if it was a mistake coming in there.
