Wow what an easy transaction I've experienced for my Chevy Bolt EV as a city car. This place is all business and no frills. Roger assisted me and they gave me the best deal anywhere and never pressured me into purchasing any upgrades which most dealers do. The only hick up came from my end when I had a hard time showing proof of my car insurance which wasn't in my car and the Geico app wasn't working. I'm looking for a bigger EV soon and hope I can do business with them again.

My experience was very positive at this location. I m very happy to have purchased there. I have a great car with solid piece of mind. My kids call her midnight but I ve gotta name her silky . She s smooth and beautiful!

Mark, Richard and Jeff were very helpful and honest in my purchase of a 2013 GT500. I confuse easily yet they made this understandable and easy for me doing my out-of-state purchase and they even put the car on a lift so I could inspect the underside of it. Purchasing rare and exotic Vehicles is a risk and they were completely honest, straightforward and helpful!

My parents had an out of state purchase that I facilitated on their behalf and our sales rep Richard was so incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He was always available whenever we had a question and provided all the info we needed. The entire team was very kind and accommodating, and the 2020 Acura MDX we bought was just as advertised! We re so happy with the car and couldn t have asked for a better online purchase!

Our salesman Mark was personable and made our car buying experience easy. He was not a pushy salesman and let the car sell itself. The manager and the finance team exceeded expectations, helping us and giving us explanations every step of the way. Our car was cleaned so well from the inside out, even giving it that brand new smell again! We had an outstanding experience with the entire team at Mueller.

Just purchased a vehicle from here today! Customer service was A++++! My sales associate John Mavraganis was excellent! He addressed all of my concerns and got the deal done! Kevin Kane the Manager was also great to work with! They made the deal happen! My wife and I would definitely buy another car from Muller's Woodfield Acura. Great people to work with.

Worst experience ever! Very dishonest & untruthful place and people. I bought a used CRV from this dealership. While test driving, I indicated to the salesman (Mark S.), that the vehicle need a wheel alignment. He agreed to it as the vehicle was pulling on one side. I asked him to get it fixed before I can purchase the vehicle. He agreed. However, when he called me back to sign the papers, I asked him if the wheel alignment was fixed. He looked at me and in a rude tone, said, " The vehicle is AS IS. Do you want to purchase it or not?". I was shocked with his tone and attitude. I had to spend $160 after I bought the car to fix the alignment. Also, they will MAKE you apply for the credit disregarding even when you have your pre-approved loan with you. The salesman or the financing guy didn't even ask and they posted two inquires on my credit report (which stays for 3 yrs) and which lowered my credit score.I WILL NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO BUY YOUR VEHICLE.

My experience from beginning to end with John was a great one. He recommended the car I chose and was honest about the vehicle and very kind. I usually do not like your typical pushy salesman. John was the total opposite of that and I highly recommend him! I will be going to him in the future for future purchases. Thanks John!

We bought a used Infiniti QX60 for my wife. Marcus, our person did a great job helping with our purchase. It happened to be the first car we looked at and after looking elsewhere all day we ended up where we started. They stayed ooen a little late so we could get the purchase done. Great experience and love the car. Even days after, checked similar cars in area and we definitely got the best deal.

We got a good deal on a used car for our son. All the pricing was upfront and they did not hit us with a "reconditioning fee" like so many other places. I normally don't trust anyone who tells me how trustworthy and honest they are, but Muller Acura actually lived up to their word.

I sent an email to inquire about a car, within 2 minutes 3 sales reps reached out, I happen to pick up and John Mavraganis was on the other line, within 2 secs I figured he was your average pushy sales man, said he was leaving for the day and insisted I come in the day after to speak to him, I made sure he was aware that I wanted to come in the same day and not wait for him, as a smart And experienced sales person, John took the car home so I can only work with him, he's hungry for a sale. Drove 30 mins to the dealer to find out that it wasn't there until the next day. It's amazing how 1 horrible person can screw up the dealership's reputation.On the other hand, if you are ever there please ask for Mark, such a wonderful human to speak to.

I bought my certified 2017 Acura ILX about a month and a half ago. After putting plenty of miles on it, I can now say it has been everything I expected. I recommend you specifically deal with Mr. Mark Stillwater(if you're looking at the certified pre-owned vehicles). He's a no-bs, straight-shooter that will get in you in the right vehicle. Make sure you know what you want out of your vehicle purchase, and it will make it much smoother. I called Mark first thing in the morning, he confirmed the vehicle was still available, and we set up a time for me to stop by there. After work we made the trip up there. The certified lot/building were well-lit, clean, organized, and we were greeted by friendly staff. Right away Mark came out, greeted us and brought us to the car for a test drive, which he had ready in the shop for us. Everything about the car was as I expected from the listing online. Upon returning from the test drive, we sat down and started talking about the car. Mark explained that it had been leased, serviced, and then returned and certified as a pre-owned, all at Muller's Acura there(the CarFax provided on the listing was thorough). After feeling confident that this was the vehicle for me, he brought out the paperwork and we made the deal happen. The whole process was smooth and customer-friendly, with very little pressure on vehicle or package upsales. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase there, and I suggest you deal with Mr. Mark Stillwater if you want a smooth car-buying experience.Cons about the car itself:-Kind of small for me, but I plan to upgrade to a TLX or maybe RDX eventually.-There is no spare tire, only an air pump where a spare tire should be.(I caught 3 nails already... how is this an option Acura??)
