The service was excellent. Ray Puentes Service Advisor addressed all my issues, I was finished within an hour.Renne scheduler was also very helpful.I will certainly be returning with all my Mercedes service needs.

Best service I have ever had so far on Gl maintenance. We love Mercedes and this is our second Mersedes Gls. I never had oil change done within an hour from previous years going different Mercedes dealer. Service advisor Wojciech is the best. Definitely will be back for all maintenance needs.

The salesman made me feel like my questions were a burden to answer. Also when i asked about the vehicle i wantted he made it seem impossible to get it anx that it would cost me more so that i should go to a different dealership instead. Well he got his wish and im going to see that crew van for 5k under his price.

Horrible service. Went there to get my glove compartment fixed. They took a longtime and fixed my airbag recall and didn't fix the glove compartment. I went there only to get my glove compartment fixed.. I didn't ask or want the airbag fixed.. Total scam Would never go there again. Please don't go there or trust these people

Service department was able to assess my car, and didn't charge me. At least I now know what service work needs to be completed.
