This is the best service department I ve used as long term MB customer. Robert was so patient and honest helping me to trouble shoot a bad vibration in my tires. The service tech also went on a test drive with me to help further diagnose the issue. I thank both of them. I ve had a bad experience with 2 other MB service departments so I will definitely drive an hour in future to to use Hoffman Estates for future repairs on my AMG G63. Thanks again for the great experience

We brought our gla 250 2022 for ceramic coating and Sajid Joseph Pagaspas hooked us up with additional screws for the plates cuz it keeps on rattling when I close it so he went back and fort to fix it, getting the right screws, tool (plastic and metal) thank you, Sajid

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. The price that they gave me was $2,000 less than all of the other dealers that I contacted. They truly made this a seamless process and everything was completed through emails and phone calls. I just had to go in to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. My salesperson was Stephanie Smith and she was the best salesperson that I've ever dealt with. She was extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. There were no hidden fees and no games which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Stephanie Smith and Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. You will not be disappointed.

This dealer has 2018 Lexus LC500 with 7436 miles asking price was $74999. After almost 2 weeks negotiations, the price went down to $72500. However, I later learned that this same car got rejected from another recent buyer which he flew across country to came to realization that it has bumper damage on front and back, and the car has white vinyl wrap which its in bad condition. I still decided to buy at $72500 but the general manager name Tom May later changed his mind and told me that the price went up to $76999. I also deal with Kevin Dorsey who is a customer relation manager. Both of them played games with me and seems like they don t respect the customers. Never have I experienced this type of business practice at a professional car dealer. Offered and change the price after customer agreed to buy. One thing that is very important and they violated was they sent me a picture that has the previous owner name. They don t protect customers private information. These people are dishonest and will try to rob you in anyway they can. Stay away!!

The quality this dealer holds their cars to is laughable. Their inspection report did not have any specific information about the car. I have no problem disagreeing on a price and walking away, but I don t appreciate the way Mike Perez spoke to me and addressed my concerns with the car I was interested in. I came to zeigler because they re known for their great service and hold their cars to a high standard. This dealership showed me otherwise. I ve had better experiences at off brand dealerships. Will never buy a car from Zeigler.

I live in (Maryland), I brought a MERCEDES G63 from this dealership. Drove it home and the radiator hose burst, the truck also had a severe oil leak. Had the truck 2 days and it cost me $5000 to fix. Never would ve expected that from a replicable, MERCEDES dealership. Sales guy was good...thanks Payton. But I believe management knew about this nightmare and just wanted to make money. Blame yourself management for this blemish on your dealerships reputation.

Bought pre-owned 2015 C300 from Jaguar and Land Rover , right next door. Guys are the part of the same group called "Zeigler". Car was allegedly pre certified, checked and serviced at this service shop. Which of course wasn't true, oil inside the engine must have been used for at least 15000 miles, they put the sticker on my windshield that the service is done a few hundred miles ago but they didn't bother reseting service due counter on a computer, I should know back than and there..3000 miles after I got a check engine light on and turbo charger was tweaking, making my car slower than usual. Brought the car for diagnostics been charged 199$ and quoted 6294$ for turbo charger replacement. I added diagnostics of backup camera which is charged another 199$ and quoted 1654$ apparently they had to do two different diagnostics for each part. They added that i need to replace battery on my car which is another 399$.I was on the phone with the fantastic service advisor named Wojciech Rogoz, he was very helpful and thorough, called me couple of times and even tried to help and lower the costs by trying to find me used turbo charger and giving me the quote for just the labor in case i find the part. He was on top with customer service and took his time in assisting me! I almost accepted the last quote of 3200$ but something told me to look for another opinion, paid 398$ to Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman estates and took my car, went to local service shop, they checked the car quoted me 500$ for replacing the vacum line on the turbocharger, check engine light went off itself and the car runs smoothly without any issue, they saved me 2700$ at least. Car battery is perfectly fine and I'm waiting for the backup camera which will cost me around 400$.I kindly advise you to skip going to this shop for a service unless it's something that no one else can help you with, you'll be ripped off and over charged plus very likely they won't solve the problem. Check the oil before buying the car from them!

One of the best auto buying experiences i ever had. Courteous, helpful and extremely honest. Will definitely be buying from here again in the near future. Ask for Nina she's a gem and will go above and beyond to get yiu straight.

Wojciech Rogoz in service was beyond helpful with bolt causing rapid leak and flat tire for me (a not so very competent female when it comes to cars!!) . He checked for any warranty and discounts first that I may have had, and explained all my options at the start. He also updated me via text (which is what I preferred) with any progress in a very timely and professionally way....not to mention he was also always willing to work with me and my questions. Car got done in less than a day! Thanks again!

If you re looking for a new or used Mercedes, Hoffmann Estates Mercedes-Benz is the place to go! Peter Fiorita was incredible to work with and made the buying experience far better than anywhere else. He was knowledgeable and pushed to get what we wanted in order to get us the best deal! Other dealerships don t compare!

Way to expensive cars!! Not even original, just made good looking to blind your ayes. Not only Mercedes others cars too.Good luck to anyone, but I think investing that much money is better for house or condominium ,something where you can always have good interest in.
