I literally travel from the city to get to this location in Hoffman Estates, IL. They re all so nice, informative and low pressure. Fast service even when they re busy/backed up. I highly recommend! Rick was so helpful and courteous. Keep you the good work! (Been going here for over 15 years.)

Rick was beyond helpful with our oil change and tire pressure check. He found why we had a leak and gave helpful tips on how and where to fix it. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I arrived just after 6. They had several cars/customers in front of me. In the brutal cold, with everyone having car issues, the team members were all very courteous and patient with my request. They took time to explain all that was going on with my vehicle and offered substantial suggestions to best execute what was needed. Unfortunately, they were closing soon when they got my car into the bay, so they couldn t tend to the substantial needs of my vehicle at that time. They were, however, extremely efficient with ensuring all the customers while they could get to were serviced. I was impressed at their level of care that late into what I m sure was a pretty busy evening! Great job! My normal location is in Joliet, but I would definitely visit this location again I m in in the area.

Really great experience from the team here. They were quick to getting me in for an oil change and did a great overall inspection on my vehicle. An honorable mention out to Rick for his customer service as he was very personable and helpful with all my requests for my visit today. Not all Jiffy Lubes run as smoothly and professionally as this one did for me today. Couldn t be more appreciative! Thanks guys!

I didn t catch the managers name but he was fantastic! The location was busy and there was a bottleneck of cars waiting to be serviced. He jumped in and directed the team while also assisting customers himself and had a very calming and personable demeanor.

Quick, professional, and friendly!When I came, I notice I had a flat tire.I was offered to change it for my spare one. I chose to just inflate my old tire that was just leaking air. However, I was very nicely surprised because they offered tire help not service!Love my local Jiffy Lube! Thank you!

If I could leave 100 stars, I would. I ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years and I have to say, Rick is the absolute best. Everyone on this team is amazing at what they do and honest with you. I came in today for an oil change and to get my tires aligned and without even asking, they told me about the deal with $20 off if you do both of those services. I also explained that I had recently had steering issues and I was concerned about it. Rick immediately got in my car and told me he would drive it around the lot to inspect what was wrong. Then he spent time to explain to me everything that I needed to do, and didn t send me a grocery list of other unnecessary things that could ve been wrong on my car: It s hard sometimes to find a mechanic that you can trust, but no doubt in my mind, these guys are the best in town, and so professional and nice. Rick continuously gave me updates and made sure I was comfortable for the 4.5 hours I spent there. This is hands down the best customer experience I have ever had at any business ever. I finally feel safe in my car again. I am so grateful to have these guys around the corner from me! THANK YOU!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I go regularly to get my oil topped off. They always check the oil, other fluids & tire pressure. Always very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend them!

They re mechanics, so I m not too surprised that they tried to sell me rotors with my brakes without a single look at them, I can deal with things like that. They did change my oil and front brakes with no problems, but they also landed a nail in my tire and told me that I must ve drove over glass instead of admitting that they popped it, then (kinda?) hung up on me. Overall decent experience aside from the whole popping my tire and lying to my face part.

Nice Guys, Quick Service. Kindly offered a military discount (20%), but did not honor a coupon from Jiffy Lube. Apparently there are two kinds of Jiffy Lube, Corporate and Independent. Independent locations do not honor the coupons put out by Jiffy Lube, only the Corporate locations do. Good Luck figuring out which is which without a bunch of phone calls.

The guys at this Jiffy Lube location are the absolute best. I have to get regular top offs and they have never made me feel like a burden even on busier days. Their customer service is why I'm open to paying for other services besides just an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

There s a tech here named Rick & he was the most helpful & kind hearted person I ve ever dealt with at a Jiffy Lube. I had had a terrible experience some years back at another location and stayed away from Jiffy Lubes for a long time. But he restored my confidence & I ll always go to this location because of him. Thank you Rick.

I wasn t able to get service at the dealer and I decided to go to the nearest JL and the service was excellent. Cost was bit pricey but supervisor gave me 10% off. They didn t have a part I needed for my signal light. Asked if I could go to the dealership to get part and they would put it on for no charge. I did that!!! They went above and beyond and I very pleased and left a happy customer.

Popped into JiffyLube for an oil change, new wipers and filter changes. Didn t take long despite all the bays full when I pulled up, <1hr. I definitely will visit them again when I m in the area and need a lil change ( I live in Rockford, IL)

staff was friendly and quick. but an oil change with semi-synthetic was $80! unheard of... the jiffy lube closer to me charges $43 and my mechanic charges $50... i just went there out of convenience but won't go back.

I knew that my right headlight is out, I was passing jiffy lube and decided to stop by to get that fixed. Rick did the diagnostics and told me that my brakes are completely damaged. I m in the car business, so I m dealing with mechanics often but honestly I don t remember when I received such a fantastic service. Rick was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and so easy to talked to. It s really refreshing getting such an amazing service! Thank you so much! One day you couldn't take me so I went to the one where you stay in your car. Just a s good. I drive my cars as long as possible--about 300,000 miles. You and Honda make that happen. I should have given you one of the cars so you could write on it for a billboard. It is what all drivers want.

The amount was charged to secure the service and I was assured that I will be provided service but when I took my car on Schedule appointment they refused and asked me to come back next day where I had scheduled appointment based on my availability and their assurance they changed me 1080$ and didn t offer the service therefore I had to took my car to Firestone and get the service done

UPDATE 3/15/24 They are still just as kind and knowledgeable as ever when I went there today.Years ago I went to Jiffy Lube and was so disappointed I never came back, until yesterday. That company has changed so much. They were respectful, kind, friendly, and truly informative. The amount of services you receive are above and beyond and I would go back, no make that I will go back each and every time I need an oil change. I also intend to go have a tire fixed at one of their other places, and should anything happen like I need an oil top off or anything like that, I'm going back to my Jiffy Lube. Seriously well done guys!

I am 87 years old and have a 2010 Sentra. I use Jiffy Lube for regular Maintainence because they are always helpful. I was there at 8:00am so I did not have to wait. Tru explained everything about my car to help me understand why I need a transmission fluid change. He also washed the inside of my front car window. (Car washes do not do inside and I cannot reach front window.) I recommend jiffy Lube to everyone!! Thank you -please know Tru is really special! Jeanne Fox
