Wow! What an experience! The one thing me and my wife thought we dreaded most was buying a new car until we ended up at this dealership. Our saleswoman sonia was amazing, her attitude and professionalism was stellar! We are very busy people and had expressed that time was an issue for us As we were coming from over an hour away. Gave her a list of 8 cars to look at. As we were pulling in there she was to greet us and ready for business. Sonia and the staff there made everything easy for us. We definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a great buying experience . Sonia thank you so much again my wife is very happy with her new car xoxo.Joe/ Toby

Totally dishonest. I called to ask if I can get in today for an oil change, and the service rep told me that I don't need an appointment and that they can get me in and out in 1 hour. I drove 10 miles with toll to get there, and the guy tells me that I'm 20th in line and it would take at least 2 hours. How about you start with an apology for totally lying to me and wasting my time? This other guy was totally nonchalant as if it was no big deal that my time was wasted and I was lied to. Thanks for the great customer service.

INFINITI of Hoffman Estates provided exceptional service. They are always fast, reliable and professional every step of the way. When I picked up my car in the afternoon after the scheduled oil change they had it ready to go with a complementary cleaning inside and out. Looked amazing! First time buyer with this dealership and had great service all around. The car had to be serviced and we were given a loaner car for the inconvenience. Doug addressed all my car issues in a professional manor. He kept me updated on progress and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work that was performed. Dave Butler is the best service manager I've ever dealt with. He always makes sure to explain exactly what the issue is with the car and always recommends and doesn't try and force you to have unnecessary work done on the car. I would recommend Infiniti of Hoffman to anyone that's looking not only for good service but also for someone who's willing to make sure your completely satisfied.

It takes me about 1 hour to reach the INFINITI OF Hoffman Estates dealership. I have found it to be well worth the trip. Upon entering the facility, you are greeted by the receptionist Jennifer. Jennifer is very a friendly, caring and knowledgeable receptionist. I had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Sales Manager Michael Messer. Michael has incorporated very high standards for his staff, and it is evident with everyone i have encountered. I highly recommend this dealership,because the service i have received.

Sales rep Gio was patient and not pushy at all. He treated my family and I with respect. Setting up an appointment to see the car I was interested was easy. The whole buying experience was pleasant. No issues or concerns. You should buy a car here as well!

I was greeted by Sebastian who was very prompt and professional. He went through and explained all routine maintenance on the car as well as a recall that I didn't even know about. He hooked it with a loaner, so that I didn't even have to wait around for the work to be finished. I bought my new 2019 Infinity and the park light was off on the passenger side the salesman assured me to make an appointment the following week to get it fixed. I called Infinity of Hoffman was Amazing hands down to Sebastian for all his wonderful work and his manager Mr. Butler maybe my long lost brother because of the last name. They truly nailed it especially during this pandemic. Incredible hospitality.

Sebastian did a wonderful job making sure I was well taken care of! We are visiting from Las Vegas and needed an oil change. Sebastian was able to get us in right away and we were out faster then expected! A+ service!

Between Sebastian in service, your automated texting technology and the completion of my service before it was promised, I had an excellent experience at your Infiniti dealership. Sebastian did an outstanding job of communicating with me, offering options and allowing me to use a loaner vehicle for the day. I would highly recommend your services to anyone.

I would like to thank the fantastic job that Oscar and Trever did to try and fix my G37XS. These guys tried updating my software put me in a car for three weeks OMG there the best. Now try as they may to fix something that that the engineers of the car have failed on that is asking way too much. Perhapses some day the corporation will see there flaw and manufacture a radio with bluetooth technology that works.Service: Electrical repair

I do not own an Infiniti and have never been to this dealership. However, I receive regular text messages and phone calls regarding service that has been done to my car. I have replied STOP to the texts several times. I have called multiple times and gave them my phone number, explaining they have the wrong number. I am not Kevin. However, nothing seems to help, I even blocked the number on yhe last notification but today I received a text asking me to rate their service.

I ve been a customer of Infiniti Hoffman Estates since 2017. I worked with Alex and Gino to upgrade my Q50s to a brand new 2020 model. They really try their best to treat you like family. I will continue business with them in the future and I suggest anyone looking to get into an Infiniti to come check out this location. I drive 45 mins to Hoffman Estates passing up my local Naperville Infiniti dealership for my vehicle needs.
