I was very impressed with the quality of the loaner vehicle that was provided while my car was being serviced. Antwan is a very great service advisor, he made my experience the very best, he made sure he reached out to me with information about my vehicle. Also provided information for further services. Assisted me with my Key fob that was not collaborating to my vehicle, but he took care of it all. Thank you very much Antwan.

Excellent service! I had my qx60 maintance program completed at this dealership with oil change and tire rotation and the staff did an excellent job. It was fast and thorough. I also thought the video of the multi point inspection was very beneficial as it showed you the technicians overall assessment of your vehicle. They also clean your car inside and out which I appreciated so much. I would definitely come back to this dealership again!

Approaching the entrance, I was greeted by Chris F who was very friendly. With a specific car I had in mind, he was upfront and transparent about all details which made the entire process a breeze. Definitely the best part of my experience aside from getting a new car. Everyone else there was very personable as well, would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience buying my new vehicle! Alec was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I was buying my vehicle and having it shipped to Houston so it was a new thing for me and he was happy to explain things. I did not feel like I was dealing with a typical car salesman at all. I highly recommend this dealer and recommend asking for Alec even more!

I am located in Texas and had been looking for a vehicle for months out here. I couldn't get people to call me back or I would make an appointment to go look at a car, then get down there and the vehicle had been sold and no one bothered to tell me. When searching for a vehicle the one I wanted popped up at this dealership. I was hesitant at first since it was out of state but as soon as inquired about the Vehicle Juan A. contacted me right away. He was very helpful. He sent a me a video of the vehicle with him walking around so I can see everything and he test drove it. Sent me all the history for the vehicle too. The financing process was extremely easy. I didn't have to sit in a dealership for hours. A couple of calls and emails and the car was mine. Used a transport company that I am familiar with and had the vehicle within days. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I am so glad I purchased my vehicle from Zeiglers.

I just recently bought 5 series BMW at this dealership. I am very satisfy with my purchase. The whole staff there was very helpful and nice. Isaiah did great job, showing the car and going thru the whole process of buying this car !! Managers Stan and Marcin where also nice and buying car with them was a pleasure. I recently purchased a vehicle at this location and had a good experience overall. I worked with Alec and was pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service, especially with making this purchase from out of state. Shortly, after my purchase, I had an inquiry regarding vehicle registration. I was pleased with how this matter was handled by James and appreciative of the follow-up calls from Alec and Stan.

Very good experience. I found a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership and inquired about it. My Clent Advisor/Salesperson who responded was Alec Olney. I grew up with my dad in the car business, and also am a professional salesperson as well, so I can appreciate this industry. From the start, Alec was very communicative. I live in Knoxville, TN, so was very skeptical and leery of driving 9 hours for a vehicle sight-unseen, but he quickly answered all my questions and when I asked for a few pictures of the truck that I was interested in, he actually texted me a video within a few minutes! He even narrated the video and pointed out the few scratches and dings that it had (not many at all). Nice touch. Very professional.If I had to pick anything negative at all, it was that the dealership wouldn't allow me to put down a deposit to hold the truck, since I was coming from out of state. It would have been a nice assurance to know that it would still be there for my test drive. That said, it was actually a pleasant experience purchasing this fantastic vehicle, and would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Alec Olney to be your p[oint of contact.The truck was exactly as advertised

Infiniti of Hoffman Estates was such a wonderful experience. Everyone we had contact with was polite, cheerful, professional and caring . We also had a wonderful sales consultant in Romino . He was so friendly and answered or got the answer to every question we asked of him . Just a really nice person . Thank you to everyone we encountered including all the support staff . It made buying a car much less stressful!

Infiniti of Hoffman Estate was outstanding in purchasing our SUV. Romino was our Salesperson and he did an amazing job with an outstanding personality. He spent hours with us providing all information we needed during our visit. He then followed up with details the next day. What a great Saleperson and staff that I would recommend if anyone is in the need of a vehicle. My wife & I are very pleased with our purchase and with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. We will definitely be back on our next purchase.

Back in August 2023, I purchased a 2020 GT 500 Mustang. My sales person was Jeff Silverman. I have to say the whole experience couldn t have gone better especially since I live in Colorado. Jeff was very accommodating. My son and his fianc� flew down there to pick up the car for me and Jeff was there at the airport to meet them. He was very personable and easy to communicate with during the whole process. Would highly recommend.

I live out of state so I contacted the dealership to verify the vehicle was still available. Everyone I dealt with was highly professional. I made the six hour trip to see the vehicle. The experience was worth the drive. This transaction was completely transparent. From test drive to keys in my hand took about 3 hours. I will keep Infiniti of Hoffman Estate in mind for future needs. Thank you Edgar and Stan for making this car buying experience one for the books!

The people at Infiniti of Hoffman estates are as honest as they come. Edgar was transparent and thorough. Knowing I was buying the car out of state, he went the extra mile to inform me with everything he could using documentation and videos throughout every step of the process. This is the worse experience I ever had in a dealership it s to say I been at the dealer more than what I been driving the car. I got a car 2 weeks ago a the first day it gave me the check engine light a the workers new my car had a problem an all they kept doing was resetting it . The used car service manager Steve serafino was going me attitude because he didn t wanna take responsibility for the damage his technician Ian blinstrup did to my vehicle burn 3 of my cameras tryna do a scan to it . Felt harassed they way the manger was been throws me was been really disrespectful. So pls don t hire ppl that don t know what there doing on vehicles an hire good ppl that giving good customer service to the client.

We just bought a new car from this dealership and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Edgar Romano was a standout during our visit. His approachable demeanor and extensive knowledge about the vehicles on the lot made our decision-making process a breeze. During our test drive, Edgar was attentive and answered every question with patience and detail. Negotiations can be the most stressful part of buying a car, but Edgar worked tirelessly to ensure we received a deal that fit our budget, leaving us utterly satisfied with the outcome. A special mention is due to the finance manager who worked wonders with the numbers to provide us with loan terms that were even better than the ones we had from our pre-approval. We recently purchased our car from this dealer and had a wonderful experience. Christian Fernandez was very personable and answered all of our questions during out test drive. When it came time to negotiate the price, Christian helped us get the price of the car down and settle on a price that worked for us. Major shout out to the finance manager for helping us get better loan terms than what we came in pre-approved for. Overall, it was a very smooth experience and we left very happy!

I bought a Certified pre-owned Infiniti QX60 online and had my son drive it to NM. Then the problems started. 1. When the car arrived, my other teenage son noticed some noticeable scratches and bubbling in the paint within 2 minutes of seeing it. I specifically asked about the exterior and have a video stating there were no scratches or cosmetic issues. They did end up giving me $700 as a good will gesture towards a $1,200 bill; I felt the entire cost to repair the paint should have been covered, but I decided to compromise. 2. The tires triggered a low-pressure warning when the weather got cold, which I understand happens; however, when I went to put air in the tires the back tires read 55lbs of pressure. I checked it with two different gauges as I couldn t believe my eyes and it was the same pressure with both gauges. The other three tires were fine. The max tire pressure on these tires is 44lbs. This was outright dangerous and I feel their dealership put my son at risk of a blowout on the way to NM. It is very concerning that a vehicle left their dealership like this. Remember this is a certified pre-owned Infiniti. 3. The transmission started causing trouble at 25k miles, not very many miles from where I purchased it. The local Infiniti dealership replaced the valve body in the transmission which took about two weeks. I received the vehicle back and two days later is started causing more trouble. After having it towed back, they said they had to replace the entire transmission which took another two weeks. I asked the technician how this could happen after only 25k miles. He asked where we bought it and asked about the history of the vehicle. He asked if it was abused, which I assume it was. I relayed that the dealership sent me the Experian history report which stated there were no accidents. The technician looked it up on Carfax and what do you know it was in an accident. It s concerning that I was given a report that showed no accidents when there was another well know service, Carfax, that did show an accident. I am probably most upset with this as I feel like I was outright lied to. If this dealership tries to give you an Experian report, ask them for the Carfax. I understood this vehicle to be certified pre-owned and it underwent a thorough inspection process. All of the above says otherwise. Also, CPO does not give you additional warranty from my understanding now. You have to buy a warranty. When you see a CPO from this dealership, do not put much weight on it. I don t even enjoy driving the vehicle anymore as I am left wondering what will happen next or if I may get stranded somewhere. I am writing this review so that this does not happen to you. I would caution you buying a vehicle from this dealership in general, but especially, without seeing it in person. Take a teenager with you as mine can obviously spot bubbling paint and scratches better than they can. I have sent this complaint to them over a month ago and still have not heard back from them. I am really disappointed in the dealership and Infiniti.

I had a great experience with Edgar Romano at Ziegler, I wasn t expecting to lease a vehicle today because I went in for routine service, but he made the process of leasing a brand new 2023 vehicle seamless. He was very professional, fun and transparent throughout the process, I will be going to him for all my vehicle purchasing needs in the future. I highly recommend, go see Edgar!

Today I went to the Infiniti of Hoffman estate Illinois I have shown advertise price for the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350black color which is advertised on Edmunds for $46,866. The dealership said that they did not advertise with Edmunds website, they don't want to honor this price but they don't know who authorize Edmunds to advertise the vehicle with this particular price, however the win number of the vehicle, and the stock number at the dealership and the mileage of the vehicle was exactly correct one as the dealership described on the Edmunds.It was very unpleasant experience at this particular dealership. The price was not honored, and it was much higher than we anticipated

When you get here, ask for Edgar Romano. He is the most knowledgeable honest hard work person in this place. He got me hooked up seamlessly in no time. Best experience I've ever had.
