I scheduled an appointment and had my car there early. I requested two problems be looked at and fixed. 3 hours after my appointment time, I had not heard anything so I called to check and was told that my car had not been looked at yet but would for sure be done that day. I very clearly said I had to have it back that day. By 6:45 I still had not heard and called again. They never looked at one problem (a headlight out that I had said was not the bulb as I replaced the bulb) and said they looked at the rest of my car but had no idea what could be causing the noise. I did leave with an emailed estimate for $3,000 worth of work that wouldn t fix either problem I went in for, but wasn t told I was emailed it so I had to call back to make sure I got it. I drove 40 minutes to get to this location as I have used it for years, but will not return.

These guys were life savers for me personally, and will not disappoint.. Not only are they friendly and respectful but they are very knowledgeable. I stumbled upon this place unintentionally due to car troubles on the road and thanks to them, I made it home safely with a plan for what to do next. RJ at the front desk was very helpful. Ben was the mechanic who looked at my car and he told me all I needed to know. He did me a huge favor by being so kind and helping me out I will definitely come here again

I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment on 02/09/2024 just after 2pm. At 2:45 I got a call that my truck was ready to pick up. I made my way back to Firestone at 3:45. I went inside, pleasantly surprised at the speed of service. I got a wheel alignment. I paid, grabbed my key and walked out to find my truck running. I got in the truck thinking maybe the gentleman who took my payment was being nice and remote started the truck for me? But when I got inside, it did not prompt me to push the ignition button to start which means it was fully on. Unlocked. For an hour since they called to let me know it was ready. Any body could have driven off with my truck. I went inside and spoke to the individual who took my payment and he spoke with the tech who worked on my vehicle. Nobody took responsibility and they denied leaving it running while unlocked. Mistakes happen and I understand that but not taking ownership is unacceptable. I was told "we didn't touch it I don't know what to say". Zero accountability. Will not return

We ran off the road in our Tesla Y to avoid an accident in a snow storm. We wanted to be sure our alignment was okay before driving another 7 hours. Jim was quick, knowledgeable, and personable. He let us know that the alignment wasn't off enough to to warrant an alignment.

There is a manager that works there that knows his cars and we always talk about Camaros as I have a newer one. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He always offers to take a look at my car and lets me know what I can do to promote performance in my vehicle. I appreciate everything that they do and how they make me feel comfortable while they do the service on my car.

I took my car here after it became nearly underivable a day after taking it into the Hanover Park location and having my issues ignored there. Celeste and Jim took good care of me here and explained everything that was happening. Firestone almost lost me as a customer altogether but I'll be returning to this location instead now.

They have done alot of work for me in the last couple of months. I trust them with figuring out the issues with my vehicle and even when they made a mistake the one time they did go back over it and fixed it. They answer all questions and explain what's wrong with the car. Five stars

The location's manager Ms Celeste Rosales has excellent customer service skills and she is extremely knowledgable. Also I appreciate how prompt they are in providing service. I like to study people and when any customer walks in they all seem to receive the same attention that I am acustomed to receiving.

woke up Christmas eve with a flat tire on my 4runner :( looked like a nail found it's way into the tire tread. We had planned on a lot of driving that day so I was concerned about getting stranded. Chkd the internet to find someone to fix the flat. There was FIRESTONE to save the day, the only one open in my area. Jim said," we are busy but come on in , we'll get you fixed up!" And they did! Courteous, professional, friendly, after an hour and a $30 repair I departed feeling confident we would make our Christmas eve journey without incident. Thanks and Happy holidays to JIM and the Firestone crew!

I came to the store today to replace a sidemarker light bulb and when they were supposed to have done it, paid them and gave me the keys, I checked my vehicle and noticed they did nothing. They did not replace the light bulb I told them to replace. They just apologized and made me wait another half an hour to get the correct light bulb replaced.Never again to this unprofessional garage and I do not recommend it to anybody. Watch out if you go there for any service.Service: Electrical

Had an appointment at 2pm on a Tuesday for an oil change. Took an entire 3 hours for them to finish and didn t call me when it was finished. I had to call them.

Scamers!!! Went to replace 2 tires providing my own tires said 62$ agreed waiting 2 hr to take me in and then they started your tire are low pro labor will be 150$ i was shocked,

The reason I gave 3 stars is not because of the service. It's the PRICING!!!! watch out because they charge almost double from another mechanic shop I went to. It's very pricy but do a good job. Shop around is my advise. DONT settle on a mechanic because it's convenient. Good luck!

My truck almost exploded. I sent my 2017 f pace Jaguar truck to get fixed from a leak it had from coolant, I received my truck back to me and it still has the same issue I sent it there organically to get fixed. What do I mean by that, nothing was replaced the broken part that was there from the beginning was still there. So I was driving a bomb, right now I am in the middle of getting this problem solved through corporate, because the people at this location are not fit to handle customers.

Take your car to this Firestone location if you want to spend over a grand on the mechanics BREAKING your car instead of fixing it.I, along with the rest of my family, have been going to this Firestone location for YEARS because of the convenient location and after my most recent visit, I will not be returning or giving them my business. Took my car in for a standard oil change and was told that my car needed MAJOR repair work when it was running just fine prior to taking it in for the oil change. I get my car back and it ran as if it needed all the repair work they requested. It was beyond horrific. And this is after it spent 24 hours in their shop. Major inconvenience getting my car back there late in the night after they released it to me that afternoon. How this location can stand behind their work is beyond me. Horrific experience is an understatement. Take your car here at your own risk. I wish a 0 or a -1 star was an option.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Had a bad Civic wheel rim. Dealer wanted $475 to replace with a new rim.This was outrageous. I went to Firestone and the manager suggested I go to a local junkyard and get a good rim.Found one for $50 and this dealer installed and balanced the tire for $35.I have driven over 2500 miles with no issues.This was a win-win situation.

I brought my car in for an oil change and lube service because we've got a road trip coming up. Hunter checked my tires and found a nail that I think I've been driving around with for months. So conscientious and thorough! I'll be driving through the middle of nowhere next week - what if I had had a blowout?? I've only got a donut in that car and I would have had to deal with it while I'm supposed to be on vacation! Thank you so much, Hunter!! Jiffy Lube missed it three months ago and you caught it! Truly have bonded with the crew at this Firestone. They have been transparent with me and I absolutely love the honesty. I've been going to this Firestone since I had my first car back in 05'-06'. That's 18 years!!

Worst experience of my life. Got shouted on by the front desk guy just for standing & watching my car go in. I started recording a video as self-defense or else the guy may have resorted to violence. The guy is a time ticking bomb waiting to explode. If gets so angry & starts shouting at customers for such a small thing, he ll definitely attack somebody one day. It s just a matter of time. Management should look into this issue for safety of their potential future customers. The guy is either mentally unfit or maybe outright racist. A person who cannot control his emotions should never be in a customer service role. Imagine a woman going alone here, they would definitely manipulate her by shouting her down. And despite appointment they didn t check my tires. These are tires I bought from their store.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Anything under hood or under dashboard repair don't trust them. You will keep returning car for other repair. My car replaced the hvac blower only after done. I lost ac and the break stall. I was so disappointed this.

Amazing staff, great customer service, was in and out within an hour. They explained everything to me that was done on the car and made sure it was in great condition before giving it back. I highly recommend Firestone! My battery died, and I was able to get it serviced on Christmas Eve. Scott is truly a lifesaver! They were able to fix it quickly so I could still make it to my family party. I truly appreciate the great customer service I received.

Came for an oil change. The employee at the desk gave me a 4pm appointment. It s 6 and oil change is not done. No one is in the office to talk to. Good times! Try somewhere else first. Two stars because the people here do seem nice.

I can t recommend this place enough! The GM, Terry, made sure I had the best experience with customer service. I came in close to closing and even with being understaffed, they still got my tire patched up and on my way!
