I highly recommend this specific store due to excellent communication, quick and efficient service, and the overall quality of care that was taken with myself and my vehicle. The service advisor who was responsible for working with me took his time to explain the process and kept me updated on time. I do not live in the area but I will definitely be traveling back to this location when service is needed.

I always go right to this Firestone any time I have a problem with my vehicle. Every employee there is knowledge and, most importantly, HONEST. Months ago I went there, thinking I needed to get all my tires replaced. The tech informed my that upon just a brief visual inspection my tires were fine, tons of tread left on them, and that I shouldn't be buying new tires. How many places would do that instead of trying to just make a sale? I really appreciated that. This time, it turns out I do need new tires : ( I had a hole in my front driver's side and went to get it patched. The damage is too great, and all four tires are also damaged to varying degrees. Unfortunately, my car takes only one specific size of tire (2013 Honda Fit Sport), and the shop didn't have any in stock (no one does!), but recommended I buy some online and have them shipped to be installed. While I'm sad it couldn't be taken care of at that moment, I appreciate their honesty and assistance. Thank you, Firestone!

This place is so Awesome I came in close to closing time and the other workers didn t want to take me but RJ was so nice to help me out I just want to say thank you RJ for your help with me and my kids wudnt have made it home if it wasn t for you and the snow storm was coming GOD so good I will call in to do a review also because u cudve left us but u didn t

Only been here once but the general impression I had of it was very nice. They helped me tighten up a screw that was rattling around my heat shield and didn't even charge me. Mechanic helping me was very nice. While I like Acorn, it's so much more convenient here because of its location and the fact that you don't need an impossible-to-attain appointment. May be visiting again whenever I run into an issue with my car :)

Beware of predatory practices!! My parents, whose English is weak and are retired on fixed income, had an air leak in one of the tires and decided to have it checked out at this Firestone location. When they got there to have the tire patched, Ahmed started doing their registration and managed to deceive them into applying and getting approved for the Firestone credit card. Even though my mom voiced her concerns and questioned why he needed all the personal information for a 20 dollar service charge, he continued to play it off like it was no big deal. He later attempted to sell new tires to them for close to a 1,000 dollars. I do realize it s a tire shop and that s what they do, I do believe he figured that if he deceived them into getting the credit card, he could convince them to pay that much money for tires. With so many choices in the area, I strongly advise avoiding this place!

I would never go back to this location again.. I called a day before a guy gave me a price I liked it I went the next day there was this guy Ahmed or Mohammed because he told me first Ahmed and when I asked him what s his name again he said Mohammed.He was talking for 10 minutes trying to sell me on applying for the credit card when I said NO he got mad and started being rude and gave a price higher than what I was told on the phone. Definitely not recommended

I have been coming here for a couple years now and the team here has always been straight up with me - and they work hard to keep me moving! (which is important as I drive a lot for work).

Ahmed R. Mahammad was very polite and helpful over the phone. When I called for a new set of tires he said, "Bring it right in, and he will take care of me." I called 2 other FS, and they both said they can't help without an appointment. I got here, and he helped me out right away. He did a great job I would highly recommend Ahmed R. Mahammad and this FS location.

I was travelling with my daughter and trying to get home to Minnesota. We discovered a flat when we were leaving the hotel. Ahmed at Firestone was so helpful; explained many things and helped us get the best price and service.

What a great experience for my 1st service. I set up my appointment for tires on line and everything was perfect. My service writer( manager) Peter was pleasant and talked me through everything. 4 tires where put on perfect and at promised time .Will definitely be backService: TiresService: Tires

Very bad experience. Even i had appointment for my service i waited for an hour and when i told them about ongoing wait they just gave me my key back without any explanation. This is not how they are supposed to treat customers when you commit your time.

Got my oil changed here and service was great. Recommended it to my husband for tires; made an online appointment and went in after many calls and no answer.... The place was dark and closed yet the website and Google say they are open 8 am-5. (Went in an 1045). No note on the door explaining why they were closed either.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had an appointment for 7am using the website. This appointment was marked as "confirmed" a week ago.No one showed up for work. I called customer service and they spent a half hour trying to figure out why no one was at work during the set work hours.I went to the Midas down the road. They were super friendly and were able to fit me in. Because I needed to wait due to not having an appointment with them one of the workers drove me 15 minutes to my house. They even offered to pick me up when my car is ready.Two very different experiences...

Usually excellent service, but they removed my glove box to check what I m assuming is my cabin filter. Instead of reinstalling the glove box, they jammed it back into place and left everything that was in there on the floor. I spent the better part of an afternoon trying to remove the glove box and reinstall it without destroying the hinges.

Updated: I called the store manager this morning ( Monday) he apologized, got me an appointment after work, and took care of me. I really appreciated being heard on this issue and appreciated the effort to resolve it. I've updated my review from 1 to 5 star to reflect their care for their customers.......original review : I made an online appointment for Sunday and when I arrived they said they are not taking online appointments. I made the appointment earlier that morning so a call to reschedule my appointment as stated in the email would of been appreciated and then my time, my gas, and the oil, would not have been wasted. Will also share this with the store manager who was also unavailable.

The shop opened 15 minutes late for my appointment with no apology. They wanted to charge $99+ for a synthetic oil change. I asked if there were any promotions for account holders and was told no. I showed an ad for $69 for the same service down the street at Midas but they didn't seem to care.I've been going to this location for years, but it seems to have changed for the worse. I was also there to get an estimate on another service, but I guess I'll be taking that business down the street as well. Not recommended!

They identified the problem with my brakes. Found a few extra things that truly needed to be addressed. Explained everything so I could understand it. Explained time frames of when the other items needed to be addressed & let me make the final decision. I travel a lot so they fixed everything to my satisfaction & were very professional! I highly recommend this Firestone for car repairs. I am so happy I found an honest company that does quality work!

Had a flat tire yesterday. Ben, the manager, took care of my problem early this morning. Great people skills and manners. He did his best to accommodate me. I appreciated his efforts to resolve the situation with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location for auto services. Thank you Ben and your team for your service. Will gladly refer friends and family to your location for auto service.

Only reason i gave 2 stars is because the tires were cheap dropped my car off at 10am and at 4pm still wasnt done. Called 3 different times and kept being told its being worked on if i Didnt have a completely flat tire i would have taken it somewhere else.

Walked in this morning. Stood there as two associates carried on a conversation without even acknowledging my existence.I eventually explained I had a couple flat tires and asked for some help. Was told they wouldn't be able to get me in for several days with a very oh well demeanor. Thanks guys. Terribly rude, inconsiderate, awful customer service.Never again. Not my first bad experience at this location. Last oil change they even left the heat guard hanging off my car. Back to my reliable mechanic I go, thanks anyway. Learn to treat people with some form of decency.

Booked "complete car inspection" at this location online. When i reached there, i showed the $9.99 coupon for complete car care, which includes complete inspection, as well as tire rotation, tire pressure check, fluid top off etc as additional service. Person on the front desk said that for used car, they charge full price which is $21.99. I was surprised. How does it makes a difference. And in any case, no one with brand new car will come for inspection at firestone.Anyway gentleman accepted that coupon and took my car in after approx. 30 min.Now coming to quality of inspection...i really really don't think that they did any serious inspection of my car. I am aware that this car has broken sway bar link on left side and almost damaged saw bar link on right side. This was not even mentioned in their final report. This raises serious question about what they really looked at ?I have real doubt that i may want to come here again..

I had an appointment on 10/31 at 8.00 AM (Booked 2 days+ ahead). Shop opening time is 8.00 AM. Open signed of the store lighted up on 7.15 AM, but the door was locked. I was checked in at 8.06 AM. Car was not pulled in until 9.01 AM. Car was sitting in garage until 10.00 AM before I inquired regarding the status on the car. Then I was notify car filter was not on order. They are waiting on filter. I was never notify or inform until I inquire. Car complete service until 10.49 AM. It took 3 hours for "Oil Change". Front desk person comes out for new customer, rest of the time - he will be in the back office.Bad customer service, no apology, no explanation, and bad hygienic for rest room and trash full from opening to I left.
