I ve been going to Frank, the owner, for 20+ years. Way before Car One. His entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great and fast repairs with no overselling. I wouldn t take either of my vehicles anywhere else for tires or service and highly recommend taking your vehicles there too.

I ve been going to see Frank, Dave, Joel, Bob and these guys for years. They are the most honest and hardest working guys in the industry.I ve trusted them with every vehicle that I ve ever had for the last 15 years.Please patronize these guys. They won t let you down.

I called around and they offered the best prices for some new tires. They also checked out an issue with my car for free and didn't even charge me for it. Frank was terrific to work with. I will come here for all my car needs and will post more updates in the future.

I brought my car here before a 1000 mile major road trip. Bob and Frank were so nice and took great care of me. Let me know everything I absolutely NEEDED and made me feel safe before my drive! Thank you car 1!!!!

I have been a customer since 2018. Frank, Dave and Bob are the best!! They are very personable and tell you what is needed and how long it's going to take for a fair price. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have any work done with your vehicle.

Wonderful service, ownership and employees. This is my go to place to service my cars. This is the only auto service shop I've ever recommended to my family and friends. Their honesty goes a long way in my book.

I really like this place. They took the time to help me eventhough it was last minute. We take both our cars there. Always good service and they take the time to explain the problem to you.Truly good service and fair priced.

This is my second visit to Car-One and both visits have been fantastic. Bob was who I spoke with today, and he went above and beyond. It was just a minor fix, but it was repaired quickly and at a very fair price. I thought it was a suspension issue but I was wrong. It would have been easy for a mechanic to take advantage of the situation and charge for something not really needed but these are honest guys. Would definitely recommend and will definitely bring my Jeep back.

Everyday and afternoon customers drive to Car one Tire and Auto repair. The staff will ask customers what is wrong with the car and the staff will test and repair the customers cars. And the staff orders car parts and when finished the staff will phone the customer telling them your vehicle is repaired and ready to pick up your vehicle.

I was drive by saw that they sell Goodyear tires and I needed new tires. They are great with service and price , even filled out a rebate form put it in envelope with a stamp and gave it to me to mail that is service. I also noticed that there where a number of trucks from various companies get serviced that which to me is a sign of good work. I'll be bringing my car for service.2/2024Since first going to car- one I've gone there a number of times and they have never let me down. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I am editing my review from 5+ stars to a 2. I initially brought my car in for a rear break service, which I received and to my surprise the front ones were checked and altered too. I was never advised that the front breaks needed anything. I appreciated the extra step they did...but whatever they did to "fix" the front breaks ended up causing a terrible noise. I brought it back in to address the new issue. The issue still was not resolved. I took it back a third time really frustrated and was told that the car has been serviced and that the noise was "not a safety issue"...but that they'd look at it again. Nothing has changed and the sound is terrible when applying the breaks, especially at a slow speed. So I guess because it's not a safety issue, it will remain the way it is now because they can't fix it. Really disappointing.

They guys are a rare find in the automotive repair industry- they tell you what is a need vs what can wait and what is not needed. They find coupons without asking to help bring down the cost.

Frank and Bob are the best. As well as their staff. Alwaya polite and happy to assist you. They have gone well beyond to service our company (superior)..cars. And have been reasonable of their prices. Happy customers!....thank you!!!!

Bob is a man of his word. I wanted a quieter tire and that s exactly what he recommended. Installation was 45 minutes! I d highly recommend seeing Bob for all your car care concerns!

I had good service from this shop when it began (with new ownership, current owners) several years ago. Not sure what happened, but their quality plummeted in re: to my experience with them. They did a timing belt on my Odyssey and failed to change the rear valve cover & improperly installed the front valve cover, causing an oil leak which eventually destroyed my alternator. When I had the 2 valve covers changed, I kept the ones that were removed so I could show the owner. He was incredulous that this would have happened at his shop. Disappointed and will not use them anymore.

Bad service, no communication at all from their end. I had to call and follow up about my vehicle two days in a row. Service took way longer than needed and one of my issues wasn t even fixed. Also, unprofessional that my paperwork had my name as Karen even though it s Melissa, not even close to Karen so clearly that was done purposely by one of your employees. Funny because I was polite even when I shouldn t have been. Will never come back here.Your employee swore up and down he checked everything to figure out why my headlight wasn t coming on even with a bulb change. He specifically stated he didn t see any chewed or broken wires and wasn t sure what was wrong with it. Brought it to a reputable Hyundai dealership and was told they found chewed wires. You clearly didn t even inspect my vehicle, wondering if the oil change was even done.

We have been going here for over 2 years now and every car issue we've had they have come through for us without breaking the bank. Good people, honest and reasonable and do good work. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to have mechanical work done or just an oil change.

Frank, Dave and Bob are the most honest mechanics i have ever met. They have been servicing all of my vehicles for years and have never steered me wrong. They are thorough in their diagnosis and their prices are fare. Thank you Care One you guys are top knotch!

Years ago we bought tires from Car One and have been going ever since to maintain our cars. Frank, Dave, Bob....honest and fair to the max.A couple years ago had to have my car towed and was told by the driver that Car One is one of only 2 places in the area he recommends to people and where he brings his own vehicles.....the only ones he trusts; I agree.
