Thanks for saving me !!! I went in for 1 tire prior to my trip and they were able to help me right away including an oil change within a hour. They also noticed that there was an issue with my other tire and I had a nail. The price for two tires was what we had been quote for one.They took care of us right away - great deal on the tires and if you re military they offer a discount to. I ll be back for my other cars and service. Scott was great to work with and handled everything great !!Highly recommended!

Scott and the rest of the team made my experience wonderful. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and understanding. The prices and transparency involved with the process of replacing tires at Belle has made me want to come back in the future for any other car related issues.

Just had an unfortunate tire get a nail in it, but Manny was able to take care of me in a timely fashion to get me back to work before my hour lunch break was up. I really appreciate Belle Tire for their commitment to excellent customer service. Also the inside is really nice and comfortable. This is a brand new location right across from Culver s.

Got a quote from Suburban Tires $1900 for snow tires 275/65 R20.. Belle same tires, same protection plan $1375.. you can't get any better

I m very impressed with the service. My mother in law got a nail in her tire and they didn t charge for the patch.I ll be getting two new sets of tires soon from this location very soon.Great experience!

Belle Tire had the Michelin CrossClimate 2's in stock, where Costco and Discount Tire were both backordered by months. Belle Tire was able to get them in next day after I called, and install them the same day. The standout part of their business however is their customer service. Greg took my order and thoroughly explained everything and was very friendly. Scott went above and beyond..the store is open until 6pm some days and 8pm other days. I didn't realize this so Scott stayed behind until 45 minutes after closing so that I could still pick up my car. He seemed happy to do that, which was the customer service experience for me. They have gained a lifelong customer away from Discount Tire/Costco.

Had a nail in my tire and took it in to Belle tire to get it patched up. Turns out my tires were so bad they were gonna blow soon. If it hadn t been for Belle my tires would ve blew, so I ended up getting all four of my tires replaced by them. Very friendly and professional and took care of me within 1-2 hours. Great prices and quality. Highly recommend belle and specially THIS location! Props to them for taking care of their customers. Thanks guys!

Amazing service! Got 2 flat tires the day before and decided to schedule to have a new set of tires the next day, amazing service by the gentleman in the front desk, unfortunately my car needed other new parts around the tire but they explained to me what the problem was and recommended i get them to which i did. Im definitely coming back for any tire service I need. Impressed!

This was my first time at Belle Tire in Hoffman Estates, IL. The store is new, and as such, everything was neat and clean. I worked with Ray who was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Other staff members displayed the same traits. Tire installation was quick and pricing was similar or better than other tire companies. They also provide other maintenance services such as brakes, oil changes, etc. I would certainly consider them for your next set of tires.

Had 4 tires replaced + alignment today. Very friendly staff, helped me to get the correct tires which actually were less expensive than what I had initially ordered.The waiting area is clean and spacious and has free wifi & chargers, I was able to work while waiting. But they were also very fast, I was out of there in less than an hour! Checked tire pressure when I got home and everything was perfect.

I had a blow out on the expressway and my car was towed to belle tire, Hoffman Estates. Ray was exceptionally helpful and informative. He gave me a listing of the various tires and their prices. I knew my tires had a lot of miles so I decided to buy all 4 new tires and a new battery. That's what can happen when you can trust the shop representative. I was very pleased with my experience at Belle Tire and will be a new customer.

I am now a customer for life if they keep up the amazing service I experienced last night. On Sunday I had the unfortunate experience going to Mavis in Hoffman Estates and was treated so poorly. When I left I immediately made an appointment with Belle Tire to get new tires on Monday and I am so glad I did. Not only did I save $100 everyone I dealt with especially Ray were so professional and quick. I will be bringing my car here for all maintenance needs from now on.

Had a leak from a nail and Greg was able to get me in right away to patch and plug it up. The staff went above and beyond and did a multi point check and rotated my tires and the crazy part is I didn't have to pay anything for it. I'll be purchasing my next set of tires from them. They earned my business.

Opening week at the Hoffman Estates location 08.2023. I came in for an oil change, and left with 4 new tires. I had already been researching tire prices, as I planned to get new tires before winter. Unfortunately my fronts were low tread and I had an unrepairble nail in one of the back tires. Ray was super friendly and helped set me up quickly and at a great price. I work right down the street from this location, so as long as they keep up the excellent customer service, I'll be returning.

They have great prices on tires, but the best thing about them is the professionalism. They show that they care about your car just as much as you do with their thorough inspections and complete auto service. You re in great hands here!

Everyone here is so kind and helpful especially the manager David! They were able to get my car in immediately and had my tires replaced in under an hour and addressed all of my concerns. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs their car looked at or worked on!

Had a screw in one of our tires. It was an emergency and we took it here. They fixed it within 15 minutes and they didn t charge us for it. Unbelievable. They re awesome.

Professional, friendly, and well-staffed. Stopped by after works to change all 4 tires, was in and out in 45 minutes without an appointment. No roundabouts with the pricing either, Belle Tire's website gave me the actual final price including tax so there were no surprises at check out.
