Used to be good dealership.NOT ANYMORE !!!After last service technician forgot or was too lazy to put one bolt underneath of my Audi 6.Also coolant wasn t looking good after flushing and changing service.I contacted service advisor Tim but he didn t even responded to my voicemails.So I called manager of service department and he told me that I can come tomorrow and pick up my part(bolt).I visited Audi of Hoffman Estate dealership today but Tim and manager wasn t available.One of service advisors I think his name is Anthony (bald head) did me favor to call Tim but instead to find out where is part , told me to wait 5 minutes.I waited 5 minutes and ask service advisor Anthony ( with bold head) if he could call Tim and let him know I m running late to work. But he WAS VERY RUDE and responded he is not going to do that .Please stay away from that dealership because if you are not mechanic you won t even know if some part is missing from your vehicle which could be SAFE ISSUE.Also when I left my Audi A6 for service Tim offered me lower grade car Audi A4 with only 1/4 gas tank, so I had to come back to dealership as soon as I left.Are they not respecting people specially immigrants like me ???VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!I m going to report to AUDI USA about this incident.
