Excellent service always! I bring my car to this location with confidence. Service done in time said it would be. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Eddie C. took the time to show me new models and answer all my questions. No pressure. As a bonus my car was washed as well! Recommend it to anyone looking for an Audi!

I worked with Carlo and I can say this is the best experience I have had at a car dealership. He was honest up front and worked very quickly to get me out. I told him I had little time to work with and he respected that. I hope going forward I only ever have to work with Carlo. Do I dare say I actually had a 'pleasant' experience when it came to getting a new car :-) I can say that I did.

Great experience! No pressure and respected our time. Staff was very friendly. Our salesperson Amanda was perfect! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She truly made our purchase a great buying experience. We can't say enough good things about her. Ask for Amanda Filios to make your next vehicle purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM MIKE MACEDONWe had come in on a weekend with the intent to purchase a vehicle. Mike was our salesman (not our choice) and he reluctantly showed us around. In the end, we decided to purchase a Q5 - not because of Mike's amazing skills - but because the car and model are sound.When it comes time to decide on the price, Mike told us he could discount $2,500. We thought that was great, until he returned with the paperwork with only a $800 discount. We tried to ask why the numbers didn't match up, but his response was, and I quote: "I'm giving you the deal of a lifetime, the bottom number is what matters."Well Mike, you're right bubby. The bottom number is what matters. We simply wanted to know why the number didn't match what you told us, and in the end you walked out of there with $0.However, the cars are excellent, hence the 2 stars.

Tim was a great service consultant. He was knowledgeable about the services required for my car and how to best maintain it. In addition, he provided some of the best customer service that I have received at Audi dealers. He goes above and beyond for his customers to ensure their owners are informed and the cars are running their best. Audi Hoffman Estates is now my go-to place to get my car serviced.

Adam Lzewski took care of us. He is not your typical salesman . His demeanor , professionalism, and knowledge, are all so impressive.He answered our questions , and is truly a genuine guy. He represents Audi at its best . I would recommend him, without any hesitation.He has worked his way fromthe bottom up, knows his cars. We appreciate how sincere he comes across .It was a wonderful, non stressful experience .

Reached out about a car on the lot. Quickly received follow up from Adam. I cannot express how above and beyond he went. As we were out of town he provided detailed pictures as well as car fax records and even details of previous owner. This set aside all our worries and concerns and really felt good. When we arrived the car was to our surprise better than the pictures and freshly detailed even a full tank of gas! Adam had done what he could in advance and had all paperwork started and we literally were in and out. The finance manager was equally great to deal with and made everything so easy. While we were purchasing a 10 year old car 2014 GMC Yukon Denali, I felt we really got the same service I would expect if I were buying their top of the line new car! I would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Hoffman Estate, and I can t recommend them highly enough. The entire process, from finding the car online to driving it home, was incredibly convenient, especially since I live out of state. My car guy, Carlo, was exceptional expert, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He patiently answered all my questions about the car, financing terms, and warranties. How are you a high end dealership and don t have sufficient loaner vehicles in your inventory? It s astounding to think if something goes wrong with my vehicle, I can t get a loaner in a timely fashion. Just amazing. How do you explain that with a straight face to your customers? Staff was good.Alignment of the car had to be made; but was made the wrong way, causing me to pay for a new one in another dealership.I dislike the mandatory coating ($500) which is, by the way, very poor quality.Car has an issue with the powertrain and dealership informed of the absence of warranty after the purchase.

Found a scuff mark on my new black Q5 after servicing. I though it was just a light scuff mark, so I tried lightly buffing it out with some Maguire's wax to no avail. It's more of a deep scuff than realized. Extremely frustrating after waiting 2 hours for an oil change and now I need to spend more time and money to bring the car to a "professional" detailer and spend more money Due to Hoffman Audi ineptness. That's the last time I will take it here.

This Audi dealership location was just ok. I wouldn t purchase a vehicle from here. Salesperson was professional about the vehicle we were looking at but not at all personable or friendly.Salesperson was solely and ONLY interested in making the sale. Also, the Sales manager was completely unprofessional. If I could give O to this dealership I would!We ended up going to another neighboring suburb Audi dealer and had the very best experience of purchasing our new Audi there!

Amanda filliops was judging meThe moment I walked in . I wanted to test drive the Etron gt and s5 and I told her i just test drove bmw ev cars and suv and she started comparing and saying oh they are two different cars . I have had an s5 for 5 years and I wanted to see if after getting a m4 can I go back to Audi .. doing Audi a favor by giving them business but she kept comparing the two cars and at the end said it s a 125k car we can t let you test drive this performance car . It s not even an rs I can go to any dealer and test drive it. Audi of Hoffman really disappointed me and they lost my business for life no wonder I didn t see any customers there compared to Patrick of BMW I test drove 4 cars and still they had a smile on their face knowing that maybe this guy has felt it out and now might think about it . I have three kids and for me to take time out so we can compare between a Etron gt and s5 as a family car would have been nice to bring some thoughts back but Amanda s customer service was horrible and extremely judgmental Audi of Hoffman you have lost a customer for life . Stay away from these judgemental people

New sales guy- and mind you I m new to this brand of car. Sales guy didn t know anything beyond the basics. Never told us the parking brake has to be on to remote start the car, never helped set up anything in the car. When we called because the heated steering wheel doesn t get warm I was told that s impossible it gets warm in 4 seconds. It s not suppose to burn you . When I asked about the parking brake I was told that s a safety feature to keep me safe . The navigation doesn t work and Apple car play glitches and turns the radio off every few seconds a it continually tries to reconnect. Will NEVER go to this dealership again, nor will I likely ever buy and Audi again. Terrible experience after the papers were signed. No one even helped set up an appt to have the car looked at for the navigation, CarPlay and heated wheel issue.

Ricky has been a very helpful and patient salesperson. I started with my plan of buying one vehicle and after evaluating different vehicles ended up buying something totally different. All the while, he was very patient. He communicated on time with me via email and texts long before I visited the dealership. He was interacting with a prospective customer who he never met in person and May not have even ever become a real customer but still he supported my decision making and research process all thru. Other salesperson would even give up. As a matter of fact, another salesperson from the same dealership named Iman was so rude in his response via email saying why do I keep inquiring for different cars. The dealership should ask him to keep his attitude in check. Iman almost made me go away from this dealer.Ricky is good in listening to your needs and recommending the right vehicle. He didn t try to upsell me or even try to persuade me into EV which many others are trying nowadays given that EV s don t sell as much.Eddie from the finance team was very helpful too. Ricky got me in touch with Eddie when I was looking around for financing rates. They both were kind enough to walk me thru the entire breakdown of the payments and the interest and helped me make an informed decision.Delivery day was smooth too.Only complaint I have is the shoddy work done by the guys who did the ceramic coating. Once again Ricky tried to be helpful and asked me to bring the car to have a look. He got most of the issues resolved but I still see the work done was not good and I m very unhappy as I had to pay $495 for that and there was no choice to opt out of it. I appreciate Ricky helping me out but this is something the dealership should look into with the team that does the ceramic coating. I think it was a waste of money. I don t see the car shining or the interior looking that great with the coating.One last thing is the issue with the software in the car. It was stuck in updating the maps and was at 0% for 3 days and I had to make an appointment with the technician to just have a look at it. They had no clue. I just reset the MMI and it worked so disappointed that the technicians couldn t suggest this simple solution.Overall Ricky and Eddie are the guys who made it possible for me to complete the purchase and get my dream car.

Anthony was awesome. The alternator went on my 2021 Q7, which only has 23k miles, that s a major grip with Audi. However, Anthony was awesome and got me loaner because without a car I was unable to pick up my son. Anthony was honest and open about the situation and worked hard to get the car fixed fast. Thank you!

I love Audi Hoffman Estates and my salesperson, Iman Panah. Iman made making the second largest purchase of my life (after my home) as painless as possible. He was patient and professional, not pushy. He was very friendly. He answered all of my questions and showed me all of the settings and showed me how to use all of the various options in the vehicle. I test drove a few different vehicles. Iman spent about three hours with me before I made a decision. He never made me feel rushed. He was delightful to work with. Everyone I have met at the dealership has been very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership and Iman Panah!
