The service department at Land Rover Hinsdale, including my service advisor: Bill Spencer, exceeded my expectations with the quality and integrity of their service and his service. Mr.Spencer was a pleasure to work with. He made sure to keep me updated while my Range Rover was being serviced by calling me, explaining to me what was being done to my vehicle, and making sure my vehicle was washed and ready for me to pick up.A great dealership to work with.Thank you again.

My first time taking my Land Rover for service to this place. I was so pleased with the outstanding and personal service I received from Raul. He went above and beyond to answer all my concerns and questions about my vehicle. I was very impressed with the follow up calls and how he stay in contact with me during the whole service process. The customer's waiting room is beautiful and very sophisticated. Highly recommend this place. Didn't disappoint.

I could not be happier with the service I received with Bill Spencer my service advisor. I had a few items on my checklist and all were competed with great satisfaction. I live in Chicago but will only bring my car to be serviced here knowing I m getting the best service available! I also purchased my car here with Dan Gallovitch who helped me build my dream defender. He was fabulous and also checked in to make sure my service needs were met. I appreciate everyone at the dealership! You will be met with a smile by everyone working there! A very pleasurable experience!

Had a really great experience with Mike Mashburn today. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He took really great care of me, listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained everything to me. I had the best experience today at this dealership. I came in with my husband, not completely clear on all that we wanted to have examined for our Discovery Sport and Mike was so thoughtful and helpful to us. He was patient and kind when exploring our needs. We both walked away feeling as though all of our concerns were heard and confident that our vehicle was in good hands. Thank you Mike Mashburn!

Since purchasing my vehicle from Land Rover Hinsdale, I ve had nothing but amazing customer support from the Service Department. This is mainly thanks to the attentive and outstanding commitment from Raul. He has always been able to provide the support my vehicle has needed and has always taken the time to provide details on those action items. If during any repairs I m in need of a Loaner, he has worked to make that happen so I can continue my day-to-day activities. Whenever I call for a service appointment, I ensure they set me up with Raul. Cannot thank him enough! Amazing service! Thank you, Raul!

Great experience at this place. I got my vehicle serviced here and have purchased parts. The service has always been professional. Even when I went to the parts counter, I was offered coffee and to wait in the lounge. In addition, most of the service advisors have been keen on helping keep costs down for me. The only inconveniences I have experienced are as follows. When coming to pick up a car from service, they have us wait while they pull it in. This is great if it is raining outside, but it can also become tedious. In addition, I was unable to get a quote to replace a part when I called one time. The service advisor I spoke to said they would have to consult a technician and did not offer to call me back with a price. Lastly, they also instituted a credit card fee. They still take debit cards without fee. I wish I knew this before coming. All in all, better than other Land Rover dealerships I have been to.

I can t say enough positive things about MIKE MASHBURN.He has provided awesome customer service to both me and my husband on numerous occasions, hence, I now request him personally when I schedule service. Mike is knowledgeable, respectful of your time, and a great communicator. Before, during, and post service, I always get updates - so I know at all times what s going on with my truck.Mike is definitely an asset to this dealership - and I won t service my truck anywhere else.Thank you for providing top notch customer service, Mike!

I had multiple issues with my Land Rover Discovery Sports, and I am glad I took it to Land Rover Hinsdale. I got good service, and was treated with respect & care. They gave me a 2023 Defender as a loaner to drive while my car was getting fixed.I like the constant updates you get from the text messages, and detailed estimates for you to review and approve. It keeps the servicing transparent.Being a LR, everything was expensive, but I think it was worth it. earlier, I got it serviced at a non Land Rover service station, and repairs were not completed properly, and issues resurfaced within an year.

Exceptional customer service! I recently purchased an LR4 from my sales person Dan and he was great to work with. I had an engine check light a week later after buying a used LR4. It turned out to be the O2 sensor. I was prepared to pay for it and they took care of it at no expense to me. Any other dealer after I drove off the lot would have had me pay for it. They felt it was not fair for me to pay after just purchasing the car. Jawad and everyone I worked with in service were outstanding.! Now I know why my brother has bought his last two Defenders from Land Rover Hinsdale.

My experience was good from beginning to end. My vehicle required major repair work and my service advisor provided me with the details of what the repairs would entail prior to the work being done. He also kept me apprised of the progress of the repair work, and updates on when the work would be completed.

My service manager, Jawad was extremely knowledgeable/ helpful with the service needs of my vehicle. He fully explained each maintenance item that was due, and how each will affect the longevity of my Defender. Although I was provided a loner vehicle while my Defender was being serviced, he remembered me mentioning that I was off from work that day and potentially expedited the process by having my services completed the same day.

Quick thank you to highlight service rep Jawad Sayal at Land Rover Hinsdale. Jawad assisted me through a reoccurring technical issue (power steering loss at start up) with professionalism and technical insight. The service around the service was equally good as the dealership proactively addressed additional repairs concerns (windshield) and did the service in a timely manner. Car was also glossy clean at pick up. Thank you.

For my auto service I had a very pleasant and informative visit at Land Rover Hinsdale today. My service associate was Mike Mashburn and he was extremely helpful with my vehicle intake and made sure to explain everything to me. During this annual oil change/multi-point inspection a radiator leak was found and a new radiator has to ok installed! I was promptly provided a loaner for the duration. It always feels good look in and under my vehicle. It renews my feeling of reliability and accountability of the dealership. My Service Rep. is professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We have great chats and I'm a lil bummed if I go a year and he is not available for my car appointment.

Best dealership experience I ve had. Didn t pressure that much, super knowledgeable and friendly. Tauney and Dora were wonderful. Wish they had a little more flexibility on pricing, but don t we all. Happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!

This dealership is by far the best when it comes to how to treat its customers, its service is impeccable, detailed oriented to service you with its best intentions. I come her to there service department and the representative that I deal with is Joe Rosone. Please ask for him , the service he provides, well my next car I will be buying from this dealership. If you can t get him I ll tell you all the service representatives are great

I was very disappointed with how long the dealer had my vehicle and with the communication about how long the process would take. The dealer had my car for a month. It was almost a week before there was any communication on the delay. I was provided a loaner for the entire time and the work was done well, both of which are important obviously. But the delay and the communication left much to be desired. I was eventually told that the delay was due to difficulty getting parts, but I still wasn t given a good idea of when the work would be done. It wasn t a week before I got my RR Sport back that I was told they were waiting for a part from the UK. The time all of this took and the poor communication colored the entire experience for me.
