Exceptional. I ve brought my car here for years. They do great work, talk you through everything, and treat you like family. They re also very reasonably priced (which surprised me considering they re in downtown Hinsdale). I wouldn t take my car anywhere else, not even for an oil change.

Fuller s is top of the line! I don t trust anyone else with my car. It s a case of quality over quantity they may be slightly more expensive than the generic mechanic BUT I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS feel 100000000000% safe knowing they have my best interest in mind and will take absolute top notch care of my car! I recommend them to EVERYONE!

We have had ours cars serviced and washed at Fullers for many years. They have consistently provided excellent service and maintenance for our cars. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend Fullers. Special thanks to Owen and Luke for their expertise and great customer service.

The Fuller s staff were very friendly and helpful. Four people were waiting for us based on a phone call to them before we arrived. Had a flat tire on the side of the highway on the way out of state and the car was serviced in less than 30 minutes. Great experience!

Got my car detailed from the inside with them. The wait was long so I had to leave the car there for few hours. However, the car came back looking great! Check out my before and after. The people working there are friendly. Se habla espa�ol. And if you Check Groupon they have good deals for some discount prices.

I purchased 4 new tires 2 years ago. I had a nail recently in one of them. The tire was not repairable. Gretchen went above and beyond to get a fair proration. I was in and out in 30 minutes and a VERY good customer service experience!Service: TiresService: Tires

I came in on a Monday morning right at 7, as I had a puncture in a tire. They were so quick and friendly. They quickly informed me I needed 2 new tires (sidewall puncture) and they had the tires I wanted on hand. They made the installation quick and by 8 I was on my way to work. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you, Fullers!

We moved to the area in 2003, shortly after we moved in, we needed brakes on the car. a neighbor recommended the Fuller's auto center. They took car of it the SAME day. I was not only surprised, but it worked out perfectly, we didn't need to go out of our way to get it done. They actually gave me a ride home and called a few hours later when it was done. And the price was very competitive. I feel like I'm part of the family over there, we get all four cars washed every week. and detailed every few months. We've had brakes, cooling system, tune ups, and regular oil changes. They also run a lot of sales and events. They are a staple in the community, donating to very worthy causes. Brought my wife's car and mother-in-law's car in at the same time for an oil change and tire rotation (GroupOn) - it was a busy/rainy Saturday and they took both cars in and got right to work. It was like a NASCAR garage, hoods up, lug nuts zipping on and off. First time customer and was thoroughly impressed. Bought another oil change for my car while I waited.

Gretchen was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and Helpful of any Service Advisor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took care of our oil change on our Mercedes E Class. We were in and out in no time at All.Thanks Again to you Gretchen and the Rest of Fullers Service team!

Always go here for oil changes and carwash. Very fast service pleasant staff.My one negative comment would be counter staff chewing gum while talking to customers. Just looked like a heard of cows chewing their cud.The carwash does a great job.Better than most places. Customer service is great

We were 20 miles from home and our water pump seized and caused the serpentine belt to shred overheating the engine. Luckily I found Fullers Service which was close enough for me to get to. Owen Fuller was more than kind to help us get repaired the same day so we could get back home. Everyone there was professional and worked very hard to get our car done before closing time.I highly recommend this business for your car care needs. We plan to use them again even though it is 20 miles from our home. They also have a car wash across the street and washed the car for us too.Thank you to all the people at Fullers and have a Happy New Year.Service: Auto water leak repair

10/10 recommend Fuller s for any auto needs! The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, and have resources with other businesses to make sure all your needs are met. Owen was so kind when we called from the side of the road saying we had a shattered window (from a rock on the expressway) and he said to bring the car right in and they d see what they could do/provide solutions, no problem. This team is phenomenal and we trust all of them with our cars.

They do great work here. The staff really knows what they are doing and they actually care about their clients.We had a screw in one tire and ended up getting two new tires balanced and alignment done super quick and at a good price. At the same time we had a family member who had to have emergency surgery and his car needed work done. They found the issue and didn't charge us anything until we got confirmation to do the work on his car.Thanks for all the help Luke.

Fuller s Car Wash & Service Center, I ve been coming here for over 40 years!Update: I had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star review. I had new tires installed at Costco (great experience, Oak Brook store). Went to Fuller s in Hinsdale for a wheel alignment, I had called the week before to schedule an appointment and was told I wouldn t need one. I pulled in asked if they could do it while I waited and was told no problem, I asked how long and was told one hour. An hour and a half later I checked on the status and was told my car was next! They were just getting ready to send it to Countryside since their alignment rack wasn t working.Pathetic service!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Owen and his team were flawless offering an impeccable level of service & quality workmanship. They were able to replace a window motor for my rear passenger door in a very timely manner. In the past, they have been exceptional with other issues. Also, I hardly recognized my car upon pick-up--given it was spotless & detailed. This only further demonstrates their commitment to outstanding service & customer retention.Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair

I called an hour before my lunch break and asked them to just look at my tires to see if i would be safe to drive to michigan over the weekend. I pulled up and they came immediately outside to my car (amazing) and evaluated so quickly and honestly. I got two new tires that saved me over the weekend since it snowed. Going to get my other 2 tires from them. I've driven used cars for 13 years, used many shops, i've never had such a truly good experience like I did here. Thank you and kudos to an amazing shop.

Had to get my rear struts replaced halfway through a 10 hour trip. These guys had me ready to go again in a few hours, no appointment needed. Couldn't recommend more!

My daughter had her car serviced here for a total engine replacement. Couldn't been any more satisfied. They kept her informed every step of the way and it was done ahead of time. Even spoke with me when I had questions about the repairs being done.
