Overall great experience. I had trouble on deciding which one i wanted because they were all nice. These are a handful of the trucks I had them pull up for me.Friendly welcoming staff!

For someone like me who sold cars in the past it is all about an overall experience. IL Trucking Group took great care of my friends and I on out buying process. I highly recommend them on your next truck purchase. All their trucks look clean and well maintained. Happy shopping!

DO NOT BUY a truck from them sight unseen. Unfortunately we were trying to take the honesty from the sales man that this truck was ready to work. Big mistake. Can t rely on a good word now a days. Was told this truck was ready to work, passed dot inspection, no leaks. Which was expected at a price of 125k. Unfortunately we re out of state and the only time we could pick up was after hours. Salesman basically handed us the keys and left. We got the truck not even a quarter mile down the road and it was pouring oil out of the back of the motor with check engine like on exhaust temp light on and stop engine light. We went back to the dealer and they pretty much told us well you bought it and it s the weekend not much we can do. 15k and counting in repairs. Unfortunate experience.

NEVER BUY HERE! Bought a 2010 KW W900l daycab from IL Truck group. Looked it over. Truck looked as it should for a 2010. Had around 500,000 miles it. Had a engine light come on during our test drive. And was told it might have a bad wire or sensor. Truck ran fine. Didnt see any leaks. Truck had a few minor issues that was a cheap fix. Bought the truck. And drove back to Cleveland, Oh. Around a 400 mile drive. Had the truck for about 3 weeks before the paper work was processed to the Ohio title agency. Wasnt able to get the truck inspected until about 4 weeks due to work. Finally got the state inspection done. And title transferred. Drove back to my shop. And noticed a leak. Shut the truck off. Opened the hood. And noticed fuel leaking. After pushing the wiring harness out of the way. I found a big blob of fresh jb weld on the cylinder head. And fuel began to leak from the cracked cylinder head. Had this let go on our trip back from the dealer. It could have sprayed fuel and not only burned the truck down. But, could have killed someone! I called the dealer. And i was blown off. Nothing but a sorry. We cannot help you. I spent almost $100,000 on a truck with a cracked cylinder head. Hooked up to the ecm to find the truck was overheated 20 hours ago. We had about 15 hours of running time on it. That meant the head cracked 5 running hours prior to buying the truck! We were screwed over. They didnt offer to help at all. I asked nicely. And was flat out turned down.. Cost me another $13,000 to replace the head. There used to be a time when businesses made good if there was a issue. Not this group. I even would have been happy if they atleast covered the cost of the parts. Which i also asked. But, they still refused to help. If they read this. They can still have a chance to help cover the repair. And would post a comment if they do. But, if they still refuse to cover half or more of the repair. I will let everyone know to avoid buying a truck from this place.

My dad and I drove up to look at a few trucks we seen online and there isn t enough good things to say about the dealership. We just farm and do a little bit of trucking on the side and we were not 100% sure on what we needed. The salesman Rob spent a few hours with us going over the options they had and we ended up on a beautiful Peterbilt day cab, we closed the deal there same day the process was super quick and easy. They gave us some shirts and sweatshirts and we were back on the road. They had an awesome selection to choose from and Rob and the other salesman were very helpful. Anybody looking for some quality trucks should check them out for sure!

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing not one, but two trucks with them, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. I shelled out over $330,000 for these vehicles, expecting top-notch quality and reliability, since they were on the 300k original miles. However, what I got was far from it.Within just a month of driving, both trucks experienced catastrophic engine failures. Can you believe that? Two trucks, both with blown-out engines, detected within weeks of each other. It's clear that these vehicles were sold to me with pre-existing issues, conveniently masked during the sale.To add insult to injury, when I brought this matter to the attention of the dealership, they were completely unhelpful and indifferent. They refused to take any responsibility or offer any form of compensation for the colossal inconvenience and financial loss I suffered as a result of their negligence.I wouldn't wish the experience I had with IL Truck Group on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place unless you enjoy throwing away your hard-earned money on ticking time bombs disguised as vehicles. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I would highly recommend anyone coming here if you are looking for a clean low mileage truck. I run a small heavy haul company and needed one more truck for a new driver. I called in on a Peterbilt I seen for sale. It had a deposit on it, so Clayton recommended a kenworth T800 that was in stock. He sent me some pictures and videos and they told me they would deliver the truck out to me. It s hard for me to get away so I decided to do it. The truck arrived and it was put to work immediately. It s been fantastic. I will be coming back next time I m looking to get another. Thank you again guys!

Man why can't more truck sales companies be like IL Truck Group. Had such a great experience there. While I was shopping for a truck myself, I thought they were selling a truck to another family member and it was just another customer buying a truck. These people are amazing especially Denise.

The only good thing about this place is watching it disappear in your mirror this company is super slow the truck should have been ready to go but yet they have to put batteries in it and take the exhaust tips off took longer than an hour for them to do that also they offer pay for good reviews SMFH a 25 dollar gift card you don t get respect by paying people you get it by actually being a good company

I bought a 2022 Pete from here. I had them install a wet kit and headache rack as well. The work was done quick and they did a very nice job on the install. I will come back for my next truck here...

My experience with 2 of the salesman wasn't good. I'm 550 miles from them. Of course I'm going to ask a lot of questions. I don't need their attitudes and their inability to follow through with answering my questions. The 379X was a slick ride on the surface but when I asked for rebuild paperwork, I received an invoice for aftermarket rebuild parts. No labor. No idea who did the work. Completely meaningless to me. I bailed on this truck and these people. Good luck..

Place is a SCAM, bought a truck and it got towed to the dealer after the 1st run. $12K Later we had it back. Mike the owner said even if we drove the truck off the lot and came back with an issue he wouldn't take care of anything. Read the reviews on this place people. Also drove 5 hours to look at a Mack truck that after we got there they finally mentioned it was deleted. Go to another dealership!! Notice they don't respond to their complaints either. Warning signs

5 star. I usually wont go through the process of leaving a review but they deserve it. Our salesman got us all the info we needed, title was overnighted the day after we paid, and the truck was delivered 2 days later. Can t ask for more then that. I will buy my future trucks here. Thanks again.

I've been searching across country for a good heavy haul road tractor for a long time. They are few and far between. What I did find was IL Truck Groups website and quickly realized they had the largest and nicest selection of trucks. I reached out to Vince, we talked about my options and the trucks I had most interest in. Being I was 13 hours away it was going to be difficult to make a trip there. Vince sent me every picture and video I could ask for. With my work schedule and being short staffed I wasn't able to make it. I got a good vibe in my conversations with Vince and he give me no reason to think he was misleading me. With it being a used truck I understand that things can go wrong at any time. Vince was very assuring and made the risk of purchasing a truck site unseen as good as it could be. Never in a million years would I have thought I'd buy a heavy haul truck site unseen but the truck is back home and Georgia and hauling loads as I type this. I highly recommend IL Truck Group and Vince. When the need comes I will definitely reach back out for future purchases.

I arrived at this location for a delivery. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. There was enough room to maneuver and there was an unloading ramp that was readily accessible. The dealership has a wide range of vehicles available in multiple specs. Would definitely recommend contacting them to see what s currently available.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy from this place if you are good ol fashion person who likes to do good, have faith in someone s word, and be a respected human, because this business and sales person and OWNER, Mike, are anything but that!!!We recently bought a semi from Mike at Il Truck Group. After him not returning calls and being just plain rude, we should have known to run! But we didn t. My husband did end up purchasing a truck from this place. It was to be delivered, which we did pay extra for and never happened. We picked it up (but I mean, they did go out of their way to drop it off at the airport for our driver to pick up ) On the 5 hour drive home, the truck started to have serious issues. We got the truck home and immediately took it to a local repair shop. The truck has many many issues we were NOT told about. When my husband called to talk with Mike about this, he said well, there s nothing we can do and when we asked for at least a refund of what we paid to have it transported - we were again told - sorry, can t do that either.To say that this business is worthy of anyones business would, be a cold hearted lie!! They are so far removed from any customer service, it s honestly very sad!! Especially when this is the owner we dealt with.Best of luck to anyone who chooses to still give them their business, but be very very very aware that IL Truck Group does NOT care about you or providing any realistic rational . They only care about your check and kicking ya down the road (which isn t far with the junk trucks they are selling!)
