I am very disappointed. I paid over $500 to have front and back brakes done, rotors and drums. As you can see at the very least one of my brakes looks new. However the one was obviously not changed. I called the shop saying that my brakes were still making noise and was hoping they could check it out. However, once I looked for myself I realized that they didn t even do their job.Service: Brakes

I won t be going back to this place at all they scammed me out of $70 after saying I wanted a basic oil change.

Honest and good prices. Did I mention Honest ! Juan is upfront and tries hard to fix your car at minimum expense. I have been taking many cars to him since he opened, BMW &MERCEDES he does them all at a great price then any dealership.

Car broke down near by. They recommended a great tow service. Did the job short notice. It s been 2 days and the car is running great! Awesome price too!

Been taking my clunker for over seven years now.The whole reason it's still running it's because of Juan.He does most of the work within a day and accommodates your work schedule

I stopped in as my car was literally breaking down. I hoped the fact that they were very busy was a good sign. Even though they were clearly swamped they took the time to look at my car and determined what needed to be done. They didn t have time to do it that day so they performed some kind of magic and got my car running again and didn t charge me at all! I ll be back!

This place has good prices, services, and awesome staff. My husbands been bringing my car here for a couple of years for oil changes, etc., and every time he comes back he has nothing but good things to say.We ve even gone shortly after they had closed, and the owner was nice enough to still allow us to get our oil change done since we ve been a repeat customer.I ve recommended some friends and family members, and they have also been very happy with this place.Great job!

Juan the owner runs the best, most honest shop I have experience in all my car owning days. His prices are fair. you can trust his assessment and he and his crew are quick and efficient. I dont let anyone else touch my 2008 Mazda 3 but Juan at Rios!

UPDATE - had issues and later found out work wasnt done properly. Won't ever go there again.Great service. Got my jeep in and done in one day when other places couldn't see my until next week. They are great. And price was very fair!

This place is great they are very honest which is what a lot of people look for. My husband came in last week thinking he needed a new alternator and they could ve easily ripped him off but they told him it was just the battery. I came in yesterday because I was hearing a lot of screeching from under the hood and again Juan told me there was nothing wrong it s just because it s so cold. So many other places would ve easily taken advantage of our lack of knowledge but not here and I think that s awesome. I recommend them 100%

My wheel bearing on the drivers side was getting noisy so I went in for a replacement. The price was extremely reasonable, the bearing is replaced and everything is running smooth. He didn t pull any bs about diagnosing a bunch of other problems or anything that I ve experienced with other mechanics. I m thrilled, this is my new spot for repairs and maintenance!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Make sure you get them to let you know what's going on with your car as it goes along..they ask you what you need but once they take your car in and they check it,they don't come back to let you know what they found and show you what's being done...so ask!! And by all means get a breakdown of what's all being done on paper...they do speak Spanish and English whether broken or not . Communication is key here!; But it's a nice clean facility and friendly and reasonable for what I had done

Juan is fair and quick with his services. I just happened to go in one day for shocks and struts he replaced all 4 in a matter of 2 hrs and I have had no issues since. He also repaired my headlights and I am taking it back next week for a new clutch. I feel his rates are lower than other mechanics in the city. I TRUST Rios and I don't normally trust mechanics or car salesmen especially as a female customer.

I ve been taking my car here since they opened. They are honest and have good prices. My son also takes his car here. Recently, we had to take his car to the other Mechanic shop down the road and there is no comparison to the straight up service we get at Rios.

Rios auto is the best, they keep everything honest never had to go back after they did the work or anything. I take both my vehicle to Rios, ask for the owner Juan and get to know Juan, I promise u will never go to another mechanic!! Tony.

Friendly, affordable, trustworthy place to get your cars repaired. I took my car here due to the great Yelp and Google reviews but ended up being a bit disappointed. I was told the part we needed (a wiper fluid reservoir) cost $1000 but they could try to patch it up to lower costs which included coolant top off and differential fluid for a total of almost $300. I left my car but my husband questioned me about why the part would be so much if he found one on Amazon for $36. I decided to call Honda to ask how much the part cost and they told me $20! I could not believe it. My husband went to talk to the guy there and took the car back to Honda in the end. I had such high hopes with this place and couldn t believe it. The guys there are nice and the place seems pretty busy but I d be hesitant to go back or recommend them.

On 4/4/2020 I went it to see if they could check my car. I didn t have any lights on . I told the young man that I think I rolled over something. When I start my car I hear a small noise. As a female going to a mechanic shop you have your worries because some mechanics will try to get over. The mechanic allowed me to stand in the back to show him where I think it was coming from. As he was going threw the process he he communicated with telling me what he was about to do. He also came and let me come back their again to show me what it was and what he was about to do. I thought that was really nice. Great job I really appreciate these men for their honesty . Well refer people to this shop

Took my wife's 2000 Honda Accord here for a second time. First was to repair a busted radiator hose. (Up the street another chain repair facility told us it was an oil leak - it was not.) By every indication, staff here at Rio's did good work and the charges were reasonable. This second trip was to lubricate the vehicle chassis and again, they seem to have done great work and the charges were very reasonable. Will do what I can to steer more business this way.

Took my car in for brake service few months back. The work was done well this is my go to place for my Acura TL now
