I had a blowout on 290 before Roosevelt Rd ramp and googled hillside towing and they were first to pop up. called them and they had tow truck out in 15 minutes. The driver was professional, polite and and got me off the side of the road very fast. Outstanding service, great company!

They are so unprofessional Here. My car was stolen and recovered by this company. The sheriff department who recovered my vehicle put in his report that there were no damages to my vehicle. When I received my vehicle back it s was several dents, scratches, scrapes. The total body work came out to $13,800 not including the suspension work needed to be done. For some apparent reason I haven t been contacted by a manager after I left my name number and email address , I ve called several times and never received a call back.

THE WORST !!! Towed my car on October 6, 2023. Damaged my vehicle. The dealer ship has been attempting to get a hold of Amy regarding the claim, no response has been made. I have tried to get ahold of Amy myself. I have had no response. Looking to take legal action. If anyone is interested in joining the law suit, contact me.10/18/23 11:47am spoke with Mary. Edwin was prompt, took care of my baby(car), and we bonded over having Honda accords from the early 90s (his c92 mine '94). He rather easily dropped her off in a tight space , and treated myself and her with respect (which some ppl just don't bc she is so 'outdated") Thanks Edwin!

Angela was wonderful helping to calm down and realize help was coming. Jeremy was fabulous. He got my car on the platform and got me home and set the car up for tomorrow s pickup. I was really grateful for this help.

I don't leave many reviews and I think it's important to celebrate really amazing service and people. We had a tire blowout on our vehicle in the evening on I-88 which is scary enough. I contacted Powers and Marie (Badge 1313) was amazing, she was a calm voice in a stressful situation. She was able to help me use my iPhone to share my location with her and get a driver to us in record time. The driver Jeremy called me shortly to confirm the location and when he arrived he was really amazing. Made sure I was safe and got the vehicle loaded up.Overall it was nice to have a great experience in an emergency and while I don't want to need a tow service anytime soon should I have the need arise I will call Powers first.

Called power towing for our business in the late evening. Not only were they helpful they were quick and their pricing was competitive. Joe was very friendly, took precautions to not cause any damage to our equipment, and ensured all of our needs were met before leaving. I would use again and recommend to others. Thank you!!

I was involved in a crash and the vehicle was towed to this company. I called several times over the course of four days. They were very courteous and helpful. The first day I stopped by it was late and they allowed me to come in and see if I could get her my possessions from the car. I wasn't able to the first night due to the car not having any power from the battery from the accident. The second time I stopped by the car had been moved. Jeremy and Edwin went above and beyond to help me with recovering my belongings after a serious crash and I'm grateful for their assistance during this tough time I'm grateful that I came across these angels.

My Lexus 2021 RX 350 was in an accident on December 25,2023. So I went there to get my personal items and the two men s that was supposed to assist me was not helpful at all. The car was parked between two cars. I asked them if the would move it so I could get in. They moved it just enough to open the driver door yet the passenger door and trunk wouldn t open, mud and water was all over, they could have moved out the mud yet they refused. They was yelling and screaming no pictures but I wasn t taking any pictures . Why??? My Driver-side window was left down and rain was coming in. I closed my window and locked the doors gave the keys to the inside office clerk, I called State Farm and they said the financial transaction was completed to move the car on Tuesday yet my car didn t arrive at Turi s until today Thursday evening now. They two guys was so rude and name calling ( I have a witness) because they was so rude I need to verify nothing was taken or damage beyond the accident. I am totally not satisfied with the service. I would never recommend this place. Oh the women inside the office was kind, nice, helpful and professional

Caught a flat on my way to work this morning. Called and got great service. Their driver Jeremy arrived at a timely manner and even suggested a closer tire shop on the way to my work. Would happily use this service again

Hit a pothole on 294 and had to pull over immediately as it bent and cracked my rim and blew out my tire. Edwin came to the rescue. He was prompt, respectful and escorted me right into the truck when he got there for safety reasons. He was detailed and explained the steps regarding pictures that were taken and how payment works. Thank you, Edwin! You re a class act!

Driving on expressway and car dies, no acceleration. Had to tow and thank goodness Powers was available and got the job done and towed. Edwin was beyond kind and helpful, he knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend Powers towing. Made my Christmas day a little bit easier.

I needed a tow asap and was in a weird angle. The rep over the phone was quick to answer any questions I had. The driver arrived in a timely manner and was able to get everything done efficiently. Thank you guys, made a stressful situation a bit easier to handle.

Edwin is a boss, he came within 5 minutes after calling for the tow and even offered to give a ride. Very efficient and fast service for towing and they are open 24/7, give them a call if ever in need.

My daughter got a flat tire on the expressway so I picked her up and went back to change it. By the time I arrived the car was gone so I contacted *999 and was told it was at Power towing. When I arrived I paid the fee and when I walked into their lot my daughter's car was totalled! The damage was very clearly done in their lot due to the fact that the cars broken pieces were scattered all around her vehicle. When I brought it to their attention they were not only argumentative but stated that the damage was done in the accident..............THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT!!! I had to call the police and file a report but at this point, does it really matter it's their word against mine and they apparently abandoned all morals and ethics by not taking accountability or waving and fees. Worst business ethic ever. Beware of this location because if they wreck or ruin your vehicle they will not fess up!Service: Car towing

This the the worst towing company ever ! They steal people cars and try to find a lie on why they took it if you go up there ! They stole my car from in front of my house and said i was parked in a fire lane ! I told them there wasn t no signs of a fire lane they said to contact my property manager and tell them to put signs up after that they held my car for hours after i said that a ILLEGAL TOW i refused to pay den they gave me car back FREE cause they knew they was wrong ! Then they stolen it again They so rude and unprofessional! Then they pail all they cars up in a small yard i know people cars come back damaged from them !

Jeremy did his BIG ONE!!! when i say i asked so many companies for their help and everyone came and saw the car and left!!! Jeremy was the only one that came to help and made it happen! Thanks to power towing but MAJOR thanks to Jermey!! Will definitely be referring people

Powers made the worst situation possible as easy as possible. Both the women to help me at the front desk were patient angels and the tow guys were kind and helpful. I hope to never be back but know I'd be in good hands if i was!

Everyone at Powers 24 hour Towing. From the moment they arrived at the scene of the accident and every interaction we had until we picked the car up, everyone at Powers was helpful and professional, even in the cold pouring rain! We hope to never have to use their services again but if we are ever in the area again and need a tow, we will be calling Powers!

If I could give 10 stars I would- for customer service, speed, quality tow truck, and genuine concern for their customer. This family owned business is the only place to call when you are in need of a tow. I have had limo service less posh then this service. I will never call any one else! They took me way out of the way without complaint and at a good price. I felt safe. They turned a bad situation into a happy ending! Thank you so muchService: Long distance hauling

Edwin was a lifesaver for me my tire blew i seen him passing by honked myHorn at him and he came back to help me actually came within 15mins of me calling for some roadside assistance probably the fastest a tow truck has ever come anywho he came and got right to work switch my tire for me and also had great conversation gave me a little tire tips do and don t a really nice guy definitely will be using the service again( hopefully I don t need to buy Yk) I greatly appreciated everything!!Service: Tire change
