Omg they did an amazing job. Look at the before and after. They fixed my side mirror, Is like brand new. . So happy. Plus they were so friendly

We were so unhappy when someone ran into the back of our car, but Ultimate Collision did a great job with the repair. John did a great job on my car. I also received great service from Ultimate Collision throughout the process. I had to rent a car in Springfield to use while my current car was being fixed. When I went to pick up the car they told me I didnt need to arrange transport for the rental but just to leave the keys with them and they would take care of it. Really awesome and the car looks good as new. I had a very good experience with them and recommend them.

They do good work, but are expensive and backed-up. I was also shocked at the condescending attitude I got when on the phone with them. It actually made me go to another repair shop.
