I used this location when I bought a vehicle in town and went in for the check engine light to be tested. Literally 3 different people helped me with what I needed (items for 2 different vehicles). All were kind and went well beyond what we expected. The O'Reilly's in my town.....I can't say they give us the same service as these men did. It made getting that vehicle back home so much easier.

I went to the auto parts store to get a pushing for a leaf spring 2 weeks ago it was supposed to order the part and get it in Wednesday this week when I want to go pick up the part on the day they told me to come pick up the part they cannot get it for now another month away month of 15 days wait on one part I went out there to get a refund for the part that I ordered and they could only give me half of the part they charged me $21.99 for the part and $11.97 for shipping and handling it was the first time I ever had to pay shipping and handling at the store well I want to get it will go back in and get my refund they would only pay me the $21.99 they would not give me the $11.97 back I do not recommend you to order parts from this O'Reilly store there's a bunch of kids that have no experience working on vehicles they're not professional enough to know you know what a spark plug is then I want to argue with you and tell you you're wrong that the Ford Ranger does not take a bushing in the spring I went to victory in line Ford today and order the part they supposed to have it tomorrow morning I give O'Reilly's parts store in Hillsboro Illinois Zero ratings because they are very rude they want to argue with you like a little kid just getting out of high school they've never had the experience working on a vehicle they didn't know how to run a computer I do not know why O'Reilly's hire people that are not professional mechanics because a lot of people go to the parts store for a professional help after they gave me false information I do not trust them and I do not recommend to go to this parts store ever it's best to go to Napa or AutoZone
