I was on my way home to Indiana from St Louis. I ended up stranded on I 70. I had my vehicle towed to Jacober on Easter Sunday. My family and I were at a loss on what to do. Dave took the time to take a look at my car and gave me some direction on what I could do. He was extremely cordial and helped us find a way home. I would recommend anyone to Jacober Automotive. He helped turn a horrible situation into a much more manageable one.

A quick stop asking for service history on friends car, being marketed after his passing. Very quick answers and a fine shop to do business with. Experienced mechanics providing quality service for less than brand name dealerships.

Spoke with owner about problem with my car he explained everything about it They(his employees,and him) were very helpful and friendly. They made a bad day so much better. Work was completed way before I expected, prices way below what I was guessing. Will totally satisfied,will definitely call them if I need repairs done in the future.

Great experience! I had a Check Engine light come on right before a cross-country drive, and they were able to get me in quick and have the fixed car back to me in 36 hours. Very kind and friendly people and would gladly go back for any future issues. I've known Dave for many years and glad to call him a friend as well as a company that stands behind his work and his word.I had a flat on my work van at 6pm.I removed the tire and rim and asked if he could get me new tires as I needed them. They came in so he was VERY busy, as usual, and all I requested was if he could get the one tire changed.Not only did he do that, he went and put it on, took the van to the shop to changed and balance all 4 tires.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thought I had a serious car prob. I was referred last min on a extremely busy day. Not only did they hear what I had to say about my vehicle but they took the time to run a check on it to make sure I was getting back on the road safely. I made an appointment to have my AC compressor replaced, they called on several occasions to update me and let me know how things were going, The work was done as promised for a little under the quoted price, which by the way was very reasonable. I had a second quote from a mechanic that i do a lot of business with for the company I work for and Jacober's was half of what I would have otherwise paid. And I'm sure he's done a better job.

Good people have heard many good things.have had a few issue with my daughters car they ha ve sent it to Ford but still not sure what's wrong.hoping they get it all straight and fixed right..had acam replaced now it has a major oil leak.but they are working on it they say so will post again when we get car back..hopefully fixed right this time with no issues.only issue I really have is since we had yo take it back it seem they are in no hurry to get it done as should be other cars being worked on while hers set in same spit for days now untouched..I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and hope it's done by Monday..will see..they have always done good on all my stuff..

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, take your vehicle to Jacobers. I've used Jacobers as my mechanic for the last several years and they have never disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the work done on the vehicle is excellent. You will be informed of what the problem is, how they will resolve it, and the esimated price before they actually fix the problem. Excellent mechanic and as long as I live here I will continue never to use another. Couldn't recommend more, 10/10.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Talked to Mr. Jacober. Really nice guy. Seems super smart. Really knows his stuff. I had questions and he was really helpful. I'm more of a do it yourself type of guy if I can help it cuz I don't trust a lot of people.But this guy is one of the few I DO trust. Reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone.Except my enemies. Yall can go to meineke!

We had an unexpected small emergency on a cross country road trip and they were able to get us in and out in an efficient manner. They explained to us the thing that happened, and were overall very nice folks.They also have a cat Lucy, and a dog Cooper, which are the best part of Jacober.

Dave is one of the few good and honest guys around .when you have a problem go to Dave's .he will do what ever he can do to get you back on the road and going again .never ever had any problem s with his service .he and his crew are one of the best around .so he can and will do what he can to get you up and going again .he will go out of his way to help .five stars from me .

Dropped the wife's car off to have tires put on. Wife agreed to an alignment due to jacober saying it was nessary for warranty purposes (nowhere in the warranty was there any mention of the necessity of an alignment) asked for a print out of the alignment and was told the printer was broke. The tech was nice and told me it was good and just needed a little tweak. Long and short I'm not getting tires done there anymore ****** update******** tech told me they adjusted the left tie rod. I took him at his word. Looked at it when I was doing an oil change and they never touched it. People like this give mechanics a bad name.

For plates and registration it was quick and convenient. Ladies were quick and pleasant. For sure would go here to save some time. Minimal fee for the convenience

We had been wondering with the DMV's being shut down and us recently moving here with almost expired tags that expired how we were going to get many DMV related tasks completed Jacober automotive was exactly what we needed to get us squared away
