Highland is lucky to have a local business like ADR. I had and issue that made our new palisade inoperable. I was concerned about how I would get this vehicle back to Highland from west county Missouri. ADR picked it up, brought it back to their shop resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. I couldn't be happier with the service, price, and quality of work. This is one of the Gems in Highland. Jamie you rock thank you for taking such good care of us. Our car broke down on the side of I-70, and within 15 minutes of calling ADR they had arrived with a tow truck to pick us up. They were extremely communicative with the car s problems and worked efficiently to get us back on the road. Despite needing to get a tough part replaced, they were able to find it and fix the car. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!

My wheel went out on the interstate and I got stranded in illinois and these guys got me back up and running in half a day, on a mornings notice! I took a 2014 Ram 2500 in for a badly needed alignment and they were prompt, fair priced, and professional. I saw some negative reviews on here and being a mechanic myself, I feel some of that comes with the territory of repair shops. People have unrealistic expectations with the vehicle they're driving. My own experience was completely positive and I find it hard to believe some of the things said on here. I'm not from this community so I don't have bias to this shop and judging them solely on their work. That being said, I HIGHLY recommend this shop. If I ever need help with maintenance that I don't have the equipment to accomplish, this is the shop I will be using.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Had a little dent in my Jeep Renegade so I got estimate. Set up appointment for it to get fixed. Was just a PDR (paintless dent repair) which only took about 45 minutes. Very reasonable price and a very satisfied customer

ADR have been amazing. Ron personally set up to have someone pick up our horse from the side of Rte 70 so that our trailer could be transported to be repaired. They have been straight forward about what's wrong & costs. Jaime & Ron helped us get a cheaper hotel rate at the next town over & are working quickly on repairing our trailer. They even let us plus in our freezer so that we don't lose anything while waiting on the repair. Best experience ever with a tow company/repair shop. Highly recommend.

Have taken 3 auto body repairs here over the years. Just picked the vehicle up from the most recent incident. Always professional, fair pricing and Brad always communicates well throughout the process. One of those services you don't want to have to use but if needed I will take my car to ADR.

I had a great experience with ADR towing. The woman at the call center was really helpful and the tow truck driver did a good job loading my motorcycle safely on the flatbed. I would definitely use them again.

Broke down on I-70 from Ga, called ADR, come to find out it was an easy fix got me back on the road in no time.And they didn t take advantage of the fact we were just traveling through. Great place!!!It is no wonder they have 5 stars.

Multiple company names, questionably legitimate reviews. Simply not trustworthy. They don't diagnose, they just start throwing parts at a car, even if you haven't approved the repairs, then charge you for their mistakes. Bullying and aggressive if you ask questions about repairs. Had to get the car actually repaired at a different shop.

Brought in my car with a problem with a shake in my car, said it was fixed when I got it back. Now the shake is still there and I have random lights coming on randomly. Paid 400 dollars for them to not even fix the car. Wont be back.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
