I m a former used car dealer with numerous experience with respect to auto body repair. Ultimate is absolutely the best shop I ve ever done business with. From the initial appointment through to the finished car the service was very professional and I m extremely impressed by the work they performed.

Had our EV repaired at Ultimate Paint Shop II after someone slid into it during the winter. Andy was great to deal with. Excellent customer service from initial contact through delivery. The vehicle looks as good as new, and it was delivered earlier than initially estimated, which is great. Though I hope to not need a body shop any time soon, if I do, it'll be Ultimate Paint Shop II.

Took a huge divot out of my bumper. When I pointed it out JR told me they didn t do it. Have pics of car before hand and no scratch but they wouldn t admit it. I d never recommend them to anyone. Shady

After our Model X was involved in an accident, Tesla recommended that we take it to Ultimate Paint Shop II to get the repairs done and I could not be more happier with the outcome. They also did an outstanding job with rewrapping the new areas with XPEL ppf. Not only did they get the job done, they were also very communicative with us. I visited the shop during the repairs to meet the team and they were very knowledgable and welcoming. JR and Aly showed me around and, being car enthusiasts, we had an interesting conversation about cars. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work this shop does. Thank you guys!

JR earned my future business when I stopped by to get an estimate for a repair to my front bumper after (somewhat gently) running into our garage...twice. I had already gotten a quote for about $750 from another local shop. JR explained that I could replace some parts for 2-3K to have it looking "perfect" again, or could do a more low-key fix. When I explained that I did not need perfection, he brought out some solvent to get the white garage paint off of my silver car, and then told me where to find touch-up paint online. He went so far as to show me how to find the paint color (a label inside of the car door) and explain how to best use it once I get it. All of that for no charge, and when I swung by on a Fri afternoon while running errands. (I had left a message earlier in the week to make an estimate appt and had not heard back). I am glad to have my car looking much better, and to know there is a fantastic option for service and repairs near me. Thanks again, JR!

Andy was awesome! In fact, the whole staff was! Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Glad to have the whole team take photos for me! The install and work was above and beyond. Accuracy and precision is their signature. My wing turned out so well. I was anxious of drilling holes in my trunk but they did everything to the exact measurement and turned out way better than expected. They'll work with you through EVERY little step. I can see why Unplugged Performance refers only this shop for aftermarket modifications in the MIDWEST.

Ultimate Paint Shop II lacks in quality & performance. The general manager, JR, is a well-rounded guy with excellent communication but fails to deliver on time. My Tesla Model 3 was involved in a rear-end accident, and the nearby Tesla service center recommended this body shop. The whole process started smoothly, but towards the end, the manager kept delaying my pickup date. It seems like there's always something wrong with my vehicle that they keep asking for more time. Usually, I'm okay with this, but during the day I picked up my Model 3, I could tell that they rushed everything. They damaged my white seat, misaligned my rear trunk, the subwoofer was not working correctly, left dirty stains all over my interior, and door seals not installed correctly. JR asked for a chance to fix everything in which I did, but it took three visits to get almost everything fixed. The ONLY thing left is the misaligned trunk, but I no longer wish to do business with them. They need to get things done right the first time, not the third or fourth.-Jonathan Flores

My recent experience with Ultimate Paint Shop II was highly disappointing and frustrating. Despite having an appointment scheduled to obtain an estimate for my vehicle, my arrival was met with a request to move my car from in front of the garage door, which I initially believed would be opened to allow us to assess the car while staying warm inside. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when the same staff member, who introduced himself only as JR, was unprofessional and discourteous. When I called back to obtain his full name, a woman named Barb hung up on me, making the situation even more frustrating. While it is possible that this shop provides quality services, I have no intentions of patronizing them in the future.

They were amazing! The GM j.r. Romero was the nicest person. He made sure every detail of my car was checked and repaired correctly. You can tell he is passionate about the work they do. Excellent service. Took my Rivian there as they were the Rivian recommended body shop. I can see why they picked them. Andy was very helpful and communicative through out the process. We had a repair to an older Audi S4. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and the final price was less than the estimate.JR is incredibly communicative and kept us fully informed as we navigated the obstacles of the current global supply chain shortage.If you like dealing with honest people who do great work then you will like Ultimate Paint Shop. It s the only place that I would go to.

I had my Range Rover fixed at this place few months ago and wanted to share my experience. I had an extensive damage on my car. J R was the most patient, professional and courteous while our car was repaired. He gave us all the explanation how and what will be done to our car. Work was finished in time. When we picked up the car we where amazed how it was fixed. The paint job was excellent. The color on my car was very specific and hard to match. But I couldn t tell the difference. I was honestly amazed. He fixed few previous dents and scratches without us asking to do so at no extra charge. I honestly felt that my car looked exactly the same when I brought it, after the repair. We have previous not very good experiences with other body shops. But the professionalism and quality of work at this body shop is unbelievable. Not even the smallest detail was overlooked. We where very pleased with the quality of work as well as personal attention that J R gave us as his costumers. God forbid something happens to my car it will be the only place I will go to fix it. I already referred my family member to fix her car there. In fact it will be done next week. And I am looking forward to post a new review about a great job, that I am sure will be done on our other car. Ultimate Paint Body Shop 2 is the place with the highest standards for quality work and great costumer service experience. People who work there especially J R in the stressful situation when your car is damaged not only doing the excellent job by repairing it but make you feel better emotionally, because of the support and a good advice. Thank you J R, we are your loyal costumers.

JR, Aly, Joe, Andy and the team at Ultimate Paint Are the only folks I let touch any of my cars when it comes to paint or body work. They are magicians at blending paint and detailed bodywork and truly the only folks I ever trust for this type of work. Once you see the types of cars they routinely work on you will clearly understand that this is NOT your average body repair and paint shop. These guys are artists. Plus they are the nicest and most honest in the biz. I cannot recommend them enough! They have worked on many cars for me and the results always exceed expectations.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ultimate Paint Shop II did an outstanding job of repairing the body work on both the front right bumper and the left side of my car. My car looks brand new!! They completed the job earlier than expected. The customer service was fantastic - JR & his team were wonderful to work with. My car was totally detailed when it was returned to me.I would highly recommend Ultimate Paint Shop II if you need body work done on your car.
